While they have two locations, the only one I've been to is the one off 707 in Murrells Inlet. Having tried several of their pizzas (and several of their White Pies), I can say none of them have disappointed. Thin crust and delicious flavor pretty much sums it up and I'm trying to patiently work my way through their specialty pizzas. Their garlic knots always please as well. read more

We tried Aromas near Aldi for dinner the other day. We ordered a large pizza, half with pepperoni and sausage, the other half ham and onion. I was really surprised that they charged me for 4 toppings instead of two. My experience has always been that when you split the toppings it counts as one. I asked Scooter the manager about this but he said this was their policy. Has anyone run into this policy elsewhere in Myrtle Beach? We are new here and I was just wondering. Best pizza in the Murrells Inlet / Surfside area. The food is always consistent, the staff is super friendly. We get Aroma's on a weekly basis. In addition to the regular pizza, we love their Sicilian pie, and their chicken parm sub is excellent. read more

We order take out or delivery from here a few times a month. The food is great and the location is very convenient for us. It does take a lot of understanding to pay $30 for a pizza, but sometimes it just seems worth it to skip the drama of going out and the hassle of dirty dishes. read more

Great pizza! We ordered a pizza with mushrooms, green peppers, and tomatoes. The veggies were cut very thin, the mushrooms looked like they had been marinated and there were slices of whole tomatoes on the pizza. The crust was very thin just the way we like it. We called ahead for pick up and husband said the staff were very friendly and helpful. We can all see why this place has such good reviews. read more

I love pizza! It's my favorite food. I was born and raised in Jersey, so I think I know a little about good pizza. I moved here about three years ago from Atlanta and I have driven from North Myrtle Beach down to Murrell's Inlet searching for a pie like I use to get in Jersey. I read many good pizza reviews, tried a lot of different pizza places and I was never satisfied until I went to the Aromas location in Surfside on Bypass 17. I finally found a place to go to for pizza. I'm searching no more. Their sauce is great and that's what makes the pizza! I do recommend to order it well done or extra crispy, but that's just me. Now about the sub: ordered a cold Italian sub, with onions, lettuce, black olives, s&p, olive oil and vinegar and roasted red peppers, What I got was a sub with tomatoes (not ordered), thinly sliced green peppers (not ordered), and mayo and mustard. Before I noticed the mayo and mustard, I asked for the missing roasted peppers, what i got was chopped fresh red peppers, by this time I saw the mayo and mustard and sent it back. My big complaint is that I was told my $5 discount was accepted and then when it came time to pay for my delivery, it turns out it wasn't. Excellent! HUGE portions, I would suggest sharing with someone. We had the garlic knots (wonderful bread and marinara dipping sauce, could've had more garlic!), the baked ziti, chicken Parmesan (had 4 HUGE chicken cutlets in it!), and the kid's spaghetti which was still a big portion. Lots of food for the price. The location we found was actually attached to a gas station but thankfully we didn't let that deter us because the food was wonderful! While the food is good, customer service is not. We ordered pizza for delivery and it did not arrive for 1 hour and 37 minutes. When I called after waiting over an hour, I was told it would be leaving soon. And did I still want it? I then spoke to the owner who said he was sorry I was inconvenienced but that he had many orders. I kept trying to get them to understand that if the order will be over an hour, the customer should be told that and make an informed decision if we want to wait. I was told "you don't understand the business". At no time was I offered any compensation for the ridiculously long wait for my food. read more

OMG! I just ate 4 pieces of pizza. By far, the best white pizza I've had. And totally worth the garlic breath. We also ordered the carnivore. I usually don't care for red sauce pizza. This is the real deal. I just had my first pie, a Spinacho, and it was awesome. This is a family run place and it shows in the warm customer greetings and quality of the food. There may be places like this on every corner along the NE coast, but here at the beach they are few and far between. Give them a try. read more
