Stopped by Armani Café while shopping and grabbed an Iced Latte and an Iced Americano. Both were really smooth and easy to drink. The latte had a nice balance and wasn't too sweet, and the americano was bold without being bitter or acidic. Service was quick and polite, and the café itself feels calm and a little more elevated than the usual mall coffee spots. Prices are definitely higher, but that's expected for a designer-brand café. There's parking lots and parking garages. Ambiance/Environment: This spot is more so a quick grab-n-go. There are very limited tables in front of the cafe. The experience can definitely be enhanced with a designated seating area and decor. Especially with the prices. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was busyyy. They had a consistent line. Service: There were only 3 workers. One cashier and two baristas. Service was simply quick and efficient. Drinks: I got an iced latte with dulce de leche. The layers were aesthetically pleasing. I really enjoyed this drink; the dulce de leche had caramel notes which balanced well with the bitterness of the espresso. The pastries are displayed in the front, but it does need a restock as it seemed empty. I didn't try any pastries because none of them looked appealing to me. Pricing: I'm not sure exactly what my total was, but I did remember hearing the cashier saying my total was $9 with some change. I gave her a $20 bill and received back $10 and some change. It wasn't until after I realize my change didn't add up. I'm aware this is my fault bc I should've paid more attention and brought it up. A latte is $6.50 + $1.25 added syrup. Fantastic service m, the staff has been great and I believe I have met all of them. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend this place. I ordered a mini cake which is teeny tiny. If you can tell from the photo it fits in the palm of my hand with plenty of room. This costs $11.53?!?!!? Needed a little bite to eat mid shopping trip so I stopped here and split a croissant with my mom. Thought it was just gonna be an average croissant bc the little stand in the mall is very unassuming, but it was fantastic! The croissant was very buttery and soft on the inside and is a very large size for a reasonable price. The outside has some sort of crispy, caramelized sugar on it which elevates it nicely. Will be stopping here again when I go shop! They didn't heat it up, but it honestly wasn't needed because it was great! Stopped by here while window shopping yesterday with my SO, and wow--their iced vanilla latte with oat milk was absolutely DELICIOUS! I was a little hesitant to try this place since a rating just over three stars seemed questionable, but I'm SO glad we gave it a shot because I really loved it. It hit the spot!! The two baristas were working their butts off--they were SO busy, yet drinks were made INSTANTLY and tasted amazing! We also got chocolate chip cookies (they come in a pack of two), and they were yummy and chewy. They would have been perfect if they were heated... The ambiance felt meh because it's like a pop-up corner shop in the mall, blending into the shopping area--if that makes sense. Overall, very happy with the drink. Although I also really like the coffee and bakery shop that was here before Armani took over, Armani wasn't bad. In fact, their baked good are quite tasty. I got a butter croissant and it was very buttery and flake and so good! Then we got 3 lattes. The lattes took a bit but the baristas kept an eye on me and my orders and gave me my latte piece-meal. So I had to say they tried their best, at least in my experience. I don't expect super fast service, it's not a fast-food place. I'm not in a rush when I'm at a mall so overall my drinks and baked good were pretty good. read more

I got a banana matcha, it was NOT it. the syrup was rlly strong the banana syrup), and the matcha itself was grainy. it literally tasted like coloured milk with bit of banana. But I returned it for a chai. The chai was a bit better but very milky. the chai tasted like milk, cinnamon, a bit of sprinkle of chai. customer service was great tho, they made us another drink even tho they were busy. wouldn't get the matcha at all, maybe if you get the chai ask for more tea than milk. idk maybe we caught them on a bad day read more

Very good coffee and they can even give honey rather than syrup if requested. Nice to sit at one of the tables outside if there are any available and drink their coffee while savoring some Läderach chocolate truffles from nearby on the same mall level. Service is great too! read more

Despite the bad reviews listed below, I think this is a very cute and delicious cafe. The coffee, which is the most important part, is good but not very mind blowing. Much better than Starbucks, which is walking distance away. And their pastries are delicious, although I am sure that they do not make them, at least they make good choice of which pastries to sell. You can taste everything from chlorine to limescale buildup, making it almost impossible to enjoy their drinks. It shouldn't be that expensive to install a proper water filtration system--an upgrade that would instantly improve the quality of every drink served. For any coffee shop, especially one positioning itself as higher-end, this should be a top priority, I would think. read more
