They completely shut down for lunch, even if the waiting room is full, and mornings move at a snail's pace until suddenly staff rush everyone through with loud, unfriendly commands like it's a county service line. If you're overbooked, why are kiosks still allowing people to sign in? If you're at capacity, why not communicate that upfront? It's basic customer service and public health. Having sick or fasting patients waiting this long without clear direction is not just inefficient -- it's inhumane. Someone needs to step up and actually supervise this location. Right now, it feels like no one is in charge, and the people coming in for care are the ones paying the price.

The care is unprofessional, the staff hide in the back and you can hearing them talking and laughing the entire time while not taking any of the patients. We had an appointment in the morning and showed up 30 minutes ahead of time for another appointment that we had for the hospital. The appointed time for lab draws went past the scheduled check in time and we waited 14 more minutes; to no one calling us back. We ended up having to leave to make it to the hospital appointment, and Quest never messaged us back until an hour after the scheduled appointment saying to go back now. Unacceptable. No respect for appointment times and lazy incompetent staff hiding from work because there's a "tablet" in the front. Waited well over 45 minutes on standby because of the staff, to no appointments in the room. The "scheduled appointment" didn't go well at this location so we ended up finishing the Hospital appointment and coming into the waiting room to see if they would take us now. We get put in the "standby" list even though we had an appointment today and were waiting in the empty waiting room to no staff once more for prolonged time and no other patients but the staff clearly conversing in the back. The phlebotomists were actively trying to avoid the people coming in and would spend less than a second to call out for people who checked in and clearly left because of the lack of time management the staff have. This place is an absolute joke. Take any and all business elsewhere. This is not somewhere to go to for HEALTHCARE services. Their terrible service is a DELAY OF PATIENT CARE and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Fire the entire staff from 10/7/2025 and hire real healthcare professionals.

My problem being is I have trouble getting my brothers medication filled and when I call the clinic they tell me to call around to see who has it and call them back so they can send it, the pharmacy will not do that. Today when I called I was told my brother would half to see the doctor on the 11th, he has been out of his pain meds since Sunday. Again he is a terminal cancer patient and needs this meds. Oh and with no explanation at all Dr. Eric pulled his pain med prescription from Walmart without even noticing us. I am beyond pissed and considering reaching out to the ADA and consumer report.

This Imaging Center has been the #1 Best I've ever been to for service, kindness and understanding…read more Our first introduction into the Center was with Precious at the Front Desk. Such a brilliant and professional person that one could tell really loves working with the Center and with the Patients that come in. She was very patient with me and helped me through the process of checking in. Next, I was greeted by Brandon in X-ray to have an MRI. He put me at ease and gave me information that helped me relax and get through the process. It was the best MRI I've ever had and the first time I felt comfortable and not afraid. Because of these two professionals my husband and I will continue to return here. The location is excellent, new building, easy to park, and most importantly the staff at RadNet Imaging Center were #1 in kindness, professionalism, knowledge and so much more! Thank you to them and to San Bernardino Advanced Imaging for having such great people and a beautiful space within a New Building. One thing I can not understand is why so many people writing reviews opted to give only one star. They were clearly not telling he truth, or perhaps they think they're the only and most important person in the room. The Customer Service is the BEST #1 within the medical practices I've visited.
