In the process of setting up the needed steps to buy a car from Jenny O , spending hours going through the process and being approved, the car was SOLD !! My son spent the better part Memorial Day speaking with Jenny O , he had gone through the application process and was waiting for a call from Jenny O with the exact payment and interest rate .... details of the loan etc . The call NEVER came . We were getting ready to head down to purchase the car at 9:30 am this morning . She SOLD the car with no word back ! Common decency would have been her explaining that she had another buyer Interested and the car may be sold to the other buyer . When I called this morning her attitude was " sorry for your luck " she said she was the only manager there then proceeds to all of a sudden find another " manager " for me to speak to " Amir " who had the same attitude. We have three other family members in the market for a car that were also going to check the lot out as well . I would NEVER EVER recommend this " car lot " . I've bought several cars and have NEVER experienced " service " this awful ! ZERO stars !!!!! read more

I was solicited after visiting the website, they began texting me to convince me I could drive off today. I scheduled a visit. the pros was was smooth and cunning process. No questions were asked regarding my budget or the sale price for the car. just test drive. Tim assumed what I could afford once he saw my paystubs and reached out to his finance people to approve me quickly. I drove off with an overpriced car with some issues which I can not afford to fix. the vehicle did not pass inspection. I when back to the lot & back to the repair shop in the back where the "qualified" mechanics could not change the light bulb, I was given a loaner car for the night. Again, there are mechanical issues and financial burdens which I have now assumed from their negligence to disclose. read more

I had to give a 1 star because theres nothing less then a star.Do not buy or take your car for service at carnation. Ive had my car for 8 months and been in shop 6 times. I took it for air-conditioning problems and they "replaced" air compressor, which still doesn't work. I have problems with metal rattling every time I take off. He said bring it wed and i check everything, so when i got there, they are busy with other cars and bring it back next wed. They been telling me this 5 times to bring it back. They should not be in business with poor service and selling LEMONS to people. The window tinting there is a lot better then them. I have no problems with my tint and i just showed up and he squeezed me in and helped. People take your car buying somewhere else. read more

We got a car from them almost 6 months ago. if I could give them 0 stars I would. They had to have known they were selling us a lemon but our car is one year past the law that would have allowed us to do anything about it. We were driving along I-95 towards essex and the car's sensors started going crazy, then we began to see smoke and hearing strange noises. The car just completely stopped in the middle of the highway. Weve had little problems with it since it was purchased: some minor shakiness at certain speeds, leaking from the power steering. But we took good care of it, changed the oil on time, made sure its fluids were always good. We were proactive about maintenance. We really had no reason to expect what happened. We tried to figure out what was wrong with it, but we couldn't fix it, so naturally we took it back to the CarNation shop. It needed a full engine replacement. They told us we replaced the engine it's going to cost you $2500, $500 down. We aren't rich people and this seems like a racket. They told us that the ABS light is still on, the power steering fluid is still leaking, which if it runs out this time will make this car impossible to drive, my partner and I are physically disabled. Please. Please DON'T buy or lease a car from here, it isn't worth it. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not purchase a car from here. I bought my car in October of 2018 from here. The car has been nothing but problems since the day after purchase. Literally I had to take it back to them the day after to be worked on. For months I had to take it back to them to get worked on. After being frustrated I asked for my money back or for the car to be exchanged considering I paid for the car in cash. They tried showing me other cars that had the exact same problem. Around January/ February I was informed it was a transmission problem and that the transmission as well as the engine would be replaced. It was fine for a max of two months when I started to encounter the same problems. Took it somewhere else to be looked at since Car Nation did a half ass job with everything or took days / weeks just to look at a problem. The other place informed me it was the transmission. Bringing this news back to car nation they tell me I am now out of warranty and get this... they say now they never even replaced the transmission!! I haven't been able to go to work because I have no car and they won't pay for the other place to fix my transmission, resulting in me now having to get a new car. The man told me I can try to call a lawyer but I won't get anything because there is no such thing as a lemon law on used cars... I must have stupid on my forehead or something. I will be taking further action but wanted to warn others about what I went through. They don't fix the cars properly after getting them from the auction. They fix them just enough for people to waste money and then be left without transportation. Terrible customer service. Nobody there knows what's going on and what they're talking about. read more

I had been to a different dealer first go around and that sales person could not find the vehicle I was looking for or at least something comparable. Within 15 minutes of talking to Dave. he was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He gave a bottom line price out the gate that no one else could come close to and got the ball rolling on getting the vehicle from a different dealer that day.
