I wish there were signs or arrows explaining how the customer supposed to enter and leave or flow through or interact with the business. The staff were all really nice and friendly - Just what you would expect in Delaware County! That said, the breakfast sampler was excellent and their collection of available and delicious hot sauces genuinely impressed me. My only real complaint were the bees who wanted very badly to share breakfast....but I can't really blame them, so good. And the kid in me enjoyed ordering breakfast in a real caboose and eating right next to the railroad track! I just wish the train was running the day we were here.

The restaurant is inside a little old train car - so fun! We had the white monkey egg white veggie omelette. Hearty portion with delicious buttered toast. Cool vibe to sit on the front porch and enjoy the downtown view. Make sure you snag a table under an umbrella - or you can sit in the dining area. Casual eatery where you order at the counter and grab a seat wherever is available/clean and leave your table in good condition for the next person.

Don't miss this breakfast spot if you are in the area. The food is delicious, the staff is great and it is truly a gem. We ate there twice recently, both times ordering omelettes and they did not disappoint. It's no frills order at the kitchen window and your food is brought to you. It is definitely the place where local grab breakfast. Very happy find. Note: CASH ONLY

What an terrible experience!!!…read more I emailed several times and then since I got no response called multiple times. I left messages both with answering machines and with live people. No responses until I finally called at the moment some woman named yaako or something like that answered. She was absolutely nasty AF and completely unhelpful. I was trying to plan an event for 30 to 60 people well over 3 months in advance for a Thursday evening. She made it very clear by her s***** customer service that they are not interested in your business. This is a real shame as the place looks really nice and seems to have a great setting, but if this is the customer service I'm going to get from some quote unquote manager- forget it. There are many far better places with far better customer service within 20 minutes of this place.. Oh, and I just checked my notes, her name was Masako (?sp)... And yes she was part of the problem, but no she was not the entire problem. The entire place seems to be a problem. The people who answer the phone at the front desk seeing friendly and nice, but aren't able to do anything and they insist you have to speak with management and tell you to speak with winners like her. SMH. AVOID!!!!!!!

The atmosphere immediately invites you to stay awhile: relaxed, cozy, spotless, and effortlessly trendy without trying too hard. It's the kind of place that feels both comfortable and current. The menu offered an excellent variety, making it hard to choose, but we started with the goat cheese and mushroom flatbread appetizer paired with cocktails, and it was the perfect beginning to the evening. Flavorful, balanced, and beautifully prepared. For dinner, we sampled two outstanding entrées. The wild shrimp dish was incredibly fresh, served over a vibrant mix of garden-picked greens, avocado, watermelon radish, and a flavorful kicker dressing that tied everything together perfectly. The Faroe Island salmon was equally impressive -- perfectly cooked and topped with locally picked ramp-infused butter, served over asparagus and fingerling potatoes. Every bite tasted fresh, seasonal, and thoughtfully crafted. Overall, this was a wonderful dining experience with warm hospitality, a welcoming vibe, and food that truly delivers. We will definitely back for dinner and stay for the live music as well.

Filled with locals who all seem to know each other. My girlfriend and I spent two nights in a B&B just a block away, and we stopped in on a Saturday night. It was packed, and the only space was at the large communal table in the middle of the room. Our food took 40 minutes to come out, but the waitstaff was incredibly apologetic and offered to comp a round of drinks, and we were in no rush just enjoying the atmosphere, so no worries there. We had a flatbread with arugula and prosciutto and pasta with grilled chicken. Both were incredible. My girlfriend has spent a lot of time in Italy and has laughably high standards when it comes to pasta, and she wouldn't stop raving about how good her penne was. There was a corner filled with musical instruments, so it looks like they host live music as well, though not while we were there. Overall this is a great restaurant in a rural area that is worth driving to if needed.

Unfortunately, the food left us feeling ripped off. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap (but received the chicken bacon wrap instead). Not a big deal though- I was hungry, food took a while to come out so didn't want to wait for it to be rectified, and I was able to just pick out the bacon. My wrap had 2 pieces of frozen chicken tenders in it. This was really sad, considering it was $17. My husband had one of the skillets, which also clearly included some frozen food (i.e. the potatoes). We made the best of it, but definitely hope the food situation improves here. I wouldn't not recommend, especially if you're in a pinch, and given the limited options on the area. Also a nice place to come for a beer! They have outdoor seating as well.

I ordered the chicken sandwich special. It was decent. Not amazing. But good enough. Best part was that she thought she was waiting for us to pay, but we hadn't even asked for the bill. We were waiting to order the dessert she gave us the menu for. When she brought out the dessert she looked at the one I ordered and legit said "I don't know what this is...." That one sentence was the way the whole meal could be described. But overall a fun experience because of the company that we kept.

We were tucked away in an indoor/outdoor area with gorgeous orange comfy chairs. We did not come in with a reservation. Again this place was a stumbled upon gem. We looked online for a nice place to go for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. He loves moose and we love farm to table food. The server helped us decide what to get for drinks, both delicious. The food.....holy cow. Heavenly. Our two meals tasted so vastly different so it was great that we were each able to sample the other's and they were both SO tasty. We asked our server for a special dessert for his birthday, she asked if we liked bananas and we enthusiastically said yes. Next thing we know, this decadent warm banana and caramel creation is coming towards us with a giant sparkler. This was probably hands down....one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life.
