I was told that they sometimes have a hair dresser who may be able to answer your questions, but sometimes she's not there.

When my daughter asked if she could use it, because that's the whole reason she came today- it expires... Crystal told her it's too late to use it. When my daughter came out and told me what happened, I walked her right back in and asked Crystal why she couldn't return this item and repurchase it with the coupon because that's the whole reason we came in?! The lady that's usually behind the counter was talking to another owner from somewhere else and completely ignored me as I was walking in. We made eye contact, I smiled at her, and she looked away. At the time I figured that maybe she just didn't actually see me come in. About five minutes later there were a few new customers that have walked in. She immediately stopped her conversation to say hi to them. Once when her conversation finally ended, she walks over to the customers and tells them to let her know if they needed help with anything then proceeded to go back to the counter. At that point, I understood what was happening and I decided to exit the store because I did not feel comfortable shopping somewhere where I wasn't welcome. I have shopped here multiple times and spent a lot of money on the products because I wanted to support a smaller company that carries a lot of the products that I use on my face. I am pretty bummed that that happened at the store since I have had good interactions with some of the other workers.
