I needed a replacement tire and purchased a used tire for $45. They checked the tire in the water to make sure the tire was good before they sold it to me. Fast forward to a couple of days later I started noticing that the tire pressure was low... so I went back and told them what was going on. They helped me as soon as I pulled up. They found a nail in the tire and happily patched it up for free.. on a super busy night too! I was probably the third customer in line but was in and out within 15 mins. They were so honest and knowledgeable that I've been a regular customer from day one. They tend to have coupons online and it's easy to schedule service appointments online. What I've noticed with other car servicing center is they will try to tell you anything if you're a women alone getting service done. They've never treated me this way. They aren't heavy on up selling you things you don't need either. If you need something, they let you know and let you tell them what you want to do. If you want to hold off on getting something done, there's no pressure. I'm a forever customer at this Goodyear. I actually need to call Francisco and schedule an oil change. I was due back a few weeks ago but I've been too busy to get up there.

Two day later a get a 26 second collection styled voicemail, which in my opinion was inappropriate and totally rude since I DON'T OWE RENT A WHEEL A FREAKING DIME. I called CHRIS back and he was not at all the apologetic or humble. He was rude and quite confrontational and then hung up. How dare you conduct business in this manner?
