We've now ordered three framed photos. They all arrived ahead of schedule and were very well packaged. Their frames are not cheap their quality and speedy delivery are well worth the price. Would give them five stars if it weren't for the interface on the website for sizing photos. The photo editing tools are not very good. I found it easier to edit the photos elsewhere and upload different versions. I'll definitely be using them again. read more

Art To Frames - One of our frames from ArtToFrames. A really nice job! - Framing Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Just received my second order from Art to Frames. The products are gorgeous and arrive very well packaged. On the second order, I did have to message Customer Service. The box was dented on the outside, and despite being extremely well protected, the glass was broken. I messaged Art to Frames and sent a photo of the damage, and received a second piece of glass immediately. Great product, and very well priced. Will absolutely use them again. read more

I've used Art to Frames for years giving them ongoing business because they do a great job and their frames are affordable. Actually they're the only place I've gone for my frames because there's no reason to look elsewhere; they've always been outstanding. read more

*WORST* customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a frame from them on 7/16.....what arrived looked nothing like the photo on the website. I emailed to let them know....got no reply. I called them, and was told to email photos of my frame so they could look into the situation. I did so....got no reply. After a few days I called them again...they said they didn't get the photos, please send them again. I did so....and got no reply. I called them AGAIN...was told that they had alerted their manager to my situation, didn't know why she hadn't contacted me yet, but assured me that I would hear from her by the end of the day. I did NOT hear from her by the end of that day, or the next. I emailed AGAIN....finally got a reply, telling me they got a "bad batch" of the frame I ordered, which is why it didn't look like the photo....and that they would issue a refund if I "donated the frame to charity". I have emailed them twice since then asking why I have to donate the frame to get a refund.....surprise surprise....I've gotten no reply. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES. read more

I ordered two custom size frames for some nice prints that I had. Local and chain stores would have charged 3-5 times as much. The order shipped in less than a week, came securely packed, with easy to follow directions for mounting. The work is high quality and I am totally satisfied. It's also nice to support a small business! I will definitely order more from them. read more

I have this Ramones poster that is a very unusual size 23.5"x33"... I searched all over for a frame that size and could not find one. Art to Frames cut me a custom frame to those exact dimensions, and did it for the same price (or lower) as a prefab frame you would buy at a big box store. It is a quality frame too. Solid, and nice looking. #ArtToFrames read more

Art To Frames - Silver ornate frame 14x18 no mat board - Framing Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I ordered a frame from them online and I was so impressed with the shipping! It came in such a protective box to ensure that my frame wouldn't be damaged coming all the way to California. Highly recommend buying from them directly! read more

This is the worst company in the world. Do not buy from them. Their measuring tool is awful. They sent me the wrong frame and then would not allow me to return it. Avoid them!! read more

I was SO impressed! I'd been looking online for a place where I could order a wide variety of custom frames, trying to avoid going into a store due to the virus. I was NOT disappointed! All four came in perfect shape. (Packaging is incredibly secure!) Two of my frames had mats, which also came in looking fabulous. I'd show a pic but haven't actually hung the pics that I framed. But I'm so excited to get them up. And I'll definitely be ordering again in the future. #ArtToFrames is awesome! read more

Best great look -- easy to order -- packed well -- fast shipping -- great price couldn't be happier will be back

Don't bother if you want a useable frame within a decent time frame. I paid for a custom print of one of my photos with a barnwood frame in April. When it was delivered (end of June), there was a hole in the frame showing the matboard, the wood was extremely cheap and not barnwood at all (looked like cheap stained pine, and the sealed image has particles from the frame trapped behind the glass. And the kicker? They do not pay for return shipping, but will give you a refund on the product.. its a 15 x 30 framed custom print that's going to cost me almost as much to ship back. What a waste of money. read more

We've now ordered 3 times from Art to Frames, and like others we found them on Amazon but found it cheaper on their website. Their frames are gorgeous! Easy to order, much higher quality than we expected. We've ordered both standard and custom sizes, with and without mats, and have been thrilled with all. They give you lots of choices, more than I've seen at some of the framing stores. You can even choose the type of hanging system you want. Overall highly recommend! And you can often find coupons on line. read more

Although the look of the frame is as pictured on the website- I received a big box behind the frame so it's almost like a shadow box and there was no indication during the ordering process it would be so bulky. it looks ridiculous on the wall. I'm going to have to get my picture reframed properly- would not recommend read more

Beautiful frame came in the mail promptly (especially during the holiday season). Well packed and protected for shipment. Reasonable prices and a wide selection of frame sizes and styles. I would definitely recommend Art to Frames for anyone's framing needs. read more

Great and affordable place to get frames for art. Made locally too! Will defs use ArtToFrames again!!

I ordered frames in March and have still not received them as of June. They sure took my money right away. I've yet to receive any order acknowledgement. They will not respond to my emails or even answer phone. I can't even inquire about my order on their website as their "contact me" link does nothing. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a frame with 20 openings. Uploaded all the photos and then got a blank frame back. When I called the company they said that there was nothing they could do other than have me return the frame, pay for shipping and reorder. Ny the time I do that it will be about $90 in shipping cost for a $78 frame. Rude on the phone, unhelpful and no resolution. I will never order again from this company. read more

The 16x16 frame was just what I ordered. I'd prefer it come with the hanging hardware already on it, because I was afraid I was going to break something when I hammered it in. I didn't, thankfully. Frame looks excellent and will elevate the look of my son's poster in his apartment. read more

I ordered 3 prints/frames on August 11th 2020 and I still as of writing this review (11/27/2020) have yet to receive them. In mid October I submitted a help ticket to their support and received a response on October 20th stating that there were stocking issues with one of the frames I had selected, but they should be in stock within a week. I requested a further update at the beginning of November and never received a response. It's now the end of November and I still have not received ANY update on shipping or when I should receive what I ordered. It's been over three months with poor communication as to the status of my order and I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever receive what I actually ordered. If there are stocking issues, that's fine but it should be communicated. If I request additional follow-up to the status of my order, I should be informed. The customer service is poor and the fact it's been so long since I ordered and still have yet to receive a product even poorer. Extremely disappointing. read more

I have been working on getting a drawing down for my husband for our Anniversary. I received the drawing, and of course, it was an odd size. So I ordered a unique frame from Art To Frames (great price and beautiful frame), however, it arrived in a box that looked like something heavy was set on top of it. It was labeled GLASS all over the box, but of course, the delivery service didn't seem to care. It arrived with broken glass all over inside the box. When I informed Art to Frames of what had happened, they happily replaced the glass. It was sent in a box and was packaged VERY carefully with a lot of packing. I received it all in one piece. I am so thankful for their customer service. Thank you Art to Frames. read more

We've used ArtToFrames several times now. There's been a brief delay on receiving our last order but their customer service has been great and kept in contact regarding the delay on our frames. I'll definitely continue to use them based off customer service alone! read more

If it was possible, I'd give them negative stars. I ordered a set of frames in February which were supposed to be delivered on March 5. It is now April 15 and I haven't received the frames or any feedback. I've tried their "customer service" link on their site, which seems to go to a black hole. I tried calling and all I got was a robotic voice to leave a message. Crazy! I still have no idea when they'll deliver the product, if ever! What further compounds all this is their persistent emails. They constantly send advertisements, yet they can't deliver! I truly hope you avoid this firm...unless you want repeated annoyance and frustration. read more

This company is the best. It's always the perfect size and always easy to hang and mostly reasonably-priced. I'm very glad I found them and it's my go-to place to whenever I need frames for a strange size I can't find in a store or elsewhere. Highly recommended. read more

Art To Frames has many beautiful frames. The website gave me some trouble so I phoned my order in. Their heavy packing is excellent. They did send me a video to add the "easy hang". I found the instructions incomplete. They don't tell you where the hanger goes on a large frame or how to attach it. I also phoned customer service after receiving the frames. I wont call them again to ask about the hangers. I didn't find them friendly. I'm very happy with my frames but won't use them again. I felt like I was the customer service and they were the customers. I did get some help and also used different hardware to make it easier. They were kind this time on the phone so I'm ordering another frame. read more

Super nice company to work with. I have ordered before and was impressed with the way they rebounded even at the start of the shutdown -- with my new order promptly filled. Except for buying a few square frames locally, whenever I need custom size, I order from them. They have a huge range of styles, and the most affordable I've found. read more

If I can give zero stars, I would. I ordered a box of frames through amazon and when mounted on the wall, the frames fell apart. I went back and forth with emails and phone calls trying to get a full refund. They wanted proof of pictures; which I had sent. I still was unable to get a full refund because a 30 day refund policy that was not stated on Amazon's website. I am very disappointed with the quality of frames and with customer service for that matter. I do not recommend this business to anyone! read more

If you want them to take your money and never communicate or deliver your order this is the company for you. They also delete comments about this on facebook and instagram, classy. They've disabled the chat on their site and the customer service # is an answering machine. They do this to continue their predatory "business" practice. It's going on 2 months since I placed my order, almost 3 week past the ship date. The only communication I've gotten from them was the automated email stating that they've received my order and when it was supposed to have shipped. I get it guys, you might have been beat up by the current state of the world but defrauding your customers on the internet is not the way to make it through to the other side of this. read more

I ordered frames a month ago, and the expected ship date has passed. I called today to find out they have experienced internal problems with their two locations, and orders apparently "lost" and not being filled. So.....my frames apparently aren't even in "production". I asked for refund. The plus is there was a real human that answered my call right away, was pleasant and understanding, and said that a refund would be issued. ***Aaron, perhaps the words "misplaced" or "miscommunication" would be more correct, in your opinion? Then please do describe in your own words to the readers, the way it was described to me,the situation that caused my and other others' orders to not be fulfilled or even initiated. Or was that just made up to appease me? Thank you. read more

The response time is lackluster, which I can deal with because it's online. What I cannot deal with is how this was easily the most expensive option, but the project was worth the extra money. EVERY SINGLE FRAME is nicked, dinged, and damaged. The corners aren't even matched up in two of them. I am embarrassed to show these to my Director and say this is the direction we went. I got nicer frames at Target. read more

Zero care for customer satisfaction The non-glare plexi looked terrible and when I asked to replace it the process was neither easy or worth it since I would have to pay for the shipping back of the plexi alone myself which was more expensive than the very small refund they'd give me and have to purchase another plexi for more than double the price of the one I had to return. And this because it costs extra to get non-glare plexi and I was replacing for the cheaper version. Awful. Would never recommend purchasing from here, companies have been going above and beyond to ensure satisfactory experiences and this is the one that least cares about it as far as I've seen. read more

I'm sure this company is normally great (I checked the reviews before I ordered), but they seem grossly behind and I would order elsewhere, at least for the time being. I received an email on 07/08 indicating that my "frame has been cut to length and is now being assembled" and is expected to ship by 07/15. As of writing this, it has not yet shipped and I've received no further update or communication. I've tried to check the status with no luck--I can't get an email reply. I'll give it a couple days to see if it shows. If not, I'll just dispute the transaction with my credit card and get a frame elsewhere. UPDATE: I got a reply below, so I bumped it up a star. Hopefully, they reply soon to my email to get this sorted out. read more

Ordered 4 frames and a glass insert on May 3rd. On August 2nd I still haven't received any idea when my order will ship. I've gotten the run around from customer service who keeps telling me that a production manager told them it will be shipping in a few days. Delays from the pandemic are expected. Giving people the run around about when they should expect orders isn't. read more

I echo all the poor reviews here, specifically those blasting the non-existent customer service. ATTN: Any Business on Planet Earth®, we all realize we're in a pandemic and things are slow. You don't need to insult/guilt people with that hot line. I ordered on 6.11 and was told I'd have the order by 6.29. Nope. Emails, calls, emails... nothing. A week ago they said it was shipping the next day. Nothing. Even worse, I now realize when or if it shows up, the frame will suck. Awesome. I recommend going to 567 Framing in BK, paying a bit more and getting excellent service and quality. read more
