I want to give a huge shoutout to Arion Pizza for their incredible service. Full-disclosure: I haven't actually tried their food myself, but I have to share what might be the best customer service I've ever heard of. My mother, who loves take-out, was terminally ill and couldn't make it down the stairs. Since she wasn't able to meet a delivery person at the door (or even pick up food from the porch), most restaurants just wouldn't deliver to her. We'd bring her treats when we visited, but she was fiercely independent and wanted treats even when we couldn't be there. Arion Pizza's delivery person went above and beyond, bringing the food directly into the house for her every time. They made sure she had something to eat when she was alone, which no other delivery service was willing to do. Their kindness and willingness to help, over and over again, made all the difference during a really tough time. It's rare to find businesses that genuinely care about people, but Arion Pizza truly does. Because of that, I can't recommend them enough. Had this for dinner with some friends, Good service and the pizza was not too greasy or starchy really good overal.

I ordered a chicken wrap with only lettuce and honey mustard. My receipt came saying No Tom No Mayo but not no cheese.. but added the honey mustard. I was never asked about cheese so I didn't expect cheese to be on there bc I never mentioned tomatoes or Mayo. Just that I wanted only lettuce and honey mustard. I argued with the cook and the lady on the phone about who was wrong and who was write. Fast forward 1 1/2 hrs later I finally get a replacement wrap and it's MAYO all over my wrap after he specifically told me he only put honey mustard on it. Barely any lettuce. I have a side of honey mustard you're not telling me that this is honey mustard on my wrap. I spent $20 for a wrap and fries that I did not eat I am upset. I AM DISAPPOINTED THE LAST FEW TIMES IVE ORDERED IVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED AND OVERCHARGED FOR NOTHING. read more

Whenever I come back to Philly to visit family and friends I make sure to get food from here. I highly recommend their Stromboli, pepperoni pizza and any of their lunch specials. The delivery is always fast and the drivers are very pleasant and personable. The location is easy to get to and they're conveniently located. read more

Ordered an hour ago. 20 dollars worth of food and I left a 10 dollar tip for delivery. Food was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. No one came and no one is answering the restaurant phone. I've literally called 10 times and let it ring for 20 minutes. Took my money, never delivered the food and never picked up the phone. My mom just drove over there to handle the issue. Good solid pizza shop cheesesteak. Big roll that hid a sneaky good amount of good meat. I felt good enough about Arion to buy the chocolate chip cookies before I ate my cheesesteak. We have been ordering from this place for years but lately the food has been awful and delivery a joke. The driver LIED and claimed he had the wrong address causing us to have to run in the cold for our food. Speaking of the food. The chicken wings were undercooked, the fries and chicken parmesan packed in Styrofoam so were limp and stuck to the packaging. The only saving grace is that the food was warm. We will be looking for another place yet again because I'm tired of not getting edible food! read more

Got a menu in the door for this place and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. I ordered a small veggie pizza and an order of garlic fries. The food was amazing! Fresh, hearty portions! I particularly like the way they serve their French fries in a cardboard container....keeps them hot and they don't sweat and get soggy. The pizza was superb. I ordered from this place last night. The nice lady who placed my phone order was very polite, and got everything correct. The Wings, and salad were very tasty and HOT! I was told delivery may take an hour or so, but it was way less than that. I am very pleased! PS... my mom says the FRIED chicken was tasty as well, and the steak quesadillas! I have not ordered from Arion's in about a year. (If they had zero stars on here that is what they would get!!!)While their food is very good, they are always screwing up my order. I just ordered one of the steak Panini's tonight and said no jalapeños. Yet they are jalapeños on my sandwich. The same reason why I stopped ordering is the same reason I probably won't order again for a long time if ever. Very disappointed. I also asked for a Canada dry Gingerale and end up with a Schweppes. Usually the service & food is very good. However I received my food around 420 today and the shrimp were burnt & hard to chew. (I took a bite of one) I called and a guy answered the phone asked me did I want my money back or did I want the food. I still wanted my meal. It is now 9:30 PM and I have not gotten my food yet. I called back several times . The last few times I called I was hung up on repeatedly. This is no way to do business. Very unprofessional! I am disgusted!! read more

They don't wear facial coverings while preparing food. They also allow people in their business without facial coverings. This is against CDC regulations during this COVID-19 pandemic. The food isn't very tasty, the buffalo wings were pre-cooked and then reheated when ordered. The wing sauce was greasy and not well flavored. The Stromboli was undercooked and doughy it also tasted nasty. They need to step it up and mask up. read more

Everything we ordered - everything! Was bland. Such a disappointment. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was flavorless. The ribs were weird, soggy, with some odd tasting barbecue sauce. The onion rings, the fries, the chicken fingers, all bland like something from a kids menu. Even the cheesesteak rolls tasted like nothing except for the enhanced mayonnaise on the side. The coleslaw? Flavorless, bland. The macaroni and cheese was a crime against humanity. It was an orange lump of soggy tasteless vile nothingness. It was as if they poured it from a can or something. We will never order from here again. Ever. What a tremendous waste of money and a crushing disappointment on a Saturday night. Oh the side salad was ok, but the garlic bread was soggy. And bland. We put the menu in the proper place - in the garbage with most of the food. I hope the raccoons enjoy it when they dig it out of the dumpster. If you've ever experienced craving something and then ordering it from a restaurant and it's disgusting, that's how I will always remember Arion Pizza. read more
