I love the fact that we are able to have a place so close to our house that allows us to do what we can for the environment - but what I love the most are the associates who work there! Julia, Atticus and Rhianna are awesome and always greet us with a friendly smile and "hello". Plus, we've got some special requests when it comes to putting our toothpaste together and Atticus and Rhianna always meet those requests with efficiency and ease. I will say, Atticus is a pro at putting our toothpaste together. I know, it seems crazy and like "how hard can it be" but it's an art form when it comes to how we like it. It wasn't really a consultation. They and I felt that the "doctor" didn't really listen to me at all and offered no insight of value. That being said my second and more recent visit was much better. The old doctor is no longer there and Dr. Pacheco was much more willing to treat me as an individual. She explained things well, helped me understand the medical side of my issues and offered a treatment plan that we would explore over time. However, I did feel like I had to pull information out and guide them towards solutions (at least you don't feel like they are upselling you!) I thought the staff was very good, particularly the woman who helped me find a makeup that covered my hyperpigmentation really well and a sunscreen that really works without turning me white from the zinc oxide. I wish I remembered her name, but the product she suggested was amazing (all be it, not cheap).
