The seat is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable and far exceeds my expectations...and my expectations were already high since I am a repeat customer! Yes, I had an issue with the seat initially with too much gap/space between the passenger seat and trunk, but the way you handled the issue was OUTSTANDING!! I have to give special thanks to DEAN! Good gosh, that man made me feel like I was his only/most important customer in the world! I had to send the new seat back to get fixed. Dean was waiting for it to arrive and grabbed it off the FedEx truck, immediately fixed it, placed it on your showroom goldwing to ensure everything was perfect, then FaceTimed me to show me and get my approval, then placed it back in the mail the same day!!! I just purchased a motorcycle seat from Ultimate Seats. From every aspect of the purchase to the delivery of my motorcycle seat was an A+ exceptional experience! We visited Ultimate Seats retail location in Florda to get a first hand look at a seat for our 2018 GL1800 CSC Trike. Dean assisted us. He allowed us to try out a couple different seats and review a book of fabric swatches that were available. We found the perfect match. It was pouring down rain while we were there, so Dean arranged for us to try out the seat on our trike by pulling into their garage. My wife immdiately loved the passenger seat and the first thing that struck me was the excellent support of the drivers backrest. The seat fit me perfectly. We ordered the custom seat with the Sapphire Blue Croc insert as pictured here. They were even able to wrap our standard Honda backrest so it matched our seat. The quality is excellent and we love the look. Ultimate Seats delivered the seat a week ahead of time and very quickly turned around recovering our backrest. We purchased a new 2025 Goldwing Tour DCT Trike and felt that the factory seat was too flat and became uncomfortable for my wife and me on 100 mile rides. We read many reviews on other replacement seats and decided to purchase the Ultimate seat from reviews. There are cheaper seats to purchase but most had mixed reviews. I dealt with Chris and Dean on the internet and had a very pleasant experience with both of them helping me decide on my seat. The colors of the seat really made the trike look much better. We made one stop for lunch on our first little ride and we already had a couple make a comment on the seat. I recently installed the seat and passenger backrest but haven't gone on any 100+ mile rides yet but I'm sure that this seat will be a big improvement over the factory seat. read more

2017 roadmaster indian. Factory seat was leather and made to look good , but not for long distance. Actually cause pain on tail bone. I even put a gel pad in the seat better but still good for maybe if lucky 200 miles. Found ultima seats . There associates are very professional and understand my problem. Had Dean installe there seat on Roadmaster. I just finished 3000 mile trip . better No pain very very comfortable. And they installed and shipped my old seat home. Never buy another brand . Can't say enough about this . Everyone knows bad seat can wreck a road trip. Best road seat ever. Well worth the price. Pain fixed. Great place. read more

I ordered the seat and the drivers backrest, and as somebody has had multiple back surgeries, I could not be happier with this product. Absolutely superior fit and finish in the back rest is a game changer, especially for those who have lower back issues. Yes, it is not cheap, but clearly you get what you pay for the instance! If you are on the fence about a seat from ultimate I highly recommend you get one. Excellent communication from Dave and Chris. Seat is for a 2023 Goldwing Tour. My wife and I could not ride more than an hour before the numbness set in on the stock seat. We purchased a Mid-rider and are smiling ear to ear. We can now ride longer than an hour and do not struggle to get off the bike due to numbness. It is firm but not hard, it supports you whole butt evenly. If you are debating about an Ultimate Seat go for it. I've ridden stock Harley seats, Mustang and Saddleman. read more

The ultimate x big boy had got to be the most comfortable seat there is. And they have amazing customer support. The bottom of my seat got broke when I got hit by a truck. I was worried I'd have to buy a whole new seat. But nope, they fixed it for a VERY reasonable price. From the time I shipped it out to the day I got it back was only about a week. read more

All I can review to this point is customer service. I have yet to install as I'm coming off total hip replacement and am not allowed to throw a leg over yet. I had a slight problem with a missing item upon delivery. One email sent and no questions asked. The needed item was sent immediately. I expect the seat to be as good as advertised. read more

My new Ultimate seat solved my problems. I rode home 375 miles and was able to travel a full tank of gas without having to stop and get off the bike after 100 miles.
