Poor Communication, Unprofessional Behavior, and Unnecessary Panic…read more It took me over a year to get an appointment at this shop, as it seems to be the only local option for older sport bike repairs. The owner, Roland, is rough around the edges and lacks basic customer service skills -- but I initially gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was simply busy. I had my Kawasaki ZX9 towed in for front brake and caliper repairs. I specifically asked for a quote before any work began, but instead of calling me, I had to chase him for the numbers each time. The total ended up being $1,300, which I paid in person since I couldn't pick up the bike myself due to knee surgery. I arranged for a tow company to retrieve it, gave Roland their details, and provided the pickup time. After the tow company left with my bike, Roland called to say they had used a wrecker and "didn't know what they were doing," making it sound like my bike was likely damaged. This caused me unnecessary panic -- especially since he never called me before the bike was moved. When I asked why he didn't call earlier if he was so concerned, he got angry and hung up on me. When the bike arrived, it was in perfect condition. His alarming phone call was completely unwarranted, and the stress he caused was unnecessary. While I can't yet speak to the quality of his repair work, I can say that his attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor communication were enough for me to decide I won't return. In the future, I'll tow my bike to Orlando or Tampa, where I've received skilled service and respectful treatment.

Twizted Throttle ATV's and Motorcycle repair…read more Absolutely the worst place I NEED HELP brought my 2004 cb919 in for full service Forks seals oil change air filter Etc new tires(pre purchased) new sprockets new chain and some bolt on parts.they had my motorcycle over a month and I get it back with an astronomical bill. Even tho i payed up front for the service parts through them including sprockets but they had to reorder my rear sprocket twice then said it wouldnt be there for a month...so i personally bought a sprocket(3rd one) and had it shipped in 2 days. I call a few days latter they tell me they waisted a whole day CUTTING ON MY BIKE TO MAKE A PEG MOUNT FIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION when it was obvious that the factory sent two front mounting sets for both rear and front peg sets. 2 more weeks later I go to get my bike and there is a huge dent in the tank with cracked paint showing clean metal under and they called me a liar when i said thats new and wasnt there before. So i pay the bill with SEVERE DISTRESS from the yelling they were doing. but now the bike makes a clicking noise up front a grinding noise in back the bolt on parts are all loose one of the foot pegs that I had them put on fell off before I even made it 20 min home and it's gone that's $40 wasted and the other were loose and falling off.... the chains too tight the brake light is applying for some unknown reason NONE OF MY LIGHTS ARE WORKING ANYMORE. all of a sudden the clutch doesn't even disengage fully when it's in the first gear and you hold the clutch down and you revv the engine and it tries to take off. It no longer has the cammed lope idle sound..it sounds like its misfiring. I found wires on the handle controls not plugged back in. They stripped out the tank bolts. Made the rear plastics very loose and noisy. The handle grips aren't installed all the way on. And the bike never had a single issue and would take off instantly but now when you twist the throttle the rpms tack out then drop down to 4k and then starts to accelerate..no response at all anymore. absolutely the worst mechanics to work on your motorcycle ever in this world completely incompetent and utterly disrespectful. I NEED HELP I PAYED FOR THEM TO SERVICE AND RESTORE AND THEY GAVE ME BACK A DEATH TRAP i dont have much money to fix what they broke. They forced me to pay or threatened to make me forfit my title.

Gearhead had my Seadoo boat for almost a full year!! Had me fully convinced he knew what he was…read moredoing. Then gave me every excuse as to why my boat wasn't finished yet...when he did finally start working on it, he ACTUALLY took MY boat somewhere else to have it worked on, without telling me beforehand!!! ECU or ECM (computer problems) that Gearhead didn't have the experience or equipment to fix. 3 ECU's later and ME paying for (labor and parts) for something that didn't work. Final straw on last ECU....told me he would have to replace injectors and more. I told him NO! Paid $2000.00 to get my NON RUNNING boat back!!! Found New guy to look at it and he told me the ECU that Gearhead installed and charged me for was not even the right ECU for my boat!! See my problem here? The injectors were not the problem, so he was just guessing again!! I will never take anything to this guy or EVER tell anyone else to go to him!! You should find someone else to work on your boat and/or jet ski!!!
