Norris Honda for the WIN!…read more I brought my Honda Prologue here for the recall/software updates. I had already taken it to Parkville Honda, where I bought my car, but they were not successful. My car was there for 9 days. They said my car was rejecting the updates. So here I am. Service was easy. I drove right into the garage, told them my experience, and was told my updates would take 6 hours. To my surprise, that's exactly what happened. They successfully resolved the recall in ONE DAY. I also had my tires rotated, which cost LESS than I was quoted at the other dealership. They have a small waiting area with a TV, several vending machines, and coffee. But I was able to get a ride home with a wonderful woman who was very pleasant. I could tell she enjoyed her job. She also picked me up and took me back to the dealership when my car was ready. You got me, Norris Honda. I'll be bringing my car here for all of its future needs!

I visited the Norris Honda service department on 1/10 to have a recall taken care of. Norris wasn't…read moremy first choice as I purchased my HR-V from Brown's and I've had all previous recalls handled there. But Brown's hadn't returned my request to make an appointment and Norris scheduled me to come in just days after I called. I arrived at Norris at 7am. The tech noted I had 3 recalls, not just the 1 and said he could do all 3 in 4 hours. Since I expected to be there 3 hours, I shrugged and went with it. Settled into the fairly comfortable guest seating area. 2.5 hours later, the tech came and gave me my keys, said my car was all done. I was beyond pleased! Excellent customer service, I appreciated them taking care of all my recalls (Brown's NEVER did that), and it was a much quicker turnaround than expected. This was a bit of a hike for me, but if Brown's keeps the nonsense up, I will be back!!!

My mechanic mentioned this before buying the car they said they'd give me a new spare key. Instead. They gave me a key that wasn't computerized for my vehicle. My window motor on my passenger seat convienantly stopped working after the warranty cut off. What I did get was everything I needed to start my business. A 2011 Ford Transit XL and it only had 39,000 miles on it. It just sucks. Because the shady ness and dishonesty of the so called used car salesmen really live up to it's name. Lol.

I contacted later to get it and they said the best the could do was to order one for over $200. An option was to talk to a manger. None, zero, of my calls were returned. Second, during the test drove and inspection, I noticed several paint scratches and chips. No big deal but I wanted it fixed. They said they would order touch up paint. That was a month ago and not a word. I will not go back here for purchase or service. I was shocked to receive the new text which now acknowledges that we did have a scheduled Service Appointment. I have had two exchanges since with the New General Manager Sam Somarriba. He just joined Ourisman after 18 years with Mercedes. He seems sincere and is committed to turning their Service Dept around. I was impressed with his follow up.

This shop is a sad display of craftsmanship. I came to them two years ago to do a transmission…read morerebuild. That rebuild lasted only 16 months. They said we are overloading the van. Yet it lasted the same way for 130,000 miles. We only got 27,000 on the rebuild. So, I pay for another $2,800 rebuild, with a new cooler installed. This is what they gave me: -The linkage for the gear selector on the dash is not connected. I have no idea what gear I'm in by sight. -Both lines to the cooling radiator have now blown. Both undersized, and improperly installed. -I asked them to leave the keys in the van so I could pick it up after hours...they left the lights on, so when I got there, with no one around to assist, the battery was dead, I had to call AAA to come give me a hot shot. In closing, I would take your work anywhere else. The service here is pretty bad!
