The chief mechanic said, it's $150 for the inspection of the brake system but I'm not going to charge you that because I think I already know what's wrong with it. It's a repair that's going to cost somewhere in the realm of $2,500, so I'm not going to charge you for the inspection, and here's your keys, you go on ahead and think about what you can afford to do.
