I've only just begun my stay here and I'm already in love with the place…read more Today was my first day, which was spent doing laundry....ugh! The laundry room is nice with professional size machines. And they even have ones dedicated for pet laundry so you don't have to worry about getting fur on your clothing. The machines do not take money, you pay either by card at the kiosk or by downloading the app, which is actually awesome as it lets you follow the time left....pure genius in my book! I did meet a few people while in there and every one of them were extremely friendly and had been there for a long time. They had nothing but good things to say about it so that in itself makes me feel like I made the right choice. It is an Adult centered resort so there are no children running around all hours, not that I have anything against them, but when I'm glamping I want to enjoy the peace and sounds of nature. That's all I have for now, but will update after I've had a chance to actually do something other than laundry.

We've lived here for 8 years. The first few years were fine until management changed. Then any…read morelittle thing they wanted to nitpick about they would call. We were compliant every time they contacted us and made any corrections that were asked of us. Then we became a target for some reason. It comes down to this... If they don't like you or don't want you here they'll just harass you about any little thing until they create an excuse to kick you out. Leslie (manager) told us they would not accept our rent check so that they could claim theft of services. If we are not out in seven days, they will cut off our electricity and tow our home. I have a three -year-old, one year-old, and five month old. If that's not heartless, I don't know what is. Look for better people to do business with.

My husband and I purchased a class A RV from PPL motorhome and at first we were just going to…read morepurchase it but later we decided to have an expert look it over. We are so glad we did. The report uncovered a water leak in the rear bedroom. The report was 60 plus pages long with many pictures that illustrate issues and concerns. If your in the market, please don't hesitate to have an rv inspection before you buy.

I hired Reese Carter (rvinspections.com / rvinspector.pro) to complete a pre-purchase inspection on…read morea 2015 Tiffin Phaeton on January 24, 2026. I paid $884 for this inspection, despite the website listing $750 for a Class A motorhome inspection. I relied on this inspection to move forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, shortly after taking delivery of the RV, multiple significant issues became apparent that were either missed or not properly documented in the inspection report. Key concerns: The dash AC system was not functioning and required a major repair (evaporator replacement) Both rooftop AC system had a clogged drainage issue that caused water intrusion into the interior The driver-side slide had functional issues present at deliver A rear oil leak was identified immediately after purchase Evidence of prior fiberglass/structural repair was visible but not meaningfully documented in a way that reflected the true condition or impact There were numerous other issue Reese overlooked during his inspection and neglected to highlight on his report. Additionally, I later confirmed with Reese that verifying AC functionality is a standard part of a pre-purchase inspection, yet there was no clear documentation or indication this was properly tested. I reached out to Reese to address these concerns. He initially indicated a willingness to refund the inspection fee, but ultimately stated he was unable to do so due to financial hardship. The conversation then became unprofessional and included statements unrelated to the inspection itself. At the end of the day, I paid for a professional inspection and relied on it in making a significant purchase decision. Based on my experience, several material items were either missed or not properly communicated. My recommendation to others: Ensure all major systems are explicitly tested and documented Ask detailed follow-up questions before relying on any inspection report Consider a second opinion for high-value purchases I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.
