My husband and I purchased a class A RV from PPL motorhome and at first we were just going to purchase it but later we decided to have an expert look it over. We are so glad we did. The report uncovered a water leak in the rear bedroom. The report was 60 plus pages long with many pictures that illustrate issues and concerns. If your in the market, please don't hesitate to have an rv inspection before you buy.

Little story about honesty here. Tristan sold us a nice looking clean toy hauler. Advertised it as…read moreEverything Works. Had it delivered in April of 26. He charged me $550.00 make ready fee for locks and keys. Delivered with 2 keys. 1 for storage bins and 1 for front door. None for the bedroom door, cargo bay door or gas cap for the generator. Got ready to cook breakfast and the pilot light in the oven didn't work. Nothing to hook up trailer at the park. Had to buy sewer line, electric cable, and water hose. Delivered with 1 20 lb propane bottle. Should have had 2 30 lb bottles. Had to buy a new battery just to try to level trailer as the delivery man pulled in jacked the trailer up with a jump box and took off. Found water in storage bin coming from a leaking sink faucet in the bathroom. Now I'm having to have rooftop ACs serviced and new gaskets put in them as well as cleaned. $700.00 for this, $200.00 for plumbing. $320.00 for hookup items. $59.00 for 2nd propane bottle. $17.00 for pilot light assembly. $1286.00 dollars above the cost of the trailer that was advertised as EVERYTHING WORKS READY TO GO. Check BBB before shopping here.

Needless to say, my husband borrowed a generator, but at that point my mom was upset and just drove to our house to spend the night. Hardly convenient and definitely not good customer service. There are a lot of places to rent a motorhome. Choose the other places.

I purchased an rv in August of 2025. Going through a divorce. Saw an ad on Facebook. Perfect 2…read morebedroom for my son and I. Drove 2 hours to view it. Was promised no soft spots by Michael(the owner) and a clean title by him and the ad on Facebook. I went and got a cashier for the total from the bank and purchased it the same day. On the bill of sale, I was charged for a cleaning fee and title transfer. When it was delivered 2 weeks later, we found the soft spot under the slide that was not slid out upon showing because they didn't have room to slide it out. The rv was not cleaned. I notified Michael and he said he did it himself with the cleaning crew. There was belongings and paperwork from the previous owners still in it. I contacted Michaels multiple times afterwards for my title because I hadn't received it. In January of 2026, I had to file a claim with my insurance. I tried calling the office and received the run around, and Michael was never there. How is the owner never available. I drove two hours there and sat for hours. Told by another manager that when I start threatening with fraud and lawyers, they stop talking. He avoided my attorney via phone and emails, once told my attorney he was unaware I needed my title. She informed him that she paid it off therefore it is hers. I contacted Michael again, last words from Michael was "please don't get your lawyer involved, let me make this right!) Almost a year later after my purchase, multiple emails and phone calls, I am still without a title and it has never been transferred into my name like they promised. It is still registered to the previous owners. Come to find out through multiple calls, the rv I purchased may have a salvage title that was not disclosed but was guaranteed a "clean title". I find very unprofessional that they were so eager to take my money for an rv that was supposed to be a new start for us and I was taken advantage of. Do not take their word and do not purchase from this company. They are not honest about their loyalty.
