The filling for the chicken and potatoes were juicy and packed with flavor. This has definitely been added to the list for my empanadas go to! The door dash order arrived within minutes and they were steaming hot still, you can totally tell they were just deep fried.

To my surprise when the counter called my name there were two 1/2 white chicken orders. I think that needs to be made more clear, also the kiosk doesn't allow any options for substitutions of any of the sides. That is the first issue. Biggest issue. Once I explain the issue at the counter, they advise me that because I odered at the kiosk, they can't process a refund at all. So I am stuck with two orders. It makes no sense that the counter person can't issue a refund. What if the food is bad, or gets returned, etc? No options. Hopefully management can review this and make improvements. I almost forgot, I found a hair on the black beans, which they promptly replaced.

The rotisserie chicken stood out, juicy, flavorful, and probably the highlight of the meal. Portions were decent and filling, but the overall experience felt a bit like fast food, quick service, simple presentation, and not much ambiance. It served its purpose: a casual, satisfying meal when you're hungry and on the go. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, but if you're nearby and craving something hearty and quick, it's worth a try.

The inside is small and the menu isn't that big. We ordered the chicken empanadas and cafe con leche. The empanadas could have used more chicken, but you can tell it was made fresh on the spot and it was very tasty. The cafe con leche could have been sweeter and just overall better, but not the worst I have had. Service was okay. Not too enthusiastic to be working on a Sunday and not friendly.

The friendly staff, Diana, brewed me a strong cup of their Columbian Espresso for $2.99. The Tequeno spear with cheese was incredible - after first bite the white melted cheese dripped out. Very tender very easy to cut and chew, just needed more flavor. The rice and beans were extremely bland, again, more flavor needed. I didn't care for the chimichurri sauce. Way too oily, and again no flavor. Their service was good and we went on a day where it wasn't so busy. Very friendly staff. Would I go back? No. But the area has lots of shops and a beautiful scenery.

Almost no one on staff speaks English, making it nearly impossible to order or ask basic questions. I had to resort to pointing at the menu and using translation apps, which slowed everything down even more. On top of that, the wait times were ridiculously long -- we waited over 45 minutes just to be seated and another 40+ for our food. The workers seemed completely disorganized: orders were mixed up, tables weren't cleared properly, and no one appeared to be in charge or coordinating anything. It felt chaotic the whole time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where communication isn't a barrier and service is actually efficient. Definitely not worth it.

Once you get past that part, the place is actually nice and the atmosphere is good. The food? Honestly, very good. No complaints there. But... for the prices they charge, I expected a little less "fast food" and a little more "we care." Drinks came in plastic cups--at these prices, I was hoping for at least a real glass, maybe even a little dignity. When I asked for a container for leftovers, I was politely sent on a scavenger hunt to grab my own from a table. So yes, good food, cool space--but overpriced for the experience and the service model. If I'm paying premium prices, I'd love premium service... or at least a glass cup. Three stars: come for the food, stay because you already paid

Searched food around us and this place popped up. Enough parking in front, it's in a strip plaza. It's really nicely decorated, simple and stunning. It wasn't very busy. Not a very big place, enough seating for at least 20 people, maybe more. Not ideal for large parties. Our waiter/bartender/cashier (that one guy did everything!) was so pleasant and hustled around in no time at all to serve everyone. He always had a smile on his face despite how busy he was. We ordered 2 different hamburgers and oh my gosh were they good! Don't be afraid of that garlic sauce, it's not overly garlicky at all :) The hamburgers were cooked to perfection and all the toppings were delicious! Bravo to the chef! Everything was reasonably priced. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will be back when we're in the area and also try some of the Colombian treats.
