If there is one thing that we should all be on top of, it is car maintenance. It is one of those necessities of life that is vitally important, but so very easy to forget. Oil changes, tune-ups, tire care. These things should be something we stay on top of, just like seeing the doctor for a routine check up, or getting your teeth cleaned. But in today's world, car maintenance can be easily pushed aside, or forgotten altogether... Until something happens, which forces us to take notice. For about the last month or so, I have had to consistently stop daily, or every other day, to put air in one of my tires. It was a slow leak, so although I knew I had to stop by a tire shop to get things checked out, I procrastinated, and just kept putting it off. Last night, however, when I stopped to put air in the leaky tire, I noticed one of other tires had some of the metal tread showing. "Here's your sign," I said to myself, and I added a reminder to the calendar on my phone. It was time to take Camryn (the name I've given to my Toyota Camry) to the tire doctor. Timing really wasn't right to have her fitted with 4 brand new tires, and I've purchased used tires in the past from a tire shop a little ways up the road, so I pulled up Google on my Samsung Galaxy, and found this shop right around the corner from my house, and gave them a call. No answer, no problem. I jumped in the car, and came to the shop just 3 minutes away to see what they had to offer. I spoke to the man in charge, and told him what I was looking for, and he went to see what he had. I was hoping I'd be fortunate enough to find 4 matching used tires, but there weren't any. But what he did have was 2 matching brand new tires, which look quite amazing actually, and 2 more matching tires which were almost new. So I inquired about the "out-the-door" price, and he quoted me $220, mounted, balanced and out the door. I knew a good deal when it was presented to me, so I took it. There were maybe 2 or 3 cars already being serviced, but after only about 5 minutes, they put Camryn on the table, and began the procedure. About 5 minutes after that, looked up, and there she sat, all jacked up and barefoot lol. I've been to used tire shops before, but the time it took to get started here was quite impressive. The shop is pretty clean compared to the shops I've used in the past, and the waiting area was comfortable and had air conditioning. The other used tire shops I've used in the past had chairs positioned outside in the heat. So the ac was a nice feature. Here in the waiting room there is a vending machine with 6 different bottled sodas to choose from, and a nice variety of snacky foods... Chips, crackers, and a couple of candy bars. There is also a water dispensing machine and even an ATM machine (although the ATM machine is currently unplugged). The restroom is outside on the side of the building, but was clean, and not lacking any toiletries. Overall, this has been a great experience! I'm looking forward to driving Camryn out of here once she is set, and I'm sure the ride will be smooth, and solid. I give this place 5 stars and will definitely be back in the future when my Camryn needs some new shoes!

Excellent place to get my used tires...fast and provide great service and prices.

I always get my used tires from here. Fast and reliable service. I drive a lot on an older car that has no point on getting new tires. I got a used tire and put 30k miles in it from here. Will come back

    Great Service!

I was charged almost $400 and told the issue was fixed. About 10 miles after leaving, my car started running hot. I immediately called the shop and was told, "That's strange, it didn't run hot when you brought it in." I had the car towed back. Three days later, I was told the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the car would not start, which has never been an issue before. Again, I was told, "That's strange, it started when I drove it this morning." While driving the car home--less than 10 minutes from the shop--the vehicle began producing heavy white smoke, which I later learned indicates a blown head gasket. My car was returned to me in much worse condition than when I brought it in. I'm not sure what was done to my vehicle, but based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your homework and getting a second opinion before taking your car here.

Told me it was a simple valve cover charged me over $500 and sent me on my way. I still smell oil burning after the repairs so the next day I check the oil in my car and it is again two quarts low like no oil on the dipstick. They made and charged me for the wrong repair. They charged me another $600 to fix this problem even though I already paid $500 for a valve cover that never needed to be replaced in the first place. They also damaged the undercarriage of my car jacking it up on the lift I even have photos. All in all going to the shop at $500 repair cost me over $1,000 of their incompetence.
