I did get helped by a nice young man who showed me the jackets that come in 2XL. I asked him if he was sure that that was a genuine 2x because it didn't look that large to me and he assured me that it was. Unfortunately we both headed to the counter to make my purchase and there was another guy wandering around who interrupted and asked for tires in the kid who was helping me literally just walked away from me and went over to the tire place for 10 minutes while I stood there at the counter waiting. Another guy came over and said sorry but he is the tire guy so you'll have to wait. What? Anyway I get home and turns out the 2X is not really a 2X even though it says to ask on the label. He tried to bring it back but without the original credit card they wouldn't give him a refund nor would they even exchange it which makes no sense to me. I had left the actual receipt in the pocket so he had the physical receipt and it was only two days later but they wouldn't do anything unless he went back home which is 45 minute drive each way and came and got my credit card and brought it back to them. These two things probably should've deducted two stars but I hate to give them only three because I know everybody is trying in Covid. Those two things will make me buy online rather than come back to the store but for you people who like to put your hands on stuff before you buy it this would be a good option.

I called the store to resolve the issue, they were no help. I then contacted the main office, and was belittled, dismissed, and gaslight - for THEIR error. ZERO apology or empathy. IF I ever receive my hundreds of dollars worth of products, it will be the last transaction they receive from me. Just purchase from Rocky Mountain instead.

I found a Drag Premium Battery line in stock at J&P Cycles and a good price and decided to go take my Harley Streetglide and go pick one up. Since it was Biketoberfest I figured they would be fairly crowded but it wasn't too bad because it was still early on the first day. The sales person at the counter quickly found the battery I needed and took my wife's old battery and disposed of it for me. One thing I like about J&P Cycles is that they support our Military and First Responders and I received a 10% discount. I see other reviews on Yelp giving them low stars mainly due to shipping issues, which many times is out of their control, but if you're in the store there always seems to be helpful employees offering assistance, and their prices are reasonable. I will continue to come to J&P Cycles.

They have a nice inventory of parts, add-ons, maintenance, and customization for almost any motorcycle. They also carry a nice line of helmets, clothing, and shoes. They carry good quality merchandise without the high costs of big name brands. This visit I had a specific item in mind to buy. I was greeted when I walked in and I proceeded directly back to the parts counter. There I showed a picture of what I was looking for to the employee. He walked over to a far wall and brought back to me the exact item I was wanting. You can sign up and for their "RPM" (Riders Preferred Membership) rewards for $39.99 a year and save 10% on almost all merchandise while also earning 5% RPM cash back on purchases (with some exclusions). I was pleased with my experience, and will continue to shop here when in the area. Check them out.

I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. Posted photo after I ordered correct size from Amazon. I just did this temp. So I wouldn't get pulled over, and I need to see my blind spots!!

They gave me a fair offer right away and sent a driver to the tow yard to pick up my car. He handled everything and handed me a check on the spot. The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.
