    Norris Honda for the WIN!…read more I brought my Honda Prologue here for the recall/software updates. I had already taken it to Parkville Honda, where I bought my car, but they were not successful. My car was there for 9 days. They said my car was rejecting the updates. So here I am. Service was easy. I drove right into the garage, told them my experience, and was told my updates would take 6 hours. To my surprise, that's exactly what happened. They successfully resolved the recall in ONE DAY. I also had my tires rotated, which cost LESS than I was quoted at the other dealership. They have a small waiting area with a TV, several vending machines, and coffee. But I was able to get a ride home with a wonderful woman who was very pleasant. I could tell she enjoyed her job. She also picked me up and took me back to the dealership when my car was ready. You got me, Norris Honda. I'll be bringing my car here for all of its future needs!

    I visited the Norris Honda service department on 1/10 to have a recall taken care of. Norris wasn't…read moremy first choice as I purchased my HR-V from Brown's and I've had all previous recalls handled there. But Brown's hadn't returned my request to make an appointment and Norris scheduled me to come in just days after I called. I arrived at Norris at 7am. The tech noted I had 3 recalls, not just the 1 and said he could do all 3 in 4 hours. Since I expected to be there 3 hours, I shrugged and went with it. Settled into the fairly comfortable guest seating area. 2.5 hours later, the tech came and gave me my keys, said my car was all done. I was beyond pleased! Excellent customer service, I appreciated them taking care of all my recalls (Brown's NEVER did that), and it was a much quicker turnaround than expected. This was a bit of a hike for me, but if Brown's keeps the nonsense up, I will be back!!!

    Avoid this dealership if you're buying a used car. They will keep you sitting around for hours and…read morewhen its time to see the final cost they will mark up the price with things other dealerships will say is optional. I got a car from this location and immediately the A/C died the next day. I took it back since they have what was advertised as a 7 day return to exchange the vehicle. After sitting around the dealership for 4+ hours they finally agreed to let me exchange the vehicle and that I would just need to pay the difference for the new vehicle. Once it came time to fill the paperwork out, they showed me the door price that added an additional $2500 for Lojack, which they claim is already installed on the vehicle and not negotiable (they said the same for the first vehicle I purchased with the dead AC but the cost of that Lojack was only $800). Unfortunately I had no choice since I couldn't have my money refunded, so I had to go through with that sale with the $2500 markup of something thats basically a glorified Airtag. So beware of this place. They will find ways to scam with you these markups that are not negotiable while they claim its because its already installed (remember I was there for 4+ hours, most of that was probably them installing the Lojack device). Ultimately its my fault for not walking out on the first purchase when they added the markup, but if anyone wants to save time and money I'd recommend not dealing with these people. They're also incredibly rude on top of that. Avoid this place if you're buying a used car.

After short wait in customer lounge area I was called by service depot that my oil change was completed. On May 26, 2026 my check engine light came on. I contacted Onstar to run diagnostic check. Onstage provided codes to maintenance issue. I took the vehicle to another mechanic and advised him of my problem. He checked my vehicle and advised my oil was almost dry. Also my coolant and washer fluids needed more fluids. He replaced needed fluids,check engine light issue resolved. I contacted Bob Bell and they refunded my money for ghost oil change. I am satisfied on refund but disappointed on amount of my time,energy,and angst on dealing with this issue and level of service from Bob Bell with whom I have been doing business for years.
