I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. I had some unidentified noises coming from my basement ceiling and he was able to determine that it was a mother squirrel and her babies. He also found a lone bat sleeping in my attic, as well as evidence of a raccoon being in there previously. And the day before I found Triangle Wildlife, I had called out a traditional exterminator, who told me that there was zero evidence of even mice on my property yet Ethan showed me a mouse that was caught and recognized mouse droppings in several areas. He taught me some things about the creatures as well (types of noises to watch out for, etc). He was able to safely remove the bat and squirrels and seal up all potential openings for the vermin to get in. He kept to his appointment dates/times for getting all suggested work done and it was done quickly and effectively. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of materials and work being done. I was also impressed with his process of giving the animals about a week to maneuver themselves out of the house, and then verifying they were gone before sealing up the areas. And he kept me informed each step of the way. I hope you never need this type of service, but if you do, I recommend Triangle 100%!

While reassuring us as homeowners that things could have been a lot worse, they educated us about bats' protected status and why having bats around (just not in our attic) is a good thing to keep down the mosquito population. They also sensitized us to the health hazards posed to humans by bat guano and explained the hospital-grade disinfectant CWH uses once they replace any impacted insulation. The UWBR team initially installed traps near the critter entry points. After a couple of days of no traps triggered, then they proceeded to cover them with colored metal flashing which matched my home's color (blends perfectly) they also found other entry points that I would not have noticed or dared to reach and sealed as well. I highly recommend them. It's 2024 and my house is squirrel free.
