I called explain the situation they're saying they will not warranty anything if you don't use oh Em BMW cases or brackets. i've dealt with Corbin. I've dealt with many other sheet dealers manufacturers, and that's never been the case. if you're gonna spend almost $800 on a sergeant seat, I wouldn't waste my time or money because they're warranty and backing of their products is a zero. they said they would repair it for $120 when their design is faulty.

I have been to another cycle gear in Orlando, which seemed a bit more geared towards off road bikers and this place also seemed to be lacking in the way of gear for touring and definitely did not have a lot of options in pants for their smaller patrons. I asked him if he was sure that that was a genuine 2x because it didn't look that large to me and he assured me that it was. Unfortunately we both headed to the counter to make my purchase and there was another guy wandering around who interrupted and asked for tires in the kid who was helping me literally just walked away from me and went over to the tire place for 10 minutes while I stood there at the counter waiting. Another guy came over and said sorry but he is the tire guy so you'll have to wait. What? Anyway I get home and turns out the 2X is not really a 2X even though it says to ask on the label. He tried to bring it back but without the original credit card they wouldn't give him a refund nor would they even exchange it which makes no sense to me. I had left the actual receipt in the pocket so he had the physical receipt and it was only two days later but they wouldn't do anything unless he went back home which is 45 minute drive each way and came and got my credit card and brought it back to them. These two things probably should've deducted two stars but I hate to give them only three because I know everybody is trying in Covid. Those two things will make me buy online rather than come back to the store but for you people who like to put your hands on stuff before you buy it this would be a good option.

Bella helped us all- effortlessly. When I described the issue with the fitting of a jacket we purchased from Revzilla for my wife, Bella assured us that motorcycle gear sizes were absurd, especially for accommodating women. Rob got himself a helmet, a jacket, and gloves from their awesome selection. I got a pair of alpinestar gloves- can't go wrong with that brand. Bella helped my wife find the perfect cold weather jacket, and a pair of amazing gloves. Her advice, guidance, and assistance were wonderful. DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE! Somebody at this shop dropped…read moremy bike and will not own up to it. I dropped it off with no scratches anywhere, and have pictures of it in their parking lot to prove it. When i picked up my bike today there are scratches on BOTH SIDES, my left handlebar is completely bent inward and there are now scratches on each side of the bike, the tail, the clutch lever, and the bars. Half of my fairings aren't even on properly anymore! Really devious work to drop someone's bike and not own up to it or even be willing to watch cameras and see what happened. I will be filing a police report!

Just 4 days later, one of the brand new tires failed on the interstate and flew off of my car- and I brought my vehicle back in to this location, (being 40 minutes away from Saint Mary's when it happened), and was told I only have to pay $75 for the tow. I was then quoted $264 by a manager for a tie rod and alignment, and that price was confirmed when I called back. However, when my husband called to pay, thinking that was a reasonable price, he was quoted nearly $489 for the exact same service--with no explanation- other than I was "too emotional and too busy at my job to hear the full number" Later that day, I was then told only when I called to see if my car was ready that I suddenly needed a new wheel, adding another $550, which was never discussed or approved beforehand. At no point was I clearly informed of or asked to approve these major price increases. The inconsistent quotes and lack of communication are extremely concerning. It's especially disappointing to be treated this way while supporting a service member who just got stationed down here. Military families rely on honesty and transparency, and this experience did not reflect that. I will be pursuing this further and strongly recommend others to keep looking before giving this place a cent. While the manager was kind to my face, and the original location did call to ask about my safety- I would have liked this rectified, seeing as a brand new tire could have severely injured myself or someone else- and now my car is ruined.

Further complicating the issue is being told by the repair facility that we only had one technician show up for work today, and the repair of your tire will take all day before it is completed. With clients waiting on me, that was not an option. I went across the street to the competition and replaced the tire within an hour of arriving. Now that I know the competitors, except for the maintenance program that I have, there is no need for me to return to this location. Problem solved.
