So I ran into an issue with one of my tires, which needed to be replaced. I then purchased a used tire from EBAY and was looking for a local shop that would install it. Paisanos to the rescue. I brought the my wheel and used tire to Paisanos. The second I parked my car, the owner walked up to me, unloaded the wheel from the trunk and brought the wheel to one of the bays. His minions then went to work right away, uninstalling the old tire to place the newer tire. Within 10 minutes or less, badabing, badaboom....the newer tire was installed and I was outta there. I'm still at awe at how fast they got the job done, despite how busy they were. What an excellent service. All the staff I have encountered was courteous and friendly. And the rate I was charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop. read more

George Lopez, the owner not the comedian, is great to work with. The place is like a carnival for tires. I found it a super fun place to hang out while they were QUICKLY replacing all four tires! It literally took less than thirty minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled back out. I needed two newer back tires and while I was going to initially wait a bit to buy them but my worry hit me hard and I had to do something about them. They're getting pretty close to bald. I found this place online and they were pretty close to home. I stopped by after brunch with friends to see if they had tires for my car and judging by other reviews, they're pretty fast about changing them out. The manager was friendly and knew for sure that they had some without looking at a computer or list. He led me over to the stacks he had. I picked out the newest ones which were combined the price for one tire at a retail tire store, service shop or the dealer and sat outside in the shade while they worked. One of their dogs came out to get some water but didn't bother anyone. They're friendly and we're trying to avoid the sun just as much as we were. I was in and out of there in 30 mins, just in time to catch the Jumbo Shrimp game. I don't know if was just this Sunday or what but they were pretty busy replacing and repairing tires and somehow they were able to get me outta there in record time. 2023 Tesla Model Y I got a nail in tire over weekend and was able to plug it myself with a tire repair kit. Then took to Discount Tire on Monday to have them examine and patch. Discount Tire would not even look at the tire because I had plugged it. I then decided to try Paisanos Tires after reading reviews. Was a little afraid they might not be familiar with Tesla's special requirements about jack points. I jumped out and stuck in my own Puck in the jack point. The manager spoke English and was very kind. They jacked up the car correctly and had the tire off the rim and inspected and repaired in about 12 minutes. They are much faster than Discount Tire! I was so impressed. They charge $20 (June 2024) for a repair. They pulled out my Puck and handed to me as I was about to leave. I forgot to ask if they had their own pucks. But I doubt that they see too many Teslas there, so bring your own just in case. The staff was very friendly. Don't be afraid to try them out. I plan on using them again. read more

Went there alone as a young woman, fully expecting to be taken advantage of & be charged $100 for a used tire, but they actually genuinely helped me. They hooked me up with a grand total of $58. I ran into a problem last night when I tried to run a few errands and realized my tire was flat . Thank God for AAA but I hate driving around on a donut. It just makes me so uncomfortable. I heard a lot about this place and decided to give them a try. Here I can tell you they are all about customer service. The staff is very nice and friendly and try their best to give you a great deal. I was in and out in no time at all and that truly surprised me. I came in with the expectation of having to wait at least 10 -15 but honestly I was done and ready to go in 10. I recommend anyone in need for a tire and not wanting to spend a ton of money to stop here and I'm sure they'll be able to get you in and out in no time. Apparently I picked up a nail in my tire somewhere, causing it to go flat. After Googling used tire places (a chick's on a budget), Paisanos was one of the few places open on Sunday. So I carefully made my way across town on my spare. The service was quick and in about 20 minutes, the tire was changed out and I was good to go. Workers are incompetent and disrespectful. Left my car there to have all new tires installed at $435.00. I asked to keep 2 of my old tires. When I returned for my vehicle I found that they had put those two dirty tires in my back seat on my clean upolstery. When questioned I was treated with disrespect and the manager not once offered an apology just a sorry excuse stating " people never leave their cars here. What were we supposed to do?" I'm sorry goes along way but this blatant way of making excuses about poor service and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. read more

I had my BMW towed there yesterday to have my flat tire replaced. I selected Paisonos in part due to their high ratings, but was disappointed this morning too find the new tire flat (a used tire, but with a lot of tread). It could be that my is damaged, but why would they put a good tire on a bad rim? Perhaps they put a bad tire on a good rim, but I don't know and am now stuck dealing with this again. I called today and spoke with Jorge Lopez, and he told me to bring it back in. They should pay my towing since their techs either cannot recognize a leaky tire or a bad rim!!! read more
