Turns out that when I had last been at my local Chevy dealer having a recalled steering wheel swapped out, the dealer mechanic DID NOT properly reassemble my steering components and I quite literally was a few vibrations or 1 large pot hole away from having no steering. My overall experience with this shop was great. Their prices are reasonable and they work quickly and efficiently. But the fact that they could diagnose and repair a problem of that magnitude AND get me back on the road in the same day is really what sets them apart. It's been months and I haven't heard from them. I took my truck to a shop and they told me I have open valves on my engine. They didn't adjustment them to spec and just put everything back together.
