After the first time they didn't fix anything at Regency, they moved it without my consent to Baymeadows. Damaged front foot pegs, gas tank, put fuel line in a bind so fuel wouldn't flow. Also the inserts used to extend fuel line were to small sucking in air and busting out. After 3 E-mail Alec Ademac thinks I'm going to eat this. Well think again. Baymeadows isn't any better. A lot of employees with the rearmed on their shoulders and I'd be scared to let them work on a skateboard board.

Now what he fixed was already fixed. He had no real discussion as to what he was going to do prior. He rebuilt my fuel pump that I had already fixed a a whole other shop. Now today I go to pick up my bike that had a full tank and it's almost dry. I stop to fuel up and turn off the bike and now after it being " Good to Go " now it has either no fuel or no spark. Almost $1100.00 paid with good money for a papar weight and $120.00 for a uhaul to get it home. I work hard for my money and expect valid results like anyone else. 8 weeks wait for a 12 minute ride. $1100 dollars for 12 minutes of riding. I am absolutely disgusted with this experience. Good money at bad service. I am turned off of riding if I have to deal with " businesses like this and it has now ruined my desire to experience riding again.

They had music, food trucks, they had the store inside open for everyone to come in and check the place out. They had so many motorcycles in there to see and admire. Some motorcycles were for sale and some were there for service and repair. They had a lot people out there. I would go again. They had a lot of very experienced cyclists riding up and down the street doing tricks with their motorcycles. It was a little scary for me, because I did not want them to have an accident. We made a sweet treat purchase from a food truck and enjoyed the show.

The manager said he would come back with a better offer and later quoted us a price in the $7,000 range, but failed to clearly explain the maintenance fees and other additional charges. We left believing we were paying about $3,000 less, but in reality the extra charges had simply been renamed and added back in. Be very careful and review all paperwork closely before signing.

I spoke with the dealership numerous times about the bike, pulled the money together, and drove about 45 minutes to pick it up--only to find out when I arrived that the bike had been sold. They refunded my money, and the manager personally told me he would "make it right." I decided to give them another chance and purchased a regular R1 instead. Unfortunately, nothing was actually done to make the situation right. I received two T-shirts. That was essentially it. Now, about a month and a half after purchasing the bike, I'm still waiting for my title so I can register it in Georgia. Since I purchased the bike out of state, getting the title is obviously pretty important. I've called approximately eight times trying to get in touch with the person responsible for titling. After finally getting through, the response I received was extremely rude and dismissive, as if repeatedly calling about a title I need to legally register a motorcycle was somehow an unreasonable request. I was eventually told the title was being overnighted to my county's DMV. The frustrating part isn't just the mistakes--it's the complete lack of personal accountability and customer service afterward. Things happen. Bikes get sold. Paperwork gets delayed. What matters is how a dealership handles those situations, and unfortunately, my experience has been one excuse after another with very little ownership. This is easily the worst dealership experience I've ever had, and I would be extremely cautious about purchasing from this dealership. I genuinely hope they improve how they treat customers, because the way this was handled was unacceptable.

They only unloaded two of the three units because the delivery guy "didn't know there was another one." That alone should have been my first red flag. They drove the machines off the trailer, and I had to push them myself into my garage. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts, not a DIY recovery mission. My kids rode them for approximately two total hours. On 26DEC2025, we went to ride again and one of the batteries literally EXPLODED. Not "went dead." Not "lost a charge." Exploded. That's a catastrophic failure on the second use of a brand-new unit. I contacted the company on 29DEC2025 about warranty replacement options and was told by Corey to come in. I arrived with the battery in hand, which was visibly destroyed. At that point, the story changed immediately. I was told the battery "isn't considered a part" and therefore is not covered under warranty. Let that sink in. A battery somehow isn't a part. Then I was told, "If you don't like that, contact the manufacturer or just buy a new one -- they're like $30 on Amazon." When I referenced the 90-day DEFECT warranty and the 6-month parts warranty, I was met with condescension and told, "If you had read the packet when you bought it, you'd know the 6-month warranty is engine and transmission labor only." I DID read the packet. That's how I know they're full of it. I again pointed out that this was a CLEAR DEFECT -- a battery exploding on its second use -- and asked how that does not qualify under the 90-day defect warranty. The response? "Doesn't matter. It's not a part. It's a battery. They're $30 on Amazon. Just buy another one." This company does not honor their own printed, signed, and confirmed warranty paperwork. They lie, they dismiss legitimate safety issues, and they talk to customers like they're idiots. They hide behind word games and technical nonsense to avoid standing behind the garbage they sell. A battery exploding on a children's four-wheeler is a SAFETY ISSUE, not a customer inconvenience -- and their response was essentially, "Not our problem." STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, screw up the delivery, sell you unsafe equipment, and then smugly tell you to go shop on Amazon instead of honoring their warranty. If this is how they treat customers within four days of purchase, imagine how bad it gets later. You've been warned.
