However, as soon as I left the shop, they removed the tires and never put air back in them. My car has Run-Flat tires, which can be damaged very easily when driven without proper air pressure. Thank God I turned around quickly. I had not washed my car until today, September 30th, and that's when I noticed that one of the tires was missing one of the special Mercedes-Benz wheel-lock nuts. I immediately went back to the shop to explain what had happened and ask where the missing lug nut was. The owner--I don't know his name--was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, he simply told me that he would "see if he could help me." The special lug nut was never found. Instead, he gave me a generic replacement that was not even remotely the correct Mercedes-Benz part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They do not respect their customers, and their employees are not careful when removing or reinstalling wheels. NEVER GO THERE.

Discount Tire reports that the wheel was corroded, claimed to clean it up and apply sealer (spoiler: Discount Tire did not fix anything). This problem persisted for 3 months, before I brought it to AWRS. AWRS were able to squeeze me into their tight schedule, diagnose the problem, and solve it in one day. The wheel was highly corroded, which was repaired, and sealer was applied. I have been leak-free for 3 months. They are professional, courteous, and experts in their field. Highly recommended!

I was told they were behind and it'd be about an hour and a half until my car was serviced, I had my toddler with me but assumed we'd be fine waiting that long. I didn't leave until three hours after my appt slot. I had to cancel appointments I had later in the day because I didn't leave until just about 2pm. Service members were apologetic and I let it slide because they were very busy but I had to approach them for any updates on status which was frustrating especially when it went over the initial hour and a half estimate. My husband had an appt for 4:15 today to get a rotation and balance. He was also told it'd be an hour and a half- he didn't leave until after 7. Extremely frustrating again but service members were apologetic and I wasn't going to leave this review BUT when he got home he realized that the balance that he went for wasn't even performed. One star for apologetic team members but something has to be done about how appointments are handled.

Paisanos to the rescue. I brought the my wheel and used tire to Paisanos. The second I parked my car, the owner walked up to me, unloaded the wheel from the trunk and brought the wheel to one of the bays. His minions then went to work right away, uninstalling the old tire to place the newer tire. Within 10 minutes or less, badabing, badaboom....the newer tire was installed and I was outta there. I'm still at awe at how fast they got the job done, despite how busy they were. What an excellent service. All the staff I have encountered was courteous and friendly. And the rate I was charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

I did schedule that service out 2 weeks. Nonetheless insie was clean, spacious, there wasn't a list of "to do's" like the dealerships hound you for. My Z06 previously had the wheels painted prior to me purchasing which I was unaware of until about 6 months of owning the car the poor quality started to show and the old chrome finish started to peak through. Made an appointment and it took a few days to get the car back but it was 1000% worth it. The wheels look brand new and actually ride smoother after they balanced the tires. Lugs were all torqued correctly and I couldn't be more pleased. I never post reviews unless it is bad enough for a lawsuit or good enough of an experience to justify letting others know how great of a job they are capable of.
