It took about 4 time to figure out the converter was not working. It was under warranty, so it was fixed. In March, we took a trip to the east coast and had a problem with the mounting of the refrigerator. We took it back when we returned. It took 9 weeks to get it worked on. Now, the refrigerator does not work at all and we were told by Eric, the setvice manager, that it was our fault. WTF! DO NOT do business there. They do not care after warranty.

He is…read moretrying to conduct business from a shop that is literally two Cargo Containers with a roof attached across them. This guy was recommended by the New Service Manager at Cliff Jones Rv in Sealy who by the way is another POS, anyway this is who they give there RV floor work to (Travel Go RV.) Travel Go RV came out to my home originally to look at adjusting cables on slide out and told me I needed a cable kit on one side he also told me it would be a $150.00 charge to come out which I agreed to. While at my location I asked him about my floor being soft and he kind of stepped around on it and stated this is not right but I have to order your cable kit and when I come to put it on we can take a look at the floor. The second time out I expected new cable kit but he decided to look at floor first so he then pulled the carpet back which we saw black mold from a water leak he stated this is going to be more than we can do today I will have to take it to my shop to fix. I asked him if I should file an insurance claim and his eyes lit up and stated I would. At that point he walked out of my trailer and got in his truck and handed me another invoice for $250.00 when I asked what it was for he stated I don't work for free. (Keep in mind all he did was pull the carpet back nothing else not even a cable kit). Now I asked him what it would cost if I just paid out of my pocket for the floor and he stated about $1200.00 but when he sent in the estimate for insurance claim it was over $6000.00. Now when the insurance adjuster came out to look at trailer and they told me it would only be covered after they determined where the leak was coming from. Travel Go Rv came to pickup my trailer and stated the leak was coming from under the sink so the claim was approved. Travel Go Rv thought the insurance check was going to be made out to him but my insurance company only makes out checks to myself and lienholder. That pissed the owner off because he wanted his money up front before he ever did any work. He told me the work would only take a week but it took him right at 4 weeks to complete so he says I can't prove unless I pull the carpet up he would not send pictures of work being done on floor as requested. When I went and picked up the trailer I did a walk through and then handed him the insurance check signed by myself and lienholder and the owner of Travel Go Rv would not take it. I had to travel on Saturday and go get him a cashiers check made out to him and he even put a lock on my RV before I got back. We had words and actually got in on another's face regarding this issue. BOTTOM LINE HERE IS I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORT ENEMY THE OWNER IS SHADY AND A POS.

A nice family shop in the country and I immediately felt at ease with them. Diagnosis - generator was bad and to replace with newer, quieter model which I had already contemplated due to the old one roaring when operating. It took a bit to get the new one here and installed but I am satisfied and the new unit is indeed much, much quieter and with less vibration. The unit is very expensive and the labor charge was reasonable given the diagnosis charge was baked in. RV repairs are what they are, expensive but they were fair and I recommend them.
