I was happy at first driving off salesperson was very nice before drove off asked the guy what lights on he says none get 20 minutes away oil light come on tire monitor light comes on horn doesn't work. Checked oil this morning there is no oil in the truck bone dry. I would not purchase a vehicle there again. read more

First off let me start by saying at first everything was good then things took a turn everything went wrong. There were so many issues with the vehicle that we purchased I have no idea how they even got it state inspected. From the brakes all around (front and back) completely gone we took it back and they still did not fix the issue, we had to spend $90.00 out of our own pocket to change the brakes. The oil was black and I mean so dark you could not see thru it, the oil filter looks to be the factory filter it had rust all on it how it was still functional I have no idea, that was another $45.00 to do that my self. After the vehicle came out of there shop we notice there was damage done to the vehicle while they had it in there possession while they claim to be fixing the vehicle. I know some people will say well why didn't you give the car back or tell them about these issue. Here is the reason: We told them about all the issues with the vehicle they claimed to have fixed the issues with it but in-fact they did nothing of the sort they just wasted our time. Second they told us we can not return the vehicle which we can by law we have that right which they have denied us. So there are some legal issues that now have to be worked out. As a first time car buyer we trusted 1 US Motors to not do these types of things to their customers but they still did, they say oh we will fix this for you but in the end they cause damage to our vehicle. I do have before photos of what the vehicle looked like when we got it and there was no damage to the vehicle but now there is. I do not recommend going to this dealership there are plenty other dealerships down the road from them stay away from them at all cost. I took my son to buy a car and what we left with was a life lesson. after 5 hours of being quoted the car price of $20,400.00. Papers came back and the car was over $28,000.00. I've never been to a car "dealership" where required personal documents were close to what was needed to buy my home. Very shady, unethical and again the life lesson to my son was the only positive part of this experience. Steer clear of this business unless you have hours to waste and want to leave being cheated or without a purchase of a car. read more

Bought a vehicle at the Edgewood location. I paid by personal check and because of a bank error the check bounced. A soon as they notified (same day) I took a cashier's check to them to fix the problem I had caused. I paid their returned payment fees and thought everything was squared away. I then come to find out they tried to run the personal check through again, after the fact. I was then hit with fees on my side again. When I explained this to the sales manager I was assured they wold now cover those fees since they had made the error in letting the check run through again. At this point it has been about two months and in talking to the sales manager I have been told that the owner will not pay. We are not talking a lot of money, but it is the principle. read more

I had been working with the internet manager regarding a 2011 Honda Accord. Earlier last week, the online posting disappeared. When I texted the internet manager to see of the vehicle was still available, I was told the posting had just been pulled because the vehicle was sent out for inspection. I was also told it should be back by 9 am on Fri morning. I indicated we would try to test drive it on Sat. I received a call to remind me of my 11 am test drive apt on Sat morning. I also contacted the internet manager before we left our home to make sure the vehicle was available for us to test drive. I was told the vehicle was on site. Upon arrival at the dealership after our hour and a half drive, the sales person we were scheduled to meet claimed the vehicle was back, but another issue was found, so it had to be sent out again. She said that they had a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe with low miles to show us. We were beyond frustrated because no one bothered to take the time to call us to let us know the vehicle wasn't available when both the sales person and the internet manager knew we had an hour and a half drive from our house to the dealership. To add to our frustratation, the old bait and switch only added to the frustration. We left the dealership immediately. I received a phone call from the sales person apologizing about the car not being available and trying to get us to come back to the dealership to look at the 2015 Accord. declined the offer. I also expressed my frustration again. She just continued to push the 2015 Accord. Later Sat, I received an email from the sales person thanking me for allowing her to show me the 2011 Honda Accord. The email also provided me additonal information on the car I supposedly looked at earlier that day. Seriously? I didn't look at any cars at this dealership, and I especially didn't look at the 2011 Honda Accord because the car wasn't available for us to see. Don't waste your time with this dealership. I guess we should be thankful we realized the horrible acts of the personnel at this dealership before we actually purchased a vehicle. read more

If there was an option for less than one star I would list it for US Motors service department. After dropping our vehicle off for an inspection? It took over a week to get it back. This includes purchasing and delivering the part to them to make a needed repair, calling daily and physically showing up to try to get the vehicle taken care of by this shop. Between numerous excuses of being busy and having limited staff, not returning phone calls from messages left on their voicemail, I would urge anyone to choose another location for service to their vehicle! read more

Called to set up a test drive was advice that the car was available to come in at 1PM when I show up they claim the car was sold and the person I spoke to over the phone was no were to be found. Big waste of time no apology given by the manager. Not worth the hour drive was bate and switch operation going on here they advertise low cars to say they are sold out and try to give you other options. Car that was showed didn't even want to start... Run do not buy from here. Learn lesson I will take my business to a real Car Dealer like DarCars. read more

I wish I could give less than 1 Star rn, I was lied to, and when I brought it up, I was told "well it was in the contract," "sometimes the bank doesn't give you the 1yr warranty," no I asked THE OWNER who is the FINANCE MANAGER Naveed, several times over the 2 days I went up there, mind you this place is 1 hour away from my house, was the warranty 1 year free, he said yes to me & my mother several times, then when's asked he said it was a "miscommunication" no you said yes! The several times I asked you Naveed! He kept running around my question trying to act like he cared when he doesn't, I should've known when they lied about a car having a sunroof on it after I called and talked to him & the sales lady over the phone on & off for two weeks about a car I was interested in at first. Got to the lot the car looked a hot ass mess. I decided on another Nissian to not even get out the lot & have the car jolting as I'm driving (A transmission problem) I proceeded to get a different car the next day, that could've went for lower but I was told over and over that this was the best deal, so I agreed which I shouldn't have because he lied about the warranty being 1 year free! Instead it added an additional $1200 to the total sale, & increased my payments to $299 a month, for all that I could've went to a REAL LEGIT DEALER! This is not the place to go when getting a car, never will do business again, will be returning this car tomorrow or Friday, and now this inconvenience me and moving back into my dorm and getting back in forth from my school in Baltimore to work in Bowie. This place like many others cares about 1 thing. The money. They don't care about the months you spent busting your ass work 7 days a week at 2 different jobs, they don't care you became a full time cook to better the car buying process, or all the money you just wasted. Nothing. It means nothing. I am hurt, disappointed, and frankly, I hope they get shut down because being lied to & having a con dealership just isn't okay. read more
