Drinks came quick and we set at deciphering the menu. Their Maya language menu items are a challenge for anyone to translate but a helpul description of the dish is printed in Spanish below. Like, I learned that poc is pork and featured in many dishes but I went for a fish entree recommended by the waiter instead. We also shared a grilled chicken salad. Our very good waiter suggested a grilled pargo fish fillet. It came wrapped in a banana leaf and was sauteed in a tomato onion salsa with shrimp and scallops.
