Arkadia tree service is beyond fantastic. As a real estate agent, there's always a need for tree trimming and cutting trees down and they will be my first call and only call every single time. Their bid was very competitive, they were punctual, professional, and just plain fantastic. If you need any tree services, do not hesitate to call them. You will be impressed with their service. I cannot thank them enough for the job they did in my backyard. They cut down a 30 foot eucalyptus tree and a giant bird of paradise and a fig tree. They showed up right when they said they would and got to work. They were clean, safe and efficient. Hire them, you will not be disappointed. read more

I highly recommend Arkadia. Working with them was easy and efficient. I reached out about pruning a large tree to keep the tree healthy. They responded within a few hours and we set up an evaluation for the following day. They came to inspect the tree with me, asked questions to make sure they were going to do what I wanted, and provided a free quote. I was able to schedule the service two days later. They finished the tree pruning quickly and cleaned up the yard, even some things that weren't theirs to clean up. read more

Wonderful! I had my ornamental pear trees trimmed, laced and shaped and they look great. Fausto, the dad, works in the trees too., doesn't just sit back and supervise; and none of this once you've gotten the estimate, sending out a crew, never to see the people who "know" again. I consider them the 'tree whisperers...' Only company of 5 quotes I received who acknowledged, and made recommendations about how to fix, the hack job the previous company had done! They were prompt, efficient, cleaned up and even cleaned out the dead leaves underneath the trees for me. I highly recommend! read more

Fausto, Francisco and team are fantastic. I met them last year to quote me for a huge job on a house we were close to buying. That purchase fell through, but I was so impressed with Fausto and Francisco at that meeting, I knew I'd use them as soon as I could. I just had them out to my house to prune all the trees at my home, and they were awesome from start to finish. They were so thorough when they came to quote for the job, really taking the time to discuss what I wanted and offering advice to increase the health of my trees. Their communication, both in person and via text/phone, was clear, thorough and helpful. They turned a quote around quickly and followed through with great work exactly as we discussed, then cleaned up all mess to perfection. In short, they do exactly what they say they're going to do--no surprises. Our trees have never looked better. This is the company I will use going forward! read more
