Stopped by during our visit with our sailor at Mayport Naval Base. We were not greeted at the door,…read morenor approached for any assistance while perusing. While there, another customer had to come up to the cash register, where their workers were just standing around and gabbing to ask for assistance with helmets for his daughter. If it were me, I would have just left; why beg for assistance? I have been to another cycle gear in Orlando, which seemed a bit more geared towards off road bikers and this place also seemed to be lacking in the way of gear for touring and definitely did not have a lot of options in pants for their smaller patrons. I would say don't waste your time.

I did get helped by a nice young man who showed me the jackets that come in 2XL. I asked him if he was sure that that was a genuine 2x because it didn't look that large to me and he assured me that it was. Unfortunately we both headed to the counter to make my purchase and there was another guy wandering around who interrupted and asked for tires in the kid who was helping me literally just walked away from me and went over to the tire place for 10 minutes while I stood there at the counter waiting. Another guy came over and said sorry but he is the tire guy so you'll have to wait. What? Anyway I get home and turns out the 2X is not really a 2X even though it says to ask on the label. He tried to bring it back but without the original credit card they wouldn't give him a refund nor would they even exchange it which makes no sense to me. I had left the actual receipt in the pocket so he had the physical receipt and it was only two days later but they wouldn't do anything unless he went back home which is 45 minute drive each way and came and got my credit card and brought it back to them. These two things probably should've deducted two stars but I hate to give them only three because I know everybody is trying in Covid. Those two things will make me buy online rather than come back to the store but for you people who like to put your hands on stuff before you buy it this would be a good option.

I purchased a used Yamaha Waverunner from Eric at Gearhead Motorsports several months ago and I was…read morevery happy with the ski, the price and the extra help and advice that he gave me! I have been out riding it many times since then and it has performed beautifully and I couldn't be happier with it ! I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone with jetski needs ect... the shop was impressive & I ,as a mechanic myself, could tell these guys know what they are doing!

Then gave me every excuse as to why my boat wasn't finished yet...when he did finally start working on it, he ACTUALLY took MY boat somewhere else to have it worked on, without telling me beforehand!!! ECU or ECM (computer problems) that Gearhead didn't have the experience or equipment to fix. 3 ECU's later and ME paying for (labor and parts) for something that didn't work. Final straw on last ECU....told me he would have to replace injectors and more. I told him NO! Paid $2000.00 to get my NON RUNNING boat back!!! Found New guy to look at it and he told me the ECU that Gearhead installed and charged me for was not even the right ECU for my boat!! See my problem here? The injectors were not the problem, so he was just guessing again!! I will never take anything to this guy or EVER tell anyone else to go to him!! You should find someone else to work on your boat and/or jet ski!!!

I was afraid Id hit the light of the sign and swerved but my mirror cracked from an already lose unit. I needed a mirror and fast under $25. At my nail Solon, a young lady suggested this pick and pull. Entry is $4 no matter what. Definitely wear shoes you don't care about and wear gloves . Step to the window and tell them why you're there. Pay admit $4 in cash but charge is okay when your find the part you need. $2 extra for card. I only had a par of pliers and a few men giggled and asked asked how I would get it off the car. I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. Posted photo after I ordered correct size from Amazon. I just did this temp. So I wouldn't get pulled over, and I need to see my blind spots!!

They gave me a fair offer right away and sent a driver to the tow yard to pick up my car. He handled everything and handed me a check on the spot. The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.
