For the complaints about issues persisting, there is an unlimited number of times they will come back and address it with stronger and more strategic approaches- any complex pest issue will require more than 1-2 treatments! I was told that the product should last 90 days but they service about every 60. We have had to ask for a retreatment about 3-4 times in 2.5 years. And everytime they say it's not a retreatment bc we were due that month. Not next week not two weeks but 4 weeks later. I am going back to a company that doesn't try to take advantage of their customers.
