Unfortunately many of the ones I called weren't answering their phones so I just decided to drive to one until I find the one that can help. On my way I was stopped by David at a light he noticed my front bumper was hanging off and needed some work. I followed him to his store and he gave me a great quote the service only included fixing my bumper but they went out of their way to get the scratches off my car, polish/make my headlights clear, and gave my car a small but nice detail free of charge. They charged a great price not including the extra work that was done . They are a genuine business I was happy to know that my money was gonna be well spent and my car would be taken care of. I'm definitely coming back for a detail and would recommend if you need any work done on your car! Thank you workers of sunshine collision and David!

After paying and excited to get my car back looking newer than ever I was inspecting the car and noticed quarter sized paint chip on the passenger side and rim rash. I confronted David about it and ofc denied it. After taking it home for the first car wash they missed multiple spots with the ceramic coat. Again confronted David and said that's not possible. After showing a video clearly showing it wasn't ceramic coated. Finally agreed to fix it. After that I got a new part added and wanted it coated and paint corrected as well. I paid $300 for that part and the original missing panels to my surprise issues weren't done as promised. After going back the 3rd time. I dropped it off for the whole day then didn't touch the car at all. Wasted my time. 4th time same thing. Finally after the 5th visit it finally gets done after being pushed off for days up to two weeks. If you care about your car and wanted to get the service and respect you deserve. DO NOT GO HERE. The moment you pay you are no longer a priority

I had two cars washed by Guillermo/Nova Spa (and his partner/helper, whose name I don't know) for…read morethe first time, and both ended up damaged in the process. Guillermo won't own up to either. One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you. I wouldn't have a problem with you if you took responsibility.

I had my bumper replaced here after a rear-end collision, and within a short time the paint started…read morechipping and peeling off in multiple spots. I took it to another reputable body shop, who immediately pointed out that the bumper was not prepped properly. The surface hadn't been sanded or treated with adhesion promoter before painting. When I brought this up to Mathew, he refused to take responsibility and wouldn't stand behind his work. Any professional shop knows that proper prep is the most basic step in refinishing a replacement bumper, so this was disappointing to hear. Now I'm left with a bumper that needs to be completely redone, at my expense, because of poor workmanship and a lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere if you want the job done correctly and backed by a shop that honors its work.
