    Paul was great and very professional and friendly. Was right on the ball. Hubby called and spoke to Cody who was also friendly. Never had a bad experience with any discount tire.

    My husband and I only buy tires from them due to the wonderful program warranty program with tire certificates. The price is based on your tire. You get: free tire repair, rotation and balancing for the life of the tire. I bought my 33" Jeep Wrangler all terrain tires here. I love that they always get the 5 tire rotation right-the dealer always screws this up. This is why I come here. I get a free tire rotation for my Jeep because I buy my tires here. Last Tuesday I got the first flat tire on my new Tesla. Because they have the contract and stock the tire-I was so grateful to be able to have them nearby the incident. I made an appt online at 840 AM but they were booked till 1130 AM. I made the appt anyways. A few minutes after they opened Warren came out to assess my tire. We discussed the complexity of the special tire. About 10 min later they got me in. They are currently advertising feee tire flat repair. I got mine done for free despite the complexity of my foam Tesla tire. They are the only service companies seller of Tesla tires and did have my tire in stock but did not need it. While there I bought the tire warranty for $50 each. Warren took wonderful care of me. Last time I was here a few months ago it was for a new 5th tire for my Wrangler. Also wonderful service. These guys treat women wonderfully every time. Warren was super helpful and made me feel heard-as a woman which is so refreshing. Anytime I come (which is alone) I never get treated differently since I am a woman. I live I St A and love that my work and home are near Discount Tire shops. This one in OP brags they are the better store my hubby always uses the one near our house and comes home every time with nothing but wonderful things about that shop. He just got all new Tesla tires last week. It's on 16 and I 95.

    I specifically told the gentlemen who handled my check in that the current sensor is new, and I would like it back so I can return it to the auto store. Welp, I got the sensor (after asking for it) and it was broken. Now I'm out $45.00!!

    I am moving from NC to here in orange park FL, I always buy a tires at discount tire because of the customer service team. We been with them more than 17 years since AZ but the first appointment in this blanding blvd orange park fl is SUCK .. I made an appointment online at 10:30am be here 10:15 and the manager here is not friendly!! First he can't find my history of the purchase the tires and once he found them he told me it will be ready at 12:30-1:30??? Why when I have an appointment at 10:30 am??? If I do t have an appointment will be understandable that I have to wait, the guy playing games with me, now 11:26 am my car still sit in the parking lot not move and everyone before me has gone. I will rethink where to buy tires next time.

    I got a good deal on tires so that's a plus but when I picked up my car I was told the spare I bought was a little too big so it was going to stick out of my wheel well an inch or so. Not a big deal. However when I got to my car I opened the trunk and my spare wasn't even in my wheel well. It was thrown on top of what I had in the trunk! (A portable tire pump, tennis balls, a portable car battery charger, and some other stuff) So I go to put my spare in the wheel well, it doesn't fit at all. Which isn't a problem but they should have said that rather than saying it'll stick out an inch or so. And they didn't have to put my new spare on all my stuff. There was PLENTY of extra room in my trunk. On top of that, the insert that came with my car to put my jack and tire changing tools was taken, the man that was helping me eventually returned it to me. I go to get into my car and a panel on my drivers side was popped out and just left on my floor board. Why do you need to take out any panels to replace tires? I had to put the panel back into place myself. As a women, now I am honestly concerned there's been a tracker placed in my car. Then when I get home I noticed there is damage to my windshield tint! I tried to capture it in my picture but with the reflection it's hard to see. My tint is scratched and peeling off now. Why would anyone need to be touching my windshield for my tires to be replaced??? In addition all of my tires should be filled to 32-35, all of them were at 40.

    Once again discount tire always seems to surprise me with their consistent excellent customer service! First time using their appointment feature online, set my appointment for 9:30 am (arrived 10 min early as suggested). Before I can even get out the car a Discount tire rep walked outside to my car and greeted by name! Now I have a Tesla it's hard to miss but still he assume my name correctly and from what I stated on the information I submitted for the appointment, took care of me right away! Now I say this with pride, it's businesses that train their employees and have a culture of going the extra mile that make them great. The little thing matter and discount tires gets it. If you value that then this is the place to come! Tesla friendly and definitely have amazing trained techs!

    Been buying my tires here for many years, and have routine balance and rotation often, staff is always helpful and professional, just wish they Discount Tire, hadn't closed their Lenox store location , not sure why they did, it was always busy there .

    On December 1, I tried to order a printer, no matter what I did on my Apple phone or my computer,…read morewhich is not Apple I could not get this to work call people and customer service code 2 or three numbers. Nobody seemed to wanna help me they said they had no technical support. I was really upset because it's a big company and I would think that they would have people out there. I was told you have no technical support in this company for a customer if they're having a problem on the Internet, putting in the sale for a product that says Internet only so I was told to me on the phone that they could not help me, but I could go into the store and someone there would help me put this order in. I went to the store store number 357 there I met a person her name was NARDA on her tag is said customer service supervisor I explained to her the problem I was having she looked at me she said let me see what I can do to help you. We went to the computer department. They couldn't get it to work at your 45 minutes to an hour she realized there was nothing we could do, but she promised me that she would get to the bottom of it and figure out what to do to get my printer ordered. The prom was on November 20. I was going to have surgery for cancer. I was concerned I wanted to save the money on the sale. It was $110 off. She gave me her phone number to the store also wrote down her name because I'm 70 years old and I have a hard time remembering things. She was very considerate and kind and she really went out of her way. We must've spent an hour and a half to two hours trying to figure things out. We tried every different way but loose and nothing seemed to work . The next day I called her back. When I call that number, someone answered, the phone asked me a few questions. I explained what was going on. They asked me to hold on for a few minutes and they would get her a few minutes later. She came on the phone and she asked me how things were going was I able to order my printer? I told her now is still doing the same thing so she said to me I'm gonna call 800 number and talk to someone in customer service and see if they can help you so she called back and left a message because I was not able to answer the phone. I was talking to my doctor so I called back and she answered the phone. She asked me hold on for a minute. She was very polite about it. I said no problem. She said she is going to call 800 number . After she called that number and explained everything that was going on she gave me the Number 800-774-2678 to call the woman that answered the phone. Her name was CLETA. This was amazing. It took me about 10 minutes to explain everything to her and so she asked me to do a few things on my phone then my computer and we couldn't get anything to work. This woman stayed on the phone with me for at least 45 minutes to an hour. She was not willing to give up. She was determined to help me get this printer ordered, knowing that I was gonna have surgery for cancer on May 20 and she knew how bad I wanted to get this printer before the surgery. So I could save money on the sale. If I had surgery on May 20, if anything went wrong, I might not make it back to order it after the sale was over, which is the end of May finally after all options were used up we decided the best thing to do was to sign out of my Costco app and then delete it then sign in under a different email once I did this the order went through very smoothly. I couldn't think that two people that made my life so much easier even though there was a lot of complication they didn't give up. I try to give her a Google review, but three4 seconds went by and there was no recording. Asked me to leave a review on how good she was so I decided that I needed to send a letter to corporate and let them know how these two employees went really out of their way to make sure that I was happy.     First time customer and last time. I went online for four tires and set up install appointment…read more Online prices neglected to state any promotional pricing applied and additional undisclosed fees. As stated by Austin (claimed to be the manager). I arrived for my appointment and was informed that the online prices were promotional pricing, therefore, no additional military discount may be applied. Understandable, however, I asked Austin to show me where that promotional offer was stated in writing. Austin stated it's not written anywhere in order to verify, and that's how online pricing is. In addition, he disclosed "shop fees" that were neglected to be disclose online quote "out the door price" As I tried to state my point, Austin began to behave in a passive aggressive manner at which he deferred to not only cutting me of at every sentence but also speaking to me in a demeaning manner stating "that's the way online prices are big guy", and "I'll make sure to add your complaint to the long list of complaints". He appeared to have taken the matter personal from my observation. I stated there was no need to be referring to calling me "big guy" even after he knew my name. Ultimately, Austin's behavior was not necessary, yet it seems he may be experiencing frustrations from dealing with this online pricing issue. He eluded that this online pricing matter was a bigger headache than I understood e.g. "shop fees". If online pricing is a bigger issue, then at best the company should consider looking into properly disclosing all fees and charges, to include all promotional offers e.g. discounted prices on tires. This may alleviate continuous points of contention with pricing as Austin eluded to. Or at least consider restructuring the front staff as to ensure staff aren't being burnt out. Sadly, as a one time customer this was a disappointing business transaction and would not be returning back and will not be recommending Apex tire & auto to friends and family.     I have used Famous a few times and like their professionalism and speed. Another aspect that sets…read morethem apart is the ability to source your own parts. Many other surrounding mechanics will not allow that; they mark up the parts. I've saved quite a bit sourcing my own bits. Most recently had some spacers put on and they didn't even charge me...a testament to the relationships you can build with a local business. Thanks Sam!!!!
