The tosses a note pad at me and says, write down your info and we'll call you. I'm busy with customers. My response was - " what am I?" She replied- " They paid money already!" Needless to say that was the deal breaker right there. I walked out after telling her she was F-ing rude. They lost a $4000 job that day. But our car looks great after we went elsewhere!
