I was beyond satisfied by the way EVERYONE at this business interacted with EVERY customer, including myself. I had electrical issues, a disgusting air filter, a close-to-dead key fob battery, and a DISGUSTING interior from this vehicle being my dog-mobile for several cross-country trips. The multiple, complex electrical issues were diagnosed within a few hours. The parts needed to fix the issue were in stock and the vehicle was scheduled to be fixed the next day. When it was fixed, I ask my services adviser (Adam) if they could detail the vehicle and replace the air filter. THEY MADE THIS BABY SPOTLESS! I'm in shock. I can't find dog hair anywhere!!! And there was plenty! BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE: Instead of wasting my money to replace the air filter, the knowledgeable mechanics noticed it was an aftermarket model that just needed to be cleaned. I discovered this today when I took my car to have the oil changed. Standing with the mechanic as he opened the hood I saw something that looked like a small pen sticking out of the battery. He explained what it was and that he couldn't do anything to fix it without replacing the battery. Not only was this dangerous (leaking battery acid), but Jones Hyundai service manager and his boss insist that replacing the battery for free meant they didn't owe me a refund for faulty service that was a danger to me (I've been driving around in a car that has been leaking battery acid) and has caused me to lose a day of work. As I explained to the rude service manager and his rude boss as they stood over me, I refuse to pay for a poorly performed service. If they wish to charge me for the part, I'm in agreement, but I want a credit for the labor. We'll see...the charge has been disputed.
