He demonstrated a strong understanding of load transfer, soil conditions, and long-term stabilization methods. Turns out we didn't have to remove the $1000s of dollars worth of flooring. The sales guy was on vacation and no one would call me back. This was so poorly done and they didn't clean up the debris or trash. I would think a "family" owned company would do the right thing. Since the owner is not understanding, I did remove my floors per your guidance and then it turns out I did NOT have to remove it per Lee Blodgett, the project manager. There are cracks not filled and no one confirmed the job was done no permit approval either. Also it does not say to remove flooring it says "owner accepts that drilling will be done into floors if not removed." The problem is Tim said to remove it all and Lee says only a few planks had to be removed.
