they stole money from my bank account. a week after I bought the car they went in a cleaned out my bank account. I paid a deposit as agreed I was financed through a loan company I have used before. and 5 days later they somehow got into my bank account and withdrew all the money to the penny. They did not have permission nor did they notify me before cleaning out the account. they are dishonest and not trustworthy they stole the fund. when I tried to contact them they don't answer the phone and blocked me. be warned they are crocks and liers. Ryan (not his real name I came to find out) is a scam artist. pushing for more money and co-signers. I was told to lie if asked about my application this company is crooked. Worst place ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We were rushed into choosing a vehicle, 2016 Jeep Wrangler is what we got. My husband and I were supposed to both be on the paperwork yet THAT never happened. Was supposed to transfer the plates that I gave them, NEVER HAPPENED. The sales girl lied about the tape on the roof. Said they had a sign on the window. Had to replace the roof. Said they had it to the garage for an oil change which took 3 days. Oil was black when we changed it. The very next day we picked it up the thermostat went out which we had to pay for to get changed. A few weeks after that the water pump went... This is an update on my experience working with Kevin at A & M auto sales. Let me start off by saying he's a very fast talker and a liar. I was told in the beginning before i signed anything with him that he could get my Georgia tags being as though I have a Georgia address, the day i signed my paperwork I received my temporary registration with my Georgia address on it, when it was time for me to receive my permanent tags and registration it had a whole different Maryland address on it ,once i brought it to his attention he told me it was nothing he can do about it, it was out of his hands. I inquired about an SUV I had seen online and was told to come by and take a look. I don't live that far away so I made some time to go. IMMEDIATELY we noticed all the wrecked cars in the back of the lot and the car I was interested in was nowhere to be found. I asked about the truck and was told it was in a warehouse that was less than 15 minutes away. TWO HOURS later no truck was in sight and they ran my credit after I told them FIVE times that I didn't want to run anything before seeing the truck. The woman that was assisting kept saying "It's the bank" and I kept repeating "Damn the bank, I told YOU not to run anything until I saw the truck". So I went there to purchase a pick up truck and that is the only good thing that came out of. This is my truck. I did get a beautiful 2018 Chevy Silverado, but I would never deal with this company again first, I've never received any of my paperwork from them I never got my bill of sale nothing, I live in PA they're out of Maryland. They explain to me the situation with my tag so my Maryland tag ran out. I had no vehicle for a week and a half. I called their business numerous times and I never got an answer where my tag was. I literally had to call the police in order to find my truck tag in Pennsylvania was here. They had it at their dealership for two months and never told me every time I called there they would send me to voicemail. And not one time did someone give me a call back not until I got the state police involved. Would they talk to me when I first bought the truck? They said they were going to have it delivered because I was hour and a half away from them that was on a Friday. I didn't see them Friday. I didn't see them Saturday on Monday. I had to try to call them and then on Tuesday I had to pay someone to drive me there to pick up my truck, they constantly acted like they had no clue what I was talking about and then I had to drive the three hour round-trip to get my vehicle tag there was no apologies. No, I'm sorry they never detailed the truck like they said they were going to when I got there to pick it up. It still had cobwebs on it then I find a piece of bag of trash in the back of the truck that wasn't there when I took it for a test drive Communication skills suck and honestly should be very careful buying a vehicle from them. Don't walk away from this Dealership.....RUN. I read both negative reviews and positive reviews plus talked to a customer of theirs, from what I am understanding they are also teamed with Liberty Motors. I figured I would check them out for myself. I did a pre-qualification on-line before traveling to see them. Figo ensured me I was approved, and I would leave with a car today. WRONG...They claim to be a buy-here pay-here, Untrue. Right off the bat they ran my credit though 3 different banks then proceeded to ask for a co-signer. My wife Co-signed without signing and paperwork giving them permission to run her credit. They told her it was for their Buy-here pay-here program and 3 mins later she got a notification from her credit watch app that she just got 3 hits on her credit. Their sign outside says " no credit needed" they tell you on the phone all you need is 500 dollars. They try to get you to get a 6 mth co-signer There was talk about a Buy here pay here option. This is a shady practice. They lie to get you there and bait and switch you claiming the other cars are in a warehouse. This exact practice happens at Liberty Motors in Baltimore, same scam, same script. You would be better off going to Carmax, they have actual real programs and better selection. Unprofessional. I was lied to from the time I called them to after i purchased the car. I was told that they don't run credit because they do in house payment. Lie. They definitely do that. I was told my promised payment would be my first car payment. Lie. It was just money that i still owed them. The car came with a light already on the dashboard, which i thought could be fixed once i took the car. The light will not go off and they were supposed to get in touch with me in regards to fixing that. They never have. I saw a car posted for 16k on car gurus. I called the dealership to verify this listing price and it's availability twice as I live 2 hours away. Both time they said it was correct. Juts to arrive and get told that it cost 22k. I tried to mention somethings that concerned me, and the sales me denied them and said that if it passed the inspection it's fine.
