This is one of my favorite stores. Yes, its expensive, but I feel like there are enough things that set this store apart that lets it get away with the higher price point. First off- quality. Everything I've bought from here has been great. I've worn some of my shirts to death and they've held up amazingly. The pieces in here are also unique. If you want something thats a little different, you can find it here. This store is full of unique, trendy pieces, but also some great quality essentials. They also have pretty good service here, depending on who's helping you. Everyone has a good knowledge of where to find things in the store and most of them are more than happy to help you grab different sizes or look to see if another store has an item you want. I'm guess they get some sort of commision here because the girls can get a little pushy with trying to get you to buy things. Some of the strategies they use are nice and others might be bothersome to some people. As soon as the staff spots you with something in your hand they offer to take it back to the dressing room for you. Awesome because you don't have to carry a million things while you're trying to shuffle through clothes, potentially bothersome if you're the decide as you go type. When you go to your dressing room some employees will pair up different outfits for you to try on together. There also aren't mirrors in the dressing room, you have to come out in front of everyone and compete for a spot. The people working stop by the dressing room frequently and tell you that you look cute and help you if you have any questions, and will grab you more sizes or anything else that you could want. Some employees really excell at finding you extra things to buy/try on. As soon as you walk out of the dressing area someone will try to take your stuff up to the front to you about 90% of the time. My only complaint is sale items are final sale, the only exception is if you order offline you can return within like 14 days for merch credit. If theres a certain item you want they'll try to find it at another store and have it brought in for you. They have a sale about twice a year so you could save a few bucks by shopping then, thats what I usually do. I think this is a nice store with higher end unique-ish clothing and better than average service. Most of the people that I've taken into this store drool over all of the clothes, its just a matter if they can get over the price point. read more

I recently paid another visit to Aritzia and received more incredible service. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, just doing a bit of browsing. The girls in there really provide some excellent and personal service. I went in there dressed like a hobo but they really don't care. I asked for some help with their sunglasses and they were more than accommodating when I ended up trying every pair in the case. Another sales girl came over while i was trying them out and just acted like a girl friend complimenting me which ones looked better. Even though I didn't end up buying any, they didn't seem bothered. I have a bit of a tiff with the dressing room as their are no mirrors in the individual rooms. This usually isn't a problem but as its a common large mirror, it can be a bit intimidating when there are spectators in the area and you come out looking like a wildebeast because you haven't bothered to shave your legs in months. read more

BEWARE of the layaway policy! My 14 year old daughter saved her money for a pair of overpriced shorts at Aritzia. She was afraid they would sell out so she decided to put them on layaway. I wasn't with her and she should have read the fine print-or maybe just maybe Aritzia should have mentioned NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on items on layaway. Just a couple weeks after she put them on layaway she went to pick them up but decided she liked a tank top better..she didn't want her money back,there were many pairs of these shorts still in stock AND she was going to spend more money...but the SUPER rude sales girl would not allow it! Best part is that right next to the cash register is a sign that says-REGRET NOTHING...I regret shopping here. I have never been a fan of the customer service at this store, most times you go in you don't even get a HELLO, but now I really really don't like it. Second time coming to this location with a second bad experience. First experience was so bad that it stopped me from coming back for over a year. Well not much has changed in the way they treat customers. I went it just to shop and look at things I was interested in online. Found a top I wanted and proceeded to the checkout area. The checkout area has socks hats, hair accessories to shop I'm assuming while you wait. There was only one person in front of me doing a return. I decided to take advantage and look and at some of the stuff but then an associate yelled at me to stand over where she was and that's where the line started. I didn't see a name tag on this gal but I'll give a description; she was slender asian with ombré hair. I stood where she asked me to. Then she took my top from and folded it near the associate doing the return. She then proceeded to talk to other associates while I just stood there waiting. When the cashier was done with the return she asked me what I was buying because my hands were empty again because the other associate took my top from me. I pointed to the back of the register where the other associate put my top. I spend a lot of money on aritzia clothing and it's pretty sad the staff treats customers this way. It's embarrassing and belittling aritzia staff need to remember all customers should be treated equally with respect and kindness. read more

I love this store!!! Before this month I never really shopped there, but after my first visit, I'm addicted to it. I love the style/quality of the clothes...and the service is impeccable. Every time I've been here, the staff is extremely helpful in finding me the right size, style, and even deals on clothes. I love everything I buy, and especially when items go on sale, they are well worth it! When I start pulling clothes, the salesgirls are prompt to set up a fitting room for me...and even recommend other pieces of clothing for me to try on. They even set up whole outfits with the clothes I've chosen, which I find extremely helpful and fun. read more

This is where I blow my monthly allowance. Regrets? None. Their sizes go down to XXS which is awesome because I tend to not fit American sizing and their cut is just beyond flattering! Alsooooo, what you pay for is what you get. So, $60 for a silk camisole? That's average. Nicer pieces go up to $100 on average. I tend to avoid TNA and Talula since even though their prices are more affordable, they tend to shrink and whatnot after a few washes. Again, what you pay for is what you get. Go invest in some Wilfred or Babaton. The amount I spend in this store is ridiculous though. But! The girls know me and they know my style pretty well, always picking out clothes for me that I normally would like. Plus, they dress really well too. L-O-V-E the clothing here! Came here a few times...and before I even knew it, all my clothes were from aritizia! I even did some winter-spring cleaning of my closet and the only ones I wanted to keep were the ones from aritizia. I love it here, but if there were a few things they could change, it would be to not be so stuck on the customers. I mean, I like it when the workers are nice and what not, but when every other worker there asks if I need help with anything or if they want to start a fitting me for me BEFORE I even started getting close to the middle of the store?! I mean, it really gets on my nerves, I can't even shop! But other than that, love it here, will always be returning! read more

First off, I love this store. The lay out, the clothes are exactly what I want. Seriously perfect. The reason why I'm giving them 2 stars is this reason. Customer service. I went in there super stoked to drop a lot of money! I walk in to an empty store with two employees talking. Thats okay right? I walk in. Totally was ignored. I felt super awkward because it felt like I was interfering. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I keep looking for stuff to try on. They keep gossiping. and gossiping. and gossiping. Finally after the longest 10 minutes of my life, a girl from the back comes out and says hi, but at this time I was ready to leave. I interrupted their gossiping, and thanked them and bolted out of that store and spent my money at zara. Yikes. I had better customer service at the U-Village one :) read more

Most atrocious customer service, if I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a few clothing items for a vacation I was taking at the University Village location, an experience I enjoyed. I recall noticing an unusual return policy so took note because I knew I may not keep all of the clothing items. There were a couple pieces I wanted to return because I did not end up wearing them, so I went to the Bellevue Square location to complete the transaction. I recalled the return policy being 20 days however, the associate informed me that since it was over 10 days she would need to process the return on a gift card. I said she needed to issue a complete refund and that I recalled reading the policy in the other store. She said full refunds are within ten days and exchanges and store credit are issued within 21 days. Normally, I'd be willing to accept the stores terms, but because there was a genuine misunderstanding and her attitude was so sharp and uncaring I was speechless. She said she'd make an exception and issue a refund this once. I thanked her and tried to explain that it was my first time shopping there as I was unaware of the policy. Her attitude remained cold and she seemed inconvenienced. She wrapped up the transaction by stating that the return policy was on the back of the receipt. I was so stunned at her absolute lack of customer service I left with the intention of never returning to the store, despite it's quality products. I train individuals on customer service and was incredibly disappointed by this interaction. read more

i heart aritzia! i'm a vancouver girl and aritzia is one of those things that i was really sad to give up when i moved down to seattle. but lo and behold, they followed me down too! even though aritzia is a vancouver based chain, their house brands are about 7% cheaper down here compared to in van. there's also less tax here so there's really no point heading up to canada anymore since lululemon is here as well. : ) by law, aritzia in the US is not allowed to ask customers to lock up their bags unlike in vancouver. the sales girls here are also much less pushy than their canadian counterparts. kudos to ashley and all of the girls at the bellevue aritzia. read more

I've been going to aritzia since I knew that there was a thing called poutine up there!!!!! the aritzia in canada is hella more expensive than the aritzia in bellevue.. which I can not say I am mad about at all!!! I love this store although it's pricey. But my advice is not to buy anything here that they also sell at Nordstrom. Their return and exchange policy is atrocious. I bought a pair of $228 Citizen Jeans at Aritzia and about 6 months later, they were already wearing thin in the crotch and forming holes! I had not gained any weight or washed them very much so there was nothing I could think of that I did to cause it. They really wouldn't do anything to help me when I went to them, and it's not like I can just go buy $228 jeans all the time. Meanwhile, any time a I have a problem with the designer jeans I get at Nordy's they'll either replace them or fix them for free! read more

I have a such a love-hate relationship with Aritzia... and what I mean by that is that I hate that I love shopping here so much. I've been a customer here since the store first opened in 2007 and now I have to consciously park on the opposite side of the mall to prevent myself from drooling over their window displays and running inside faster than Usian Bolt. The clothes are beautiful and well made. The store houses a myriad of brands and (up until recently) a few could only be found in Canada. They have a ton of basics that will become your wardrobe staples and they also carry super funky fashion pieces that will make you stand out. The dressing rooms do not have personal mirrors, but instead there is one giant mirror for all to share. Normally I have no qualms over struttin' my stuff... but I will say Aritzia carries sizes as tiny as XXS so naturally extra extra skinny women shop here. So be forewarned that there exists the distinct possibility that America's Next Top Model is trying on the same exact outfit as you while you both vie for a spot in front of the mirror wall. Some might say this is a definite design flaw, but I must digress, whoever designed the store has obviously had experience in retail. Forcing customers out into the open gives the saleswomen (there's always at least two) the opportunity to ooh-and-ahh while also learning valuable information about you. When they have an idea of preferred colors and styles, it's much easier to suggest other pieces you may like. And just like that, you come in for a shirt and leave with enough clothes to outfit an entire family. Well that's how it generally goes down for me anyways. The customer service is usually excellent but can sometimes be a little spotty. Last time I was there I had amassed a collection of at least 20 pieces I wanted to try on before a sales associate asked if I wanted to start a room. "No sweetie, I just like to carry around ten pounds of clothes because I can't afford my CrossFit classes and shopping addiction." JUST KIDDING, I would never say that (out loud). read more

If you are in Bellevue looking for a boutique with better customer service than Mercer and more affordable than Derek Andrew, Aritizia is the place to go! I'm pretty sure they're the only store in the Seattle area to carry TNA. Make sure to check out their sales-- this is when I shop. I saw Paige Premium Denim jeans here for $20 once! They weren't my size sadly. I will also have to say that I am still kicking myself for not picking up the SILVER crown Rock and Republic's I found on sale a year or two ago as well! read more

This is one of the few stores I would prefer to go in person to rather than shop online. The fabrics are amazing - drape well, fit well, and everything has a modern cut that can be difficult to find elsewhere. I never leave this store empty handed, and so far have never bought anything that wasn't a fantastic basic. The sale selection is even great - it's not just the rejects, but they always have a ton of really great basic pieces in multiple sizes. Aritzia has some of the best selections ever of cardigans and sweaters. The sales associates are helpful, but they do tend to bring you a ton of stuff to your dressing room you had no intention of trying on. They're generally really great though, and will track things down for you online in your size or find something really similar. If I could give this 4.5 stars I would - only because I HATE their dressing room layout: 1 communal mirror and tiny dressing rooms. You have to go outside your dressing room to look in a mirror :-( wtf. Also, most of their fabrics are hand wash, so everything is pretty high maintenance. Sizing is crazy too -- most brands are insanely vanity sized, so you really do need to go in store to try things on. read more

PLEASE READ THIS AND LET PEOPLE KNOW! I went this store to return online purchases and bought a item. Sales person ask me if it is ok to make 2 transactions for a return and a purchase. I have received 2 receipts and only purchsed charge showed up my bank statement. I have contacted store. Different sales person answered as " As long as you have receipts shows "return" you received returns in few days....." I checked my both receipt again and found out there is "ONLINE" on purchased receipt and "OFFLINE" on a return receipt. Then I called store. Again sales person says "we will send this transaction tonight...." Do you understand this means? Receipt on a return is just a piece of paper shows and it is not yet processed. (OFFLINE means never been processed.....) If you do not keep this receipt, there is no trace for it. They will take your money!! This is a smart SCAM! When you don't received your credit and contact the store, they will ask you if you have your receipt. If you say "yes," they will appolozised and refund you money right away.... If no, they will act like you are stupid. This is not first time experience but twice. (Luckly I have kept my receipts.) They are tend to do this, and scam customers. Young ladies! Their clothes are cute...BUT CAREFULL!! read more

Avoid this location. I have been a loyal costumer to aritzia for over 10 years and have never experienced the terrible customer service I received at the new Bellevue location. I came into the store and it was completely empty yet two associates walked right past me without even acknowledging me. Finally I asked one of them for help as I was looking for a specific item and she seemed annoyed to be "helping" she was extremely rude and less than helpful. Finally I just asked her to process my exchange because I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. The entire time she was processing my exchange she was sighing and seemed very irritated. She acted as though she was doing me a favor rather than doing her job. I will not be returning to this location. read more

love! prices are...well it's not outrageous considering that a lot of the pieces have pretty nice fabrics (silk, cashmere, cottons, etc). do not miss their sales - they are ridiculously awesome. i'm petite, so i am happy as a bee that i can find pieces in xxs/xs when needed. the thing that bugged the crap out of me: the sales associates are pretty aggressive and because there are no mirrors in the fitting rooms, you get pounced on the moment you step out, especially if you are shopping alone. can i just stare at myself in the mirror as i decide whether i love this coat enough to drop dough without being hounded? even though they don't work on commission, i believe they do have some ridiculous hourly sales quota, so don't let them pressure you! read more

Ali is fabulous. The clothes are gorgeous, comfortable, transitional, mostly timeless, luxurious, essentially perfection. The store atmosphere isn't typical of the PNW. They don't have a Nordstrom return policy, they don't jump all over you like other commission based stores, and they are almost too cool for school. But I love it. If you like shopping in LA and NYC then this is the place for you. If you need your hand held then go to Nordstrom where you can return to your hearts desire! I bought a couple of cardigans,blouses, and blazers (basically everyday classic and timeless pieces). They fit so well and the fabrics feels different and of high-quality. The clothes are a little pricey but its worth it if you're small and can't find clothes that fit well anywhere else. They carry XXS!! The clothes are really cute too but I feel like whenever I go back they always have the same stuff but just in different colors and small changes. I went shopping at Aritzia for the first time this past weekend and absolutely adored their collection. I was impressed with the customer service by the women working there and their eagerness to help me find the right attire. I recently had a baby and I am trying to get back into shape for a planned family vacation at the end of the summer. I was able to find several great dresses and cover ups. The materials are high end and worth the price point. 5 stars in my book! read more

SALES PERSON in bellevue aritzia is rude. I have been shopping with aritzia since 2004 in toronto when there were lots of TNA stores. I bought things from this store and want it shipped to my home where the sales tax is zero. then they insisted charging me both the shipping and 10% sales tax, with "tax exampt sale" written on receipt. I contacted WA tax centre and they gave me an Washington state administrative code. however the store still insisted doing nothing there, even if they are violating the law. what a shame read more

Another one of the stores that I used to make the drive for..all the time. Until it fell right into my backyard. I love the layout and design of Aritzia stores for one, but then of course I love the clothing as well. At first I wasn't sure how it would do in Bellevue Square...it's very different from the rest of the stores there. But it now always appears to be busy. So that's a great thing. The one drawback, is that it feels as though the sales associates are always trying to fight over your sale--kind of weird, because I think I remember them telling me that they don't make commission..but they're always very specific about who worked with you, and I've almost literally seen two of the girls get into it over a sale before. All in all, they're always helpful and they can order sizes if you don't find it in stock, because they have a factory in Seattle. I also am loving that it's only here and San Jose so far....hahaha...nobody else can get our sweet sweet styles... read more

The place seems very nice and clean with a wide variety of clothing options. They seem to carry many different sizes. Their clothing might be pricy but I understand that the quality is pretty good. However, their customer service isn't the greatest. When I came in there was no greeting or anything which I can totally understand if the store is busy. But the employees were just talking to each other at the register. Then I was trying on some clothes but changed my mind and tried to thank the lady who was in charge of the changing section (to give back the clothes) but she rudely ignored me and even walked right passed me. It made me feel like I didn't have enough money to buy the items and I was just wasting her time, which she didn't even help me at all throughout the process. Despite all the negative aspects I will say that even though the customer service was horrible their clothing items were nice which is why I didn't give 1 star. read more
