I had two cars washed by Guillermo/Nova Spa (and his partner/helper, whose name I don't know) for…read morethe first time, and both ended up damaged in the process. Guillermo won't own up to either. One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you. I wouldn't have a problem with you if you took responsibility.

I went through insurance and found Caliber Collision on Overpass Road. Chris at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful, and Felipe was communicative and kind with getting me settled with dropping off my car. I received text updates and appreciated the communication. There was a revision to the estimate after I had already dropped off the car, so I called to inquire (the other driver's insurance was covering everything but I was still curious). Felipe explained that they needed to fully replace the two doors after all and that was the change. There was a slight hiccup in communication later on, where (on the day I was told my car would be ready - a Thursday) they let me know that afternoon that I would need to wait until Monday to get my car - an issue had popped up and they needed more time. Totally fine - my rental car was covered and I told them there was no rush! That next morning, on Friday, I got a call from Felipe saying it would be ready that afternoon. I was thrilled! He explained that there was an issue with the side-view mirror, where they thought they needed to get a new mirror from the dealership because the original had been accidentally tossed. Felipe himself dumpster-dived and found my mirror!! He went above and beyond to get my car to me before the weekend! Both he and Chris made this process easy and smooth, and my car looks amazing!! I am so grateful for their help and for their technicians/repair folks' work - they did such a wonderful job and I'm so happy with it!!!

Rene got a replacement door in 2 days, installed and _perfectly matched_ the (aged) 3-stage metallic silver color. A few years before, we had a bad interior roof leak. Rene diagnosed that the front window gasket was leaking. Unfortunately, it had rusted the front of roof so badly it needed to be rebuilt. Aiiieee ya! With that curvature in two directions and the lip for glass it should have been impossible. Not for Rene's team! Their prices are quite reasonable. Rene and his team are fast and darned good. Get a quote then do your auto body job at A Quality Auto Body on Daley. You'll be very happy with the results.

When I brought this up to Mathew, he refused to take responsibility and wouldn't stand behind his work. Any professional shop knows that proper prep is the most basic step in refinishing a replacement bumper, so this was disappointing to hear. Now I'm left with a bumper that needs to be completely redone, at my expense, because of poor workmanship and a lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere if you want the job done correctly and backed by a shop that honors its work.

Didnt pressure me to choose one over the other, talked to me plainly and honestly and didnt make me feel dumb. I was told that paintless would probably only recover 75-85% of the dent but after they were done, it looked like 100% recovery to me! Great service, phenomenal work, honest prices, and family owned!
