I would give zero stars. I'm having the worst experience with the car I purchased from them last month. I brought the car back 3 separate times for repair. They kept it for a week each time & lied about it being repaired, they turned off the check engine light & it came back on 2 days later. The refuse to get the car up to par, it would never pass inspection. But they're fraudulently use the inspection credentials to sell lemons. They also decided to keep my tags that I paid 1000 for in my finance agreement, which they also committed fraud on. I can't even rate this incompetent place because it's not a business- I called and spoke to Mario who wasn't even there today. I told him I wanted to see the 2011 BMW convertible. The top wouldn't go down the hood would not stay up , the caliber and rotors & nuts were rusted. The windows would not go down the driver side window was off the track , the trunk was stuck and would not opened, please do not patronize this place don't waste your time . i was coming to pay cash for car today but they were so nonchalant and had the nerve to tell me when I drive the car the rest would go away - don't waste your time and money. My spouse and I bought a 2012 ford explorer last April haven't had it a yr yet. Well at first we got a run around by kk and another worker because of our navigation not working and they were supposed to repair the arm on the driver said never happened. Well now we had it in the shop we had to replace the motor, catalytic converter, gaskets , timing chain slipped, oil pump and now even more wrong . Like beware buying from these small car lots. We are currently over 8,000 + in repairs in 3 weeks time. I wish I had an option for no stars but hey if you have the money to make repairs go ahead. I went to Bmore motors in April with the money I had been saving up for years. I got a Nissan Altima. I was told I was only allowed a short ride around the block due to COVID. I noticed smoke coming out of the tailpipe after buying the car and starting it before driving off the lot. They told me it was normal after sitting. I brought the car back after speaking to a mechanic friend who said the head gasket was busted. I had to argue to get it fixed UNDER WARRENTY one week after buying it. In fact, they made me pay over $400 if I wanted "a good engine replacement." Of course I didn't want a broken or old one! I had to get it fixed...and it took WEEKS. Weeks of paying for a rental car without reimbursement while my brand new car was being fixed. They kept my car until the warranty ran out, and the car got worse and worse over time. The transmission went up and my car was ruined in 6 months. I am crushed that I lost 9 grand, plus another 2 grand for rental cars while they had it in their shop. I even had to bring my father (being a female they were dicking around) to yell at them to hurry up and fix it. That's 11 grand total for 6 months of driving. After that, I was broke...can't afford a nice car. I only got 4 grand when I traded this broken Altima for an old, junky car because I had no choice...no $ to fix it. They screwed me over badly!!! What they did was just dead wrong...and they knew it! That's probably why they didn't want me test driving it...covid, pssssht. If you want a fair shake, as a female without car knowledge, GO TO CARMAX!!! They have never done me wrong. BAD place to shop. Nice people, they will sweet talk you but they will not stand behind their slogan on the website saying "Bmore Motors is founded on trust, integrity, and respect. We are proud to offer these values in our sales and business practices so our customers keep coming back." They are founded on passing cars that they inspect as PASSED INSPECTION and then selling them with problems and then leaving you high and dry. My son thought he had a good car and was excited until he drove home to find a smoking tire and a door that would not open and broken cruise control, an oil leak, some broken hangers underneath to hold up pipes and wires. tried to undo the deal 2 hours later and , with all their trust and integrity, they said "TOO BAD" Shady dealing. He went back 5 months later and wants to sell the car and needed it inspected and they said it would not pass, odd how it should not have passed before. They said they could get in trouble if they forged an inspection but when we asked to have it reinspected when it was bought they said they could not get in trouble for a bad inspection. These scam lemon sellers does no type of reconditioning of cars they buy from the auction. Since purchasing a truck from them I've heard of several complaints from past customers. There's even a complaint to BBB about the this dealership. Be careful, better yet do yourself a fav and stay away from this dealership. I've had my vehicle less than 2 weeks and started having major issues. Every time I brought it to their attention I was asked to bring it in on 2 separate occasions and still they didn't fix the problem. After the 3rd issue in 2 weeks and not trusting that they will fix the problem I decided to take my car to a real mechanic and found out that the radiator was cracked. I notified the dealership and was told they would not pay for the repairs. It's now going on day 4 when I notified the dealership and spoke directly to the sales manager. He told me he'd call his boss and call me back , 4 days later still no call. I'm now contacting the attorney general about this issue. read more

Make sure you check the carfax and the vin matches with the car your purchasing. And the mileage is correct. Because my mileage showed 1117k. But i took it too acura dealership and actually had almost 3000k.The miles were rolled back. And i asked for the carfax .but remembered later on that i was showed the same model vechicle with a different vin. So my vehicle looked like there was no problems with it. But it had all these recalls. roll back of the mileage. But they said the mileage been was done before they got the truck. But wouldn't you have checked the vin before you purchased the vechicle. And acura gave me all the paperwork showing me the mileage changes through the years.also bmore motors are in the wrong. Because there finacial company is not making me pay for the vechicle now because it is a fraud issue. That i spoke to mva about. And will be turning the paperwork in for .for fraud. And Roger at bmore motors was very rude to me. When i told him the finacial company told me they said for me to make arrangements for me to get my down payment back and my monthly payments. But roger was so rude. I wasn't asking for the money i put into the truck to get it fixed. Acura told me don't even put no money into it because it would be a waste. But i already had.
