Parking is a beast at the Diamond Jamboree lot so try to get there during non rush hour times. They open late after 11am so a bit of a hassle if you're in a rush and crunched for time. Me being a Korean skincare junkie I ALWAYS leave the store buying something. I love the huge variety of skincare they have here + the workers are always so nice and give great recommendations. The only con is their prices are a bit high -- you can find the same products are cheaper at olive young. I also heard from other ppl that they sell counterfeit products.. but I'm not too sure if that's true. I'll def be back if I am in urgent need of k-skincare and don't wanna wait for shipping !

(Mind you I originally was 2:15pm and moved up by only 2 hours). I got in at around 12:20pm after parking (keep in mind Whole Foods is flooded with people who will run and walk even if you are finishing driving through) and the receptionist went to go chase down the stylist. They went to the break room and this larger manager hispanic with glasses yelled loudly after 5 minutes for the store to hear "Well you were 10 minutes late so she can't see you". I explained how I came a few minutes late and it would just now be ten minutes (mind you i Booked a Blowout) and most salons have a grace period? and she repeated herself loudly saying it wouldnt be fair to the other clients coming in (you mean the clients who no show but i showed up????) forget it go see Iris in Ulta on Orange or Rose in Marketplace

From start to finish my experience with Dr. Florin and her team has been amazing…read more My spouse and I came from out-of-state to meet with Dr. Florin after speaking with a family member that had a positive experience with her. Cosmetic surgeons are a dime a dozen, but you never really hear about someone having an especially great experience. I am SO GLAD that we made the journey! From the very first consultation, Dr. Florin was attentive, articulate, and personable. When I explained what I wanted she was very knowledgeable in explaining the processes, recovery and likely outcomes of the procedures. She did not attempt to talk me into or out of the concerns, corrections or enhancements that I wanted for my body. My spouse and I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable and were able to ask all of the questions (and receive the answers) that we wanted. Aside from the small amount of general discomfort experienced after having any surgical procedure, I was amazed at the lack of pain, mobility issues or bruising that I experienced. I followed the instructions of Dr. Florin and her team to a T, and my outcome has really been incredible. From the office manager Angel, to Dr. Florin's nurse Dayra, the team is communicative, available and personable. Really just overall amazing! I work an extremely demanding job both mentally and physically. My uniform and gear now fit me better and are unencumbered. The office itself has such a warm, welcoming feel, and everyone on the staff has been so kind. I'm always a little nervous when I get filler, but her MA was incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I honestly couldn't recommend Dr. Florin more. If you're considering anything aesthetic, I would definitely go see her! I also heard she's starting IV therapy in the office, and I can't wait to go back and try it.
