I just picked up a used class B and the Onan generator was not starting. I was visiting family and decided to drop it off for a look. They are out in the Brookshire area so a bit of a hike. A nice family shop in the country and I immediately felt at ease with them. Diagnosis - generator was bad and to replace with newer, quieter model which I had already contemplated due to the old one roaring when operating. It took a bit to get the new one here and installed but I am satisfied and the new unit is indeed much, much quieter and with less vibration. The unit is very expensive and the labor charge was reasonable given the diagnosis charge was baked in. RV repairs are what they are, expensive but they were fair and I recommend them. read more

Treat them like a nail salon and every single thing they mention ask what it costs. Not a guesstimate. Require a written estimate. I dropped my trailer off for a "couple hours job and parts" that almost cost $4500. read more

My husband took our trailer there to get a quote. It took 2 months to get a quote. During this time we had thought our trailer was covered up with plastic in the couple of areas that were open and that wasn't the case. I can not speak for their workmanship. We realized that if it took them 2 months to get a quote that was only supposed to take 2 weeks then when they said the work would take 2 months that it could turn into something much longer. read more

Dropped our trailer off on Friday and asked for an estimate for new wiring from front to back, replace all wires. It was simple basically replace the wires for all the lights. I called the following Monday and they said the estimate would be done today or tomorrow. Wednesday they called with the estimate. I asked if they could get the trailer done in one week because we need it next Wednesday. He could not guarantee that because he didn't know if we could get the parts. I went to pick up the, same day, and explained we would have to pick up the trailer since they could not guarantee to have it done in a week. She said the diagnosis was that the trailer needed new wiring from front to back. Same thing I had told her, that's what we wanted, when I dropped it off. She said then we'll just charge you a 2-1/2 hour fee for the diagnosis. $284.00. We paid and left with the trailer. I read did not appreciate her attitude during the transaction. read more

RV A/C stopped working 4 days after the warranty expired. Get-U-Goin was fantastic. They worked tirelessly with Dometic to get our A/C work done under warranty. In the end they replaced the unit under warranty and left the RV spotless. They will get all my business from now on. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company and the owners! They have done many repairs to our camper, all of which were nothing short of outstanding! The owners are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and well; just genuinely good people! They clearly explain all the details of the repairs needed upfront and always provide us updates along the way so there are no surprises. With our most recent repair request, we were prepping our camper for a July 4th family vacation and discovered a hole on the top of our camper by the AC. We immediately drove it to their shop so they could assess the damage. We were only a week away from leaving so despite their quick turnaround in the past we were nervous with the severity of this issue that we would miss out on our annual trip. We wanted it done right and knew we came to the right place but really didn't want to miss our trip either. Once again, they rose to the occasion and got it fixed in that very short time! They even worked over the weekend to keep the repairs moving along so it would be finished for us. Talk about excellent customer service right there! I have been getting my motorhome repaired at Get-U-Goin RV Mobile Service ever since my one-year warranty expired and I was no longer required to get work performed at the dealer. Russell and his team are wonderful and very accommodating. They have great depth of knowledge and skill in a wide variety of motorhomes (gas and diesel) and towables (trailers, fifth wheels, livestock trailers, etc.). We called because our front A/C went out. They responded fairly quickly and were able to come out the following day. They had the part in stock and returned the following Tuesday. By the time they left the A/C was working but there seemed to be some confusion and it took quite a while. It was a very windy day and one of the technicians opened the door to the coach and broke the bracket on the door. I'm not blaming him because it was so windy. He said there was probably a part at the shop and he would bring it back out when they brought the solenoid out for our hydraulics. We were leaving the following day for two days but would be back on Friday and I would let them know when we returned so we could set up another appointment. This is when I became frustrated and irritated. I called and sent texts several times. I received one phone call back while I stepped out to walk the dog, returned the call immediately and left another message. No response. The A/C quit working and due to the lack of response, we had to call another service. The initial response was great but once he got our $1200, nothing. read more
