When you need warranty work- good luck- you will get incompetent people that make all kinds of excuses and keep your trailer just sitting there for months. Major complaints about our service rep and even when we got the manager involved we got nowhere. They promise to keep you updated weekly, does not happen, they make all kinds of excuses, ask to talk to a manager/supervisor, more promises, more excuses and meanwhile it's been there over two months! We have a 2024 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel and the refrigerator has not worked since we purchased it. This was brand new and right off the floor! Holiday world Katy has had it for the third time now to "fix it" and they were supposed to be contacting the manufacturer to replace it. Each time we've taken it there they say it is fixed and we go on a trip and have to throw away weeks worth of food that is spoiled. Very frustrating and disappointing.

They are a small dealership but have excellent customer relation skills. Orlando offered to install my snap pads on the feet of my new 2025 Bighorn. (Thanks Orlando!). Ashton our salesman was very patient while we looked through several trailers and even stayed past his scheduled work time. JP the finance manager was great at assisting us at getting a decent loan rate without blasting our credit all over the universe. To start with we got a call a couple days before pickup from them with some sketch deal, wanting us to finance, pay interest for 1 year... "to help others who may not qualify"... Then, when doing paperwork he told us the tires were going to explode, and basically the entire camper would fall apart on the way home, so we needed to pay an extra $12K for his coverage... we didn't appreciate it at all.

If their internal departments communicated with each other, and with us, most of this could have been avoided.

Shortly afterward, I began dealing with issues that made me feel like my information had been mishandled or misused, which caused a lot of stress and concern. The whole experience with Ron Hoover has led to the following: * Distrust and Scammed * Dealt with many different associates * Reviews and RV show prices the same as website Distrust and scammed Providing personal and financial information to a dealership requires trust, and in this case that trust was not respected. The lack of accountability and professionalism when I reached out made the experience even more frustrating. I strongly urge others to be very cautious when sharing their personal information here. Dealt with many different associates What made the situation even more frustrating was being bounced between multiple associates with no clear accountability. I initially worked with a salesman named Hunter, then was transferred to Robert Pridgett Jr. in finance, who repeatedly changed or "tweaked" the numbers during the process. I even drove all the way from Louisiana to Katy, TX then to go to my credit union back home in hopes of helping the approval process, but nothing was actually done to assist with that. Instead, after additional credit inquiries were made, Robert suddenly told me I had been "pushed through," which only added to the confusion. After damaging my credit, he magically brought the numbers down when he said he couldn't. The guy just wanted money he didn't no actually have any concern about his customers. I also spoke with Taylor K., the manager, who said he would follow up with me but never did. Reviews and RV shows prices the same as company website Looking back, I wish I had taken more time to read through the dealership's reviews beforehand. Many of them mention that the dealership stops caring about customers after the sale, and unfortunately that seems to be accurate based on my experience. I also noticed that the so-called "special" pricing offered at the RV show appears to be the exact same pricing already listed on their website. Overall, this experience left me feeling stressed, dismissed, and disappointed. I strongly encourage others to be cautious and thoroughly research reviews before sharing personal or financial information with this dealership.

He charged me $550.00 make ready fee for locks and keys. Delivered with 2 keys. 1 for storage bins and 1 for front door. None for the bedroom door, cargo bay door or gas cap for the generator. Got ready to cook breakfast and the pilot light in the oven didn't work. Nothing to hook up trailer at the park. Had to buy sewer line, electric cable, and water hose. Delivered with 1 20 lb propane bottle. Should have had 2 30 lb bottles. Had to buy a new battery just to try to level trailer as the delivery man pulled in jacked the trailer up with a jump box and took off. Found water in storage bin coming from a leaking sink faucet in the bathroom. Now I'm having to have rooftop ACs serviced and new gaskets put in them as well as cleaned. $700.00 for this, $200.00 for plumbing. $320.00 for hookup items. $59.00 for 2nd propane bottle. $17.00 for pilot light assembly. $1286.00 dollars above the cost of the trailer that was advertised as EVERYTHING WORKS READY TO GO.
