I am extremely thankful to Bernadette and Vince for the exceptional customer service they gave me this month. I had difficulty choosing the right size couch for my living room and the "perfect" fabric. I returned to the store at least 2x to ask questions and look at dozens of fabric swatches. Each time they were patient, supportive and happy to assist me. Arhaus is fortunate to have such committed and loyal employees. Thank you Bernadette and Vince. read more

I spent over $8k with this company. I wanted to buy these nesting tables for $650 but the they insisted I can't buy without paying the steep shipping costs $299. Basically I have to pay 50% more. They are small and light and can easily fit into my car. I find this policy disgusting. You can buy from Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel and they will ship to the store where you can pick it up. That makes a lot more sense. They are also overpriced and tge products they have you can buy at other stores like I mentioned. They just lost a good customer. read more

Susan Serafin at Arhaus Tysons Corner has been the brightest spot in furnishing the beach house. She's worked overtime and more to try to help furnish the place. She always offered up new ideas to help. I can't speak highly enough of her work. Highly recommend working with her- she's will go the extra mile. read more

Can't wait for delivery of beautiful table and chairs for our new home. Wonderful service.

I was very excited about a table that I found on the website. I put it in my cart and when I was checking out, the table went up in price by $1,000. In my cart, it said that the sale price was $2629 and original price was $3099. When I was paying for the table it went up to $3699! I called the store and told them that I have a screen shot of the price that the table was listed for in my cart and they would not honor the price. I am very disappointed by this experience. The customer service was incredibly poor. Photos of the price swap are included in this review. read more

I spent $5,000 on a sectional couch and the reason why I bought this couch was because they fabric was pre-washed slip cover. Once I placed it in the washing machine and air dried it, the inside of the thread looked like web. You had to cut the inside of it so you can fit the cushion. Then the seems start breaking off, making look like it was a couch that you had for 10 years. It is completely difficult to put back the covers on these cushions. I need my housekeeper to help along with my husband. This is insane. They have sent me two sets of slip covers of the same fabric and still we have the same issue for the last 3 years. The seems open, the slipcover does not slip through the cushions as it shrinks (when they told me they would not) and it is so hard to place back on. Now they are telling me that they can't do anything when its out of warranty when all along these slipcovers have been of very horrible quality. read more

We recently had an excellent experience at Arhaus in Roslyn, New York while shopping for new living room and dinning room furniture. The staff ( Katia, Laura and Terry) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and attentive. They helped us select pieces and lay out the rooms that perfectly matched our style and needs. And the Roslyn location has an amazing selection of products to choose from. Their customer service was outstanding, always available to answer questions and provide expert advice. The quality of the furniture is top-notch, and the end result is a beautifully furnished home that we absolutely love! Of course, none of this would have been possible without the expert advice and guidance of our designer, Iryna Cohen, Well Designed Living. Horrible warranty service. After submitting a couch for damage twice I got notice two weeks after the fact and was told it was not covered. I clearly had a conversation about what was covered upon purchase and pet urine was if it was immediately noticed and reported. I do not recommend this furniture - it's expensive and does not last and they do not honor their warranty. read more

They totally misled me on delivery times. I put a 50% (non-refundable) deposit down on over $30K of furniture in early January. They told me the items would be delivered between late February and late March. The only communication I have had from them since then is an email saying that I won't get anything until May! I am hoping it will be worth the wait, but based on some of the other reviews, my hope may be misplaced. They must know how long their backlogs are, so to have salespeople lying to you is just despicable. read more

ARHAUS is a deceptive company on pricing. Atlanta location does not return calls or messages. I purchased a 9x12 hide rug about 6 months ago. I loved the way it looked. Unfortunately about 50% of the rug has lost its "fur". Some patches are down to bare leather. I reached out to see if there was anything I could do or if the rug was defective. Customer service said because it fell under decor items nothing could be done. I have many pieces of furniture from Arhaus that I love so I had faith in spending more on an area rug than I usually do. Unfortunately this rug and the lack of help from customer service will make me never buy anything from there again. read more

Customer service is terrible Arhaus has no intention of helping it's customers with receiving their furniture once an order is placed. The sales people work on commission and only want to process a sale and then it's management could care less if you actually eventually get the furniture that you've paid for. The Boulder Colorado store is the worst. One must wait months and months for the products and there is no reply from anyone at the company. Stay away! read more

11/27/21 Looking around in this store, it had better lighting going on than R.H. I got the feeling I was in a Cabin By The Lake Next To The Woods. Yes, a double whammy. The song Wild Colonies is now stuck in my head..."All my life, I've been trying to avoid you 'Cause loneliness is something I dream about Unhappiness my fate...Can you give me a cure?"...ahh enough. The furniture looked nice, but not what I was looking for. I was greeted by a sale person and she asked me if I needed assistance, but I told her no. I saw some furniture that did catch my eye later on, but I will see what the wife thinks about them and go from there. I will return here again...hopefully soon. read more

Ordered a whole house of furniture. One of the pieces I ordered a sectional, the cushions never looked right. Took months to get them to agree to replace. 5 months after ordering I'm still waiting. We bought the Dune sofa. Warning not only do the cushions not hold up for even light use but Arhouse doesn't stand by their products. Should have checked yelp before buying. Stay away from them!!! Spent good money for a quality sofa that can't stand up to infrequent use by only 2 people. Customer service is useless. Value is Zero. Quality is Zero. I placed an order with Arhaus and had the absolute worst experience. Before you purchase anything, read everything you sign and do not trust what they say. I've been a customer for about four years. I love their super unique designs that you can't find anywhere else. I would highly recommend that you take advantage of their frequent sales. Otherwise their furniture designs are on par with Restoration Hardware prices with, at times, just mediocre quality. For example I bought a lovely queen bed frame at Arhaus with a gold metallic finish. With very light wear within a year it had chipped the finish on the post. Damage such as this is outside of warranty and they don't sell touch up paint. So, basically, I was thankful I got the bed frame on sale and thought it still looked great despite a minor flaw. I would have been upset if I paid full price, though. I recently moved in Oct2020 and purchased two more unique architecturally inspired items from Arhaus -a desk and floor lamp. Both are awesome and look stunning against dark hard woods. Among my friends, I know these are unique to my home and that's what I appreciate about Arhaus' selection. I know I'll have these pieces for years to come. I can't say enough about their white glove delivery service- I absolutely love it. If you're like me and have vowed to never self-assembly furniture again after college years, going to Arhaus is a guarantee that you will get the full white glove delivery (scheduled timeframe, two movers, shoe protectors, assembly as needed, clean up) which is one of the reasons I keep shopping here for my furniture needs even if I need to factor in the increased cost. It is worth it. I like to mix in various other furniture makers in my home ( Z Gallerie, Restoration) but Arhaus has been a staple of some of the big ticket items for me and I'm left satisfied. read more

Horrible. The dining chairs were defective in that the upholstery was wavy and the seams not straight. The delivery guys screwed the legs on the table wrong and I can't even sit at the table. Loved the overall experience with Arhaus in McLean. I did wait roughly 3 months for my dining set to be delivered, but I guess this is normal now days. Again, you get what you pay for. In my case, my dining set is stunning, the built quality was phenomenal. This is definitely my favorite furniture piece of the year. Also, I would like to give a HUGE shout-out for Patti from the McLean store, she was super patient, helpful and very easy to work with. I would go back to her for sure if I need more furnitures. Btw, the delivery crew was awesome as well, they handled each piece very carefully. I FINALLY saw white gloves during "white glove delivery", LOL. This was the best delivery service among all the furniture deliveries this year. THUMBS UP! read more

I never thought I'd have to write a review like this. I purchased almost $8000 worth of furniture from this Arhaus and was told the Worry Free protection plan covered a leather bench for any rips, tears, or punctures. I wish I had read previous Yelp reviews. Our story: We ordered $4500 worth of furniture in September 2021. Was told due to Covid and supply issues, we would be receiving our items Dec-Jan. Ok, not ideal, but we were understanding. Fast forward to January, no furniture, no call or email from Arhaus. Fine. Now they're saying late February. Annoying, but we took it in stride. February comes and goes. Nothing. Now they say March. it is now mid March. We just called to get specific delivery date. (You know what's coming. Think of Charlie Brown and the football scenario.) Yeah. Now they're saying it'll probably be May. This is quite possibly the worst customer service of a high end store I've ever experienced. Save your money people! read more

We received our Tulum outdoor set in the Fall of 2021. While the couches and chairs are fine, the finish on the Twig coffee table began to come off almost immediately. I would be cautious about purchasing from Arhaus. I attempted to purchase a table that they had listed for $1999. When I selected the EXACT same table, the price increased significantly. I contacted Arhaus and through many emails Arhaus attempted to distract me from the original item I wanted to purchase. We have spent quite a bit on furniture with Arhaus since Sept/Oct. It is really a shame the terrible experience we have had. I did not bother shopping around much b/c in 2015 I had a fantastic experience with my King bedframe which I got from the FAIRFAX VA store. 7 of the 8 Dining Chairs arrived damaged and defective. I was constantly calling and following up with the Princeton store who then connected me with the Concierge, Sharon. That so far has been the worst service, ironically, given the name concierge. She basically told me that the defective chairs are all like that and probably the new ones will be too. Meanwhile the chairs had lumps, crooked stitching and I should have just bought them from Home Goods. After finally being told 7 new chairs would be ordered, they disappeared and I never heard back again. Then, I started following up on my own, AGAIN; and got some info from Sharon that some items were missing but Ryder delivery would contact me when it was fixed. Well Ryder contacted me via text, and they had incorrect information. Once again I reached out to Sharon and got zero response to this date (today was re-deliveryof the "7" chairs). Today's delivery was missing 2 Chairs, and 3 of the 5 chairs they did bring were stained and defective. It was a disaster and waste of both the delivery peoples' time and ours. In the midst ofall this, my area rug arrived in the wrong size, about a month ago. Then, when I reached out to the store I was eventually told (after having to once again on my own followup) that it was no longer available in that size. The concierge Sharon sent me a note saying the same thing but no one offered me any alternatives or solutions. I basically designed and purchased a room with that rug in mind. I asked repeatedly for them to price match me on the other color of the rug and asked to speak to the regional manager many times and if he could contact me directly. Never heard a word from the regional manager other than to say no they can't price match. Then, the refund process was an added nightmare thanks to this same regional manager who never once contacted me. Thankfully Valeria from the Princeton Store is very responsive and does her best to help and respond. She is very good at customer service but is in the middle in many of these situations, either with the concierge or "regional manager". I am now waiting on a dining table which I pray will be ok. Thankfully my bedroom set which was delivered a few weeks ago had no issues and is beautiful. I am especially horrified at how awful the Concierge (Sharon) and Regional Manager (who I don't even know the name of since they refused to contact me). Likely NEVER shopping here again, and it's a shame because I love their furniture for the most part. It's the service that was lacking, especially considering the prices, as well as many service issues along the way. read more

here's what I think. Like all online retailers, your experience wi'll be a direct result of the person who's assisting you in customer service. Purchased 2 chairs and was experiencing delays in delivery. Called Arhaus and they offered me a higher quality (more expensive) replacement and had them delivered within days. Second experience was a desk chair that wasn't assembled correctly and the price had dropped dramatically since my original purchase. Called Arhaus and was told they'd swap out the defective chair over a period of weeks and that they wouldn't honor the price reduction. We fixed the chair ourselves. Overall, beautiful furniture, hit or miss customer service. Won't buy from them again. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. They sent a very low quality table that did not look anything like the photo in their catalog. We tried to return and they wanted to be garage us a $863 restocking and delivery fee. So we took it to our credit card for dispute. After several back and forth a with photos and evidence the credit card company sided with us and refunded the charge. We had already returned the table. Fast forward to 9 months later and I am still getting collection notices for the restocking fee. The people we speak with at Argus's could not be more unhelpful. What a nightmare. read more

At these prices, you'd be forgiven for assuming quality. We bought a sectional couch, a dining room table, and 10 dining room chairs from Arhaus, all in one purchase. Enough for them to take us seriously. Oh, and we upgraded to the 'performance' fabric and purchased the warranty. Within 2 days of receiving our couch, our dog jumped on it with muddy paws. We couldn't get the stain out, so we filed a claim. It was denied. They called it normal wear and tear. We went back to the store. They sympathized but told us to keep fighting and wished us good luck. We made a stink and they finally agreed to have it professionally cleaned. The stains got bigger. They ignored us for weeks and then, after we complained as much as possible, they finally agreed to replace the couch. When the new couch arrived, it had tears in it from (presumably) box cutters. We notified them of this and they ignored us. We finally gave up and just positioned the couch so people can't see the cuts in the fabric. Their performance fabric is junk. The warranty service is a scam. And their customer service is abysmal. There are better places to spend your money. read more

Do not Buy their Products. Very nice at the show room .It ends after that. Customer service is a circle of phone calls and promises that don't get meet. I am 5 weeks after delivery with a couch I can't use. Many hours on the phone never could get it to an elevated level. I made a deal for a discount and a new couch to be made and delivered. Waited another 4 weeks and never got a call or email about the couch. Called in again: They say one was never ordered. Now I get to wait another 4-12 weeks. They did not offer anything for this mistake again. It's such a run around it's scary. I also have called the sales lady at the store. Not a call back from her or the regional manager. I would never order from Arhaus again. Their customer service and delivery is absolutely atrocious. The delivery team are unprofessional, rude and totally unreliable. We ordered a sectional in October of 2022. We received part of the sectional but have yet to receive the rest. We contacted Arhaus but were told the piece had yet to be manufactured. It is now seven (7) months later, and when I call customer service, they keep me on hold and either tell me nothing or hang up in the middle of the call as if it dropped. After I filed a BBB complaint, I received a call saying that the delay was because they had to send us a piece of material for our approval of the color. Think of how ridiculous this is. They gave you part of the couch, and they say they are waiting for our permission to color the connecting piece of the couch. What? I am going to get a different color for the connecting portion. Anyway, they can't get their stories straight. The other customer service says that the piece still needs to be manufactured. Now they are offering to refund the cost of the connecting portion, which renders the other two pieces useless. I swear that I had better customer service at Walmart. Product is unusable. Shipping communication is awful. Customer service is terrible. And they don't care: Bought a cabinet in July. Shipping delays said it would be done in September (no problem). It shows up with a giant hole in the side. Accidents happen so the shippers take it right back and say will send us a new one. We never hear from them, their phones are always busy, and it takes them two months to for them to finally respond to my email, scheduling a new delivery in January. (month and a half later) The next one shows up without any shelf Pegs to hold up the shelves nor the earthquake proofing piece. Again they say they will send this stuff right away. 3 weeks I haven't heard from them. I call, they say I need to send email proof we didn't get the pegs or kit. I send them pictures end of January. - First reached out on March 9th that the frame support brackets on my Emory 2 piece sectional were broken in several places - It took until May 15th for replacement parts to arrive -June 11th, repair tech came out, and after 15 minutes left because they were not allocated enough time to do the repair. - July 29th, repair tech came back out. After disassembling the entire couch, determined that the parts were wrong. In determining that, more of the couch was dismantled, and now cannot be put back together. He also said it wasn't safe to sit on -August 5th, the suggest sending a new base for the section but I wont get it until October! I say that I have zero faith in repairs at this point and would even take a lesser priced similar product..nope - I then received other dates for that shipment (only when I called, they never call you) which delayed it until November. Well, yesterday it arrived. It looked like it was correct, but its built wrong and you essentially sit ON the frame. It's now been over 8 months! The crack customer service team now wants to start a new claim, and start over. What would you do without your couch for almost 8 months already, and now who knows? And one reviewer was right, they love to openly respond here on on social media saying that they want to help. Guess what, they NEVER actually do. Finally, they don't make their furniture.
