Great Bike Week deal on new tires for my bagger. Front end wobble is gone. I had spent 4 days riding in Daytona prior to service, bike was filthy. After a complementary wash and clean job, I was absolutely amazed by the chrome wheels. They looked brand new, both of them. I understand Daryll is well known for his bike detailing. Do not bother taking any make bike to this location. Carl has no business running repairs on anything but a stick. And Alec Adamac is another one that drops the ball continuously. They charged me 680 to change fluids and put back my same plugs that I inserted and marked. Because of past experiences and it's not any better. After the first time they didn't fix anything at Regency, they moved it without my consent to Baymeadows. Damaged front foot pegs, gas tank, put fuel line in a bind so fuel wouldn't flow. Also the inserts used to extend fuel line were to small sucking in air and busting out. After 3 E-mail Alec Ademac thinks I'm going to eat this. Well think again. Baymeadows isn't any better. A lot of employees with the rearmed on their shoulders and I'd be scared to let them work on a skateboard board. read more

The worst. Go to the Baymeadows store. They should seriously close this location. It's like you're doing them a favor when you spend $1000. I own 2 harleys (street glide and a wide glide) and the garbage service is a virus at this place. Avoid the regency store. Received a quote to sell my motorcycle for $4,900 brought down to $3200 with repairs. Conducted repairs through service department as it was $700 cheaper than via deductions. ADAMEC GM, Per our conversation today I would like to give you my formal written complaint with the EagleRider Rental program you have operating within your Baymeadows Rd store. I joined the Club EagleRider program earlier this year so I could ride several different models to eventually settle with the one I want and make the purchase from your store. My first NEGATIVE experience with EAGLERIDER was my FIRST RENTAL. Pick up 03/09/2018 @ 9:00 a.m. Dropoff Time: 3/10/2018 9:00 a.m. (Confirmation Number WBERJAXHD01698560, Submitted on 02/02/2018 7:28 a.m. PST) I arrived 30 min early and was the second person in-line when the door opened at 9 a.m. The representative helping was "Sarah" I do believe? She had computer issues, she didn't have the correct rental for the customer that was in-front of me. The bikes wasn't prepared for rental (I am second in line at the rental counter, I was hearing everything she was saying and was involved with some of the conversation). Another gentleman stepped up to the counter complaining about the bike his wife was getting wasn't what they reserved, his wife needed a smaller/lower bike to ride. Once that customer was handled I was next. She told me My bike wasn't ready, later she said it wasn't there. I told her I filled out the PREREGISTER FORM WITH EAGLERIDER online that says it will help expedite my rental. She was unable to see it on her system, so my information was entered again, by this time it was close to 10 a.m. She had people dropping bikes off, she was trying to help me and one other guy inline, she was OVERWHELMED. By the time MY RENTAL was ready it was 11:10 a.m. I've been onsite for 2 hours at this point. I want to mention she extended my time by two hours to cover the loss of rental time, AND FOR THAT I THANK HER! I returned the bike and no other issues or complaints for this rental. My Second NEGATIVE experience with EAGLERIDER was Today! Pick up 04/28/2018 @11:00 a.m. Dropoff Time 4/29/2018 11:00 a.m. (Confirmation Number WBERJAXHD010000001136, Submitted on Tue, 24 Apr 2018 06:41 p.m. PDT) My wife received a call from AL Moser w/EagleRider at 9:52 a.m. his message said the bike I reserved will not be back in till 2 p.m. that same day. I called him back at the number he provided, I expressed my discontent with EAGLERIDER and told him I live 1:30 MIN AWAY and I am already in route, he said that's all he could do, I informed him I will be in the store shortly to talk about it. When I arrived at ADAMEC on Baymeadows rd I talked with AL Moser, Chris Skinner about my serious dislike and feeling of aggravation with EagleRider and the rental program. I wanted my current rental cancelled and a credit for the Deposit I made for today. Al Moser Notified JOEY @ EagleRider 386-299-3872 he said my credit was granted (AS OF THE TIME OF THIS LETTER I HAVEN'T SEEN NO PROOF OF THAT). I later called JOEY and expressed my serious discontent with EagleRider and I will be terminating my monthly subscription and will never do business with them again. Summary; EagleRider Does not do what their advertisement says. Online PRE-REGISTRATION did not help, They DO NOT Stand behind the rental TIMES or TYPES of rental you reserve. They make it seem easy and worth the time, when its neither. What I have trouble UNDERSTANDING is why ADAMEC allows this to continue. MYSELF, MY MOTHER and FATHER have all purchased Harley's from ADAMEC. In total 6 or 7 bikes, my guess $150k plus in motorcycles and accessories and repairs. So, I would consider myself and my parents a LOYAL CUSTOMER. Scammy! This is our second time coming in to look at a used bike and the price quoted was not the price offered due to a "glitch in the system." My boyfriend went in looking at a YFZ they had for sale and had text messages from the sales agent saying he would like to be between $3000 and $3500. When they paperwork came back, they had a "glitch" and poof the price was not $8000. EXCUSE ME? We have multiple text messages going back and forth and my boyfriend wasted an hour and a half of his work day on these jokers. Do not trust anything these people say. read more

Bought a bike from Adamec in Orange Park that the tire was damaged. They finally told me to replace it and email them the invoice and they would reimbursement. Been two months and no reimbursement check. Left several messages and no return calls. I wish I never bought from them and would tell everyone go to Tallahassee to purchase a Harley.
