RV show was good- bought No Boundaries but the sales did not have copy machine so was not able to get our copies to finish review at home - sales lady from Montana was great thanks Sonia scheduled for 9am pick up 3/29 but was a bit disappointed as we backed into a black hole and were forgotten - but it was made up for later walk thru guy on new RV was good I had not received the copies from sale on 3/22 but was able to get the extra charges removed at later date - the ones i could of rejected on pick up 3/29 had the docs been sent to me other than that CW in Katy is a good store

Becoming a Camping World Good Sam Elite Member just by buying a camper from Camping World is a huge value. You get a discount on everything in all departments at every Camping World across the nation. I guess now they have over 200 stores. You can dump you tanks for free at every store which is great on our cross country voyages.

Great old Camping world I posted all the bad repairs on the rv And got some attention and said we're here for you. but what really happen they called me said will take care of you and refund you your money for bad repairs and parts I had to buy. Well old JJ AND Karla from the camping world main office . Never sent the check Called Karla today she said I been transfers you have to start over with some one new . Mr JJ said we can't get approval for the check So no repairs done still messed up brand new 60k rv Still no refund for the botched repairs I don't know about every one I'm tired of these big business just doing what they want Bad work and poor service

Got taken advantage of. ~ Hostile work environment discovered ~ felt pressured! Traded our 2021 43 foot trailer in, because we found a better designed unit. We just recently bought it a few months ago, paid 70k. Lost in trade 50% value...  accepted only because... Were told the new unit had better options. Paid more for the new one with better options just to find out after leaving the lot that WATER  storage tank was leaking, the slide opened twisted, the AC was leaking inside the RV, the FRIDGE did not cool as planned/promised, the black water flush leaked inside the RV, the battery was not holding charge and the fresh water tank was busted. Called and explained the problems, was told it's a warranty issue and they will service them in 6 - 8 weeks! - we are living in this RV - we can't wait 6-8 weeks ??!!! Should of got the message before we bought it. It was clear then but they kept on promising all to be new! Other than the GM we felt that people treated our sale as a low down dirty car lot deal! Very disappointed especially in the finance person and her husband who yelled down to our sales person and represented her in front of us (my family and I), ~ clear signs of HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT. If this is happening in front of customers what happens when customers are not there? Terrible culture, people smoke outside the doorway, back parking lot is full of nails and garbage, front parking lot is new, hiding the back! Felt pressured, not comfortable, but only one unit available in the area... so we bought it, very disappointed! Already sent complaint to corporate... nothing is being done... weeks have passed! - STILL NO RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE.. get this its 2022 and we just now got the license plates we paid for nealry 6 months ago. FOUND OUT FROM DMV that the order was not even placed until just recently... WAS IT OUT OF SPITE????? Never again. Stay away from KATY TEXAS, CAMPING WORLD.

Well, that…read morehappened to me on a recent trip to Galveston, where everybody was going to the pool and guess who forgot their bathing suit? I remembered all the other accoutrements: sunglasses, cute hat, flip-flops, sunscreen, and everything but, you guessed it, my bathing suit! Using my trusty Yelp app, I found a nearby beach place that sold bathing suits, and when I walked in, I was greeted by the sales person over the sound of large fans and classic rock. I tried on a bathing suit, but to my chagrin, these coconuts needed bigger holders. So I thanked the sales person and headed around the corner to Academy where I bought a two-piece front zippered top and matching bottom that looks like I should be surfing on a surfboard but if you know me, that is highly improbable. So I headed back to the hotel with a $91 purchase that I thought was overkill for a pool party and very unlikely for me to wear again. Once I got back to the hotel, it seems that pool plans were not going to happen and we were going straight to dinner. So your girl never got to wear, said beach outfit. She nice back home, a few days later, I looked at the bag with receipt inside, bathing suit pieces untouched, I decided to head to my local Academy to return it, and I wondered if I would have problems. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by security and he opened the bag and put a return orange sticker on it and directed me to a cashier who immediately scanned it And asked me no questions and the funds were immediately returned to my card, I just had to print my name sign and that was it. The easiest return ever. Thank you Academy and maybe this is my sign to take more active classes and maybe I'll go back and get that bathing suit after all lol

Worst customer service!! I ordered 1 just 1 black Nike hoodie and got a navy blue 1. I tried 5x to…read morechat and every time I got disconnected. I finally called and after 20 minutes of holding i was told they could offer me a $5 discount. I said keep it and hung up. are they serious? it took me close to an hour to speak to someone for them to tell me they spoke with their supervisor and was advised they could offer me $5???? So now ill use my time wisely and give everybody fair warning about this company!

We came here because our cooler's wheels were getting pretty bad after withstanding many a track…read moreand field meet, and two big road trips, so it was time to replace it. We went in around 1:40 on a weekday, so there weren't any customers in there. The employees had some friends visiting in there, so not one of them greeted us when we went in. We walked around and not one of them asked if needed help. When I said multiple times that I was trying to figure out a price for an item, not one of them bothered to say anything along the lines of," How can we help you?". I guess it would have stopped them from talking to their friends and planning their dinner for tonight, as I was overhearing. We were going to buy a small backpack cooler and a rolling cooler, but after the crappy service we chose to go up the road to Rtic to purchase a better quality cooler where the employees are so much more helpful. The prices aren't really anything to write home about anyway. Needless to say, we won't be returning here.

I got the Igloo Playmate Elite MaxCold 16qt Cooler. I am using it for groceries and to go foods…read more I stop mornings in San Francisco's Chinatown on my way to work and pick up prepared foods like roast duck and dim sum. If I stop on the way home, the items are sold out. Using one small ice pack, my foods stay cold all day. The company says the MaxCold cooler that the Playmates by 25%. Carrying it on the Muni, I must look like a construction worker. Haha! If they only knew! It's hard to find the MaxCold versions for the right price. I checked this website and found a stores that seek it. I found mine online at Target. Oh, USA made proudly in Katy, TX!

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a wild ride--quite literally. Picture this: it's 6:55 PM, and I burst through the dealership doors like a lottery winner on a mission (because I *was* a lottery winner!). I had just cashed my big check six weeks prior and was ready to hit the open road to Las Vegas for a poker tournament. I declared, "I need an RV, *NOW*!" Debra, the incredibly knowledgeable salesperson with a serious side and an alarming frequency of saying "Holy Schnikes!" jumped into action. She quickly introduced me to the majestic Jayco fifth wheel that dreamers like me only see in RV fantasies. Her enthusiasm for RVs was infectious, especially when she started telling me about her recent trip to the Jayco factory. I was sold faster than you can say "Holy Schnikes!" But when I mentioned I needed the RV that night, Debra informed me that I had to chat with Chris, the General Manager with silver hair that sparkled, broad shoulders that could almost lift the whole dealership, and a smile that could light up Christmas. He was nothing short of awesome! Chris called in his partner-in-RV adventures, Joseph, the service manager with the most delightful romantic Spanish accent. Honestly, with that voice, he could probably convince the RVs to clean themselves! Together, they did a thorough inspection and made my future rolling palace shine like a new pin. Meanwhile, the Finance Manager RJ, with his porcupine-esque hairstyle and knack for musical interruptions, broke out a ukulele and started a spontaneous sing-along. I found myself dancing around the showroom to some catchy tune while they handled the paperwork. It was like buying an RV in a musical! And the best part? They stayed three hours past closing to ensure I was all set for my Las Vegas adventure. Talk about dedication! I drove off with my fabulous Jayco in tow and zoomed straight to Vegas. Now, I'll be honest--once I got to the poker tournament, I made the rookie mistake of betting everything I had on black, and let's just say luck was not on my side that night. But hey, at least I had the coolest RV on the block! So, here's the takeaway: if you want a fun, memorable, and utterly entertaining experience buying an RV, head to Blue Compass RV. With a fantastic team of characters like Chris, Debra, Joseph, and RJ, you'll be singing your way to RV ownership and perhaps even laughing all the way to Las Vegas (even if you lose a little).
