We purchased our Alpha Wolf from Cliff Jones in August, 2023, paying cash. We started having electrical problems right away and kept returning it. It took about 4 time to figure out the converter was not working. It was under warranty, so it was fixed. In March, we took a trip to the east coast and had a problem with the mounting of the refrigerator. We took it back when we returned. It took 9 weeks to get it worked on. Now, the refrigerator does not work at all and we were told by Eric, the setvice manager, that it was our fault. WTF! DO NOT do business there. They do not care after warranty. read more

We were so excited to buy an RV from Cliff Jones. The sales staff was great. On the day to pick it up and since then it has been a downhill catastrophe. Preface, RV was bought in March 2020. 1. Day we picked up: the RV had caulking on the floor and dirt stuck to it. their response, the cleaning lady doesn't work Saturdays. They did have the water damage fixed ahead of time! 2. technician broke a plug cover during the walk around 3. was told, just note everything and we can fix it at your one-year inspection. 4. was told by the salesperson to call or text any time. Those, other voicemails, and emails were left unanswered. 5. Called month of one-year inspection, and was told that they would be available to take it May 8th, two months overdue. I had a list of seven to eight items that needed to be addressed. 6. Brought it in and was told "we will do what we can about the warranty", because it is two months late (yet again, out of my control). 7. Now I am being held responsible for things that are out of warranty, for them being not able to get it in sooner. Oh, but they can replace the cover and clean it (we will see) and nothing else. I just feel like they could do more. In the end, call early if you are going to get your newly purchased RV in for servicing and hope they have availability. If not be prepared to purchase things that they can't fix under "warranty", because they are too busy to get you in. read more

I would no deal with Cliff Jones RV. I dropped my 2021 rpod 201 off the week before Thanksgiving 2020 to get bathroom pocket door put back on track and fix the stud to keep it on the track. It is now March 3 2021 and they have called us to tell us sorry we are not fixing it we are to busy. We are stunned!!! After 4 months of not being about to use our camper . We had such a great experience purchasing a RV from Niko Flores at Cliff Jones. He was able to expedite our purchase, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our RV. He made a video of the RV after we saw it for the first time, which was a really nice touch. It answered a lot of questions that we had after we left. Niko's follow up and quick responses to our questions made all the difference. The service and finance departments are really wonderful as well. If customer service is important to you, DO NOT buy an RV from this dealer. We paid cash for a brand new Forest River RPOD. Our walk through consisted of someone pointing out features. We took it home and I assembled all the appliances myself in 100 degree temperature because all the plastic was still in place and the refrigerator's insides were still in pieces. I had to sit on the floor with the instruction manual to put it together. We took it out on our first trip and discovered the toilet was not even hooked up. A plug was in the water line and a piece was missing. It took both hands and my full body weight to close the door on the camper. We took it back to have it checked on the advice of the salesman and the lady in the service department was rude and made the comment that salesman should never tell anyone that unless he checked with her first. We contacted the salesman again and his response was "The door will be hard to close if the trailer is not level" Excuse me!!! We always level the trailer in ALL directions and the door does not close easily. After not getting any satisfaction from the service dept. at Cliff Jones RV, we took our RPOD to another Forest River Dealer. They went through it, made all necessary repairs and FIXED the door. There were screws stripped out from the factory and they did the repairs. I now can close the door with one FINGER instead of both hands. In talking to the people in the service dept. at our NEW dealer and telling them our experiences, we were told that our trailer did not have a PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION or we would NOT had so many issues. After many calls expressing our dissatisfaction, we got a message that they would be willing to "PUT US in another trailer" Of course it was a more expensive one that would require us to give them more money. When my husband asked for the amount they would give us for our trailer and final figures he was told they would "Get back to us" That was a week ago.....no word from them. EDIT TO ORIGINAL!!!! Your response is to call you to discuss further. We have called many times with no response or satisfaction....only excuses and no returned call. It is not my job to call you back again. You have had plenty of opportunity over the last 2 months to make things right. If you read my original post you will see that we got no call back the last time. Either from Erica or Henry.
