There is a large number of cashiers, so you don't have to wait in long lines. The only problem I found were the prices. Most of the items I was looking at were priced close to the retail price. Then, we also ran 7 20-amp lines to several rooms and kitchen. I also need to run 5 lines of ethernet cat6 cable for my homelab setup and PoE camera. It was a big project and Jayron with his team have exceeded my expectation. Before they started the work, they ran quick checkup and found 3 problematic outlets that my inspector totally missed. When running the 20-amp lines, they minimized the amount of holes on drywall. They also tried to find the transformer for my doorbell but it was gone for good so they helped me run an ethernet wire there for PoE camera instead. They did their best to keep everything clean and vaccum after the work was done. After the first job was done, I asked Jayron for quote to change the high ceiling fan and chandelier. He mentioned he would need to set up scaffolding which made me feel very reassured about his professionalism. During the process, Eduardo and Mateo found out that the box for old ceiling fan was plastic and it was hanging by a small metal piece with just half of the anchor grabbing into a 2x4 wood plank. This could have made the old fan fall anytime but with some miracle the previous owner did not have any accident with it. They replaced it with a metal box and was able to avoid drilling a new hole on high ceiling. Same thing happened with the chandelier. This really shows their professionalism and extensive knowledge compared to whoever install the old fan and chandelier for previous owner. Really happy with their work.

The staff walked me over to a small end-display, gestured at it, and stood there watching me search through the ring/fork/push-on terminals to find the two bags of butt connectors. They only had 14 awg connectors, which is a lot smaller than what I needed. So, not helpful but fine. Since they didn't carry it, though, I was hoping they could at least help me identify the part so I could have them order it (or I could order it online). Current was printed on the connector, but the wire size wasn't clear - probably 8 or 6 AWG. When I asked though, the staff tells me they can't tell wire gauge and when I asked if they had any wire with which I could estimate size they said they don't have wire. This place bills itself as a lighting store, but the Rexel rep I spoke to on the phone before going to the store said they did electrical supply (as does the main webpage). Summary: Goal: Acquire replacement connector. [Incomplete] Backup Goal: Identify connector size connector (wire gauge) so I (or the store) could order it online. [Incomplete] Approach: Visit "Rexel, a global leader in the distribution of electrical supplies and services"... according to the company webpage. Conclusion: While I hope there is something Rexel is good at, it isn't customer service, electrical connectors, or wire. (hopefully they do better with the lights) Also - much higher percentage of people walking around with clear plastic gatorade bottles partially filled with chewing tobacco spit then I'm used to seeing.
