Was supposed to meet with "Jada" who was not there. Staff was unprofessional, and couldn't give prices on any of the vehicles on the lot. Upon Telling the sales manager that we weren't interested in buying from him, he proceeded to raise his voice and change his tone. He was very abrupt. This place was very sketchy, and I just got a bad vibe. check the reviews before buying. read more

Worst place ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We were rushed into choosing a vehicle, 2016 Jeep Wrangler is what we got. My husband and I were supposed to both be on the paperwork yet THAT never happened. Was supposed to transfer the plates that I gave them, NEVER HAPPENED. The sales girl lied about the tape on the roof. Said they had a sign on the window. Had to replace the roof. Said they had it to the garage for an oil change which took 3 days. Oil was black when we changed it. The very next day we picked it up the thermostat went out which we had to pay for to get changed. A few weeks after that the water pump went... Now I'm fighting with the MVA about the old tags... THESE PEOPLE LIE LIE LIE... When you contact them they say their is nothing they can do... WHAT A JOKE. read more

This is an update on my experience working with Kevin at A & M auto sales. Let me start off by saying he's a very fast talker and a liar. I was told in the beginning before i signed anything with him that he could get my Georgia tags being as though I have a Georgia address, the day i signed my paperwork I received my temporary registration with my Georgia address on it, when it was time for me to receive my permanent tags and registration it had a whole different Maryland address on it ,once i brought it to his attention he told me it was nothing he can do about it, it was out of his hands. I told he that this would effect my Insurance because I have Georgia insurance which he told me it wouldn't and now i have to prove that i reside in Georgia or they will be canceling my insurance .PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING WITH THEM, HE TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW REFUSES TO FIX THE MISTAKES THAT HE CAUSED , NOW I HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TRY AND GET THIS RESOVLED AND NOW THEY WONT ANSWER MY CALLS. read more

I inquired about an SUV I had seen online and was told to come by and take a look. I don't live that far away so I made some time to go. IMMEDIATELY we noticed all the wrecked cars in the back of the lot and the car I was interested in was nowhere to be found. I asked about the truck and was told it was in a warehouse that was less than 15 minutes away. TWO HOURS later no truck was in sight and they ran my credit after I told them FIVE times that I didn't want to run anything before seeing the truck. The woman that was assisting kept saying "It's the bank" and I kept repeating "Damn the bank, I told YOU not to run anything until I saw the truck". Each time I asked about the time the truck would get there she made another comment about a bank. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY RUN CREDIT AGAINST YOUR WISHES AND THE VEHICLE WILL NEVER ARRIVE FOR YOU TO SEE. These scammers Facetimed some rando of a truck I had no interest in. Part 2: Received a call from a finance company today (3 days later) and they asked if I applied for a Kia Soul...I wanted to LOOK at a BMW truck...Scammers! read more

I'm warning America about this place they are very unprofessional I bought a 2017 Ram biggest mistake I've ever made in my life never got receipt for my money they lied to the finance company. They tell you to tell them that you put $1000 down and you only put 500. You don't get no paperwork for the final sale. You have to literally. Get on them in order to get your bill of sale. I had to get my front redone electric power steering. cost me over $5000 to get the truck fixed. This place is a joke. I highly emphasize no one please go there and buy a vehicle. This place needs to be put out of vehicle is the inspection station now with the Delaware police going over it as we speak. Bought the truck way back in May and haven't been able to put 1000 miles on it very sad and these people act like they straight scam artist please I pray and beg that no one supports them in their business because you will go you will go broke read more

I have my bank info and my ID, than he said have to run credit, I explain why if it's in-house and base on income. He tried to ignore the question and be a smart ass. But he realize he told me something incorrect and he said never, he don't want the business. Ppl like him don't last for long and ignorant. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE, Indian/Spanish saying he is the general manager with a scar on the right side of his head/face read more

I was at the dealership today and they were very rude and condescending. They never introduced themselves or want to talk about prices. They also spoke in their language which we used interpreter to find out they were talking negatively about us. I work in the finance industry for a major bank and recognize this dealership as bogus.. stay away and buyer beware. If you dare to buy from them, don't sign anything or give them your information. So I went there to purchase a pick up truck and that is the only good thing that came out of. This is my truck. I did get a beautiful 2018 Chevy Silverado, but I would never deal with this company again first, I've never received any of my paperwork from them I never got my bill of sale nothing, I live in PA they're out of Maryland. They explain to me the situation with my tag so my Maryland tag ran out. I had no vehicle for a week and a half. I called their business numerous times and I never got an answer where my tag was. I literally had to call the police in order to find my truck tag in Pennsylvania was here. They had it at their dealership for two months and never told me every time I called there they would send me to voicemail. And not one time did someone give me a call back not until I got the state police involved. Would they talk to me when I first bought the truck? They said they were going to have it delivered because I was hour and a half away from them that was on a Friday. I didn't see them Friday. I didn't see them Saturday on Monday. I had to try to call them and then on Tuesday I had to pay someone to drive me there to pick up my truck, they constantly acted like they had no clue what I was talking about and then I had to drive the three hour round-trip to get my vehicle tag there was no apologies. No, I'm sorry they never detailed the truck like they said they were going to when I got there to pick it up. It still had cobwebs on it then I find a piece of bag of trash in the back of the truck that wasn't there when I took it for a test drive Communication skills suck and honestly should be very careful buying a vehicle from them. Their business practices were pretty shady to say the least. read more

They are completely unprofessional. The manager has no issue with cursing at a woman asking questions. Their behavior is deplorable.

Don't walk away from this Dealership.....RUN. I read both negative reviews and positive reviews plus talked to a customer of theirs, from what I am understanding they are also teamed with Liberty Motors. I figured I would check them out for myself. I did a pre-qualification on-line before traveling to see them. Figo ensured me I was approved, and I would leave with a car today. WRONG...They claim to be a buy-here pay-here, Untrue. Right off the bat they ran my credit though 3 different banks then proceeded to ask for a co-signer. My wife Co-signed without signing and paperwork giving them permission to run her credit. They told her it was for their Buy-here pay-here program and 3 mins later she got a notification from her credit watch app that she just got 3 hits on her credit. Their sign outside says " no credit needed" they tell you on the phone all you need is 500 dollars. They try to get you to get a 6 mth co-signer There was talk about a Buy here pay here option. This is a shady practice. They lie to get you there and bait and switch you claiming the other cars are in a warehouse. This exact practice happens at Liberty Motors in Baltimore, same scam, same script. You would be better off going to Carmax, they have actual real programs and better selection. Good Luck to anyone that got scammed by these people. read more

Unprofessional. I was lied to from the time I called them to after i purchased the car. I was told that they don't run credit because they do in house payment. Lie. They definitely do that. I was told my promised payment would be my first car payment. Lie. It was just money that i still owed them. The car came with a light already on the dashboard, which i thought could be fixed once i took the car. The light will not go off and they were supposed to get in touch with me in regards to fixing that. They never have. The sales people are not properly trained and are leading people astray from what's in the fine print. read more

I saw a car posted for 16k on car gurus. I called the dealership to verify this listing price and it's availability twice as I live 2 hours away. Both time they said it was correct. Juts to arrive and get told that it cost 22k. I tried to mention somethings that concerned me, and the sales me denied them and said that if it passed the inspection it's fine. Honestly juts showed a lot of ignorance's from the sales men. read more
