Is there a zero star option? APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE NOT RESPECTED. WALK INS NOT WELCOME HERE. Whoever was working on 10/7/2025 needs to be reviewed and written up. The care is unprofessional, the staff hide in the back and you can hearing them talking and laughing the entire time while not taking any of the patients. We had an appointment in the morning and showed up 30 minutes ahead of time for another appointment that we had for the hospital. The appointed time for lab draws went past the scheduled check in time and we waited 14 more minutes; to no one calling us back. We ended up having to leave to make it to the hospital appointment, and Quest never messaged us back until an hour after the scheduled appointment saying to go back now. Unacceptable. No respect for appointment times and lazy incompetent staff hiding from work because there's a "tablet" in the front. Waited well over 45 minutes on standby because of the staff, to no appointments in the room. The "scheduled appointment" didn't go well at this location so we ended up finishing the Hospital appointment and coming into the waiting room to see if they would take us now. We get put in the "standby" list even though we had an appointment today and were waiting in the empty waiting room to no staff once more for prolonged time and no other patients but the staff clearly conversing in the back. The phlebotomists were actively trying to avoid the people coming in and would spend less than a second to call out for people who checked in and clearly left because of the lack of time management the staff have. This place is an absolute joke. Take any and all business elsewhere. This is not somewhere to go to for HEALTHCARE services. Their terrible service is a DELAY OF PATIENT CARE and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Fire the entire staff from 10/7/2025 and hire real healthcare professionals. read more

Rude staff. Poor communication. Slow. I arrived as a walk-in and the sign-in app said the wait would be 30-60 minutes. No receptionist to ask about wait times. Waited for 90 minutes before asking a technician who was calling an appointment what the wait time would be. She very rudely told me I could be waiting all day. I've been going often to this quest and while there has been constant issues with my insurance (that was easily resolved) my visits haven't been terrible. Up until today that is. The "group lead" Richard took me in today for my appointment. I'm used to the issues i tend to have with my insurance (basically i need a referral which i had). Richard immediately jumped to conclusions about my insurance. He spoke in such a demeaning way, i was completely thrown. I asked almost immediately if i could speak with someone else who was willing to listen to me and my questions. He once again interrupted me and said he was the "group lead for the whole area". Mind you he hasn't even searched my insurance on his computer. He goes to another computer and starts whispering with another employee and they start laughing. He comes back and is loud and obnoxious, i calmly tell him that i have been continuously interrupted and can't even ask him a question. He says "well you're not asking me any questions!!" To which i say "exactly sir. You are quite literally not letting me get even a sentence out. How am i supposed to understand or ask questions to resolve this issue if I can't get a word in?" Mind you in that response to him he CONTINUED SPEAKING OVER ME. I asked for my paperwork so i could leave and go to another location and he would not hand me my medical information. I said you need to give me my medical information right now so i can leave. He hands it to me and as im walking out he says "I'm gonna make a note of this in your chart" LOL. he is a laughable excuse for a "group leader". do better Quest. read more

I don't like the fact that we don't have a choice of where to go for our labs anymore. Quest is the only game in town! I hate their way of making appointments. I hate the fact that they have closures so that you have to go a half hour away and order to have your blood drawn or deposit a urine sample. They say they offer walk ins but make you sit and wait literally until there are no appointments there. I sat for two hours and I was the only walk in. Even when no appointments were in the room they just wouldn't come out and call me they would wait for the next appointment to show up. This place was terrible and when I yelled back for the staff to come up they were rude and made excuses why nobody was in the back yet they couldn't call me. read more

My Quest lab visit on 6/5/25: Zuelima / Zuelyma was the person that called me back to draw my blood. I'm a nurse. Zuelima / Zuelyma used a huge needle and stuck it really far in. It felt like she hit my nerve and my bone (it was very painful). She stuck it so far in, she didn't get any blood return. When she pulled it back ... she got blood return. I was in a lot of pain. When she pulled the needle out, I said "oh... that was very painful." She replied, "well, you have really small veins." And I think I have huge veins. My girlfriend is a nurse too, she says I have huge veins. I left, it was very painful as I tried to extend my arm all the way. I had to hold my left arm in a bent position, maybe 3-4 hours after. The pain started to get better after I put ice on it from the McDonald's next door. After the lab draw, and I saw my girlfriend, who was in the car, she made a joke about something, and she realized something was wrong with me because she saw slight tears in my eyes. She asked a question... it took me about 45 seconds to be able to relax enough to answer. I finally was able to reply, I replied, "that was painful." I try a different location, for future lab work. I had been to this location before, and things went well. But I won't see that lady again. read more

Quest's New Format is Convenient and Efficient Blood tests are a necessary routine for many. In the past, Quest locations reminded me of the DMV or jury duty. All of humanity were jammed with their germs and all into a crowded waiting room filled with crying kids and coughing. Quest has improved their operations leaps and bounds. Patients now check in at a touch screen, the wait is short. Minimal chairs are set up, patients have the option to wait in their car. I have tested two locations now (Santa Ana/Orange and now Loma Linda) I have been in a few times for tests and overall had a great experience. My phlebotomist today was excellent, friendly, professional and gave me a pain free blood drawing. It was one of the easiest blood draws I have had out of hundreds. Thank you Quest for the Business Process Improvements. Also thank you to my Phlebotomist today for being a highly skilled professional and kind person. read more

This has to be the worst quest in the inland empire. We had an appt and checked in early . Yes other people had appointments but there was time in between to call her . They did not . They make u sign in on the computer u put all the info in and when u going they say it's not reliable . The girls who work here act like they don't like each other . Cold and not friendly. Horrible customer service booked the last appointment because of my work schedule and I don't know if she wanted to go home already or what but the lady was very rude and I wasn't able to get my labs done because i didn't have my lab order printed out I had a PDF that was emailed to me and only had my info and she said she couldn't accept that it had to be printed... she only told me this after taking me back and wasting more of my time. I tried calling to make sure I had everything I needed but you can't reach anyone anymore finally spoke to customer service but they did not tell me I had to have my lab order printed to be seen... I've gone to other locations and it's never been a issue. Try a different location before this one. Time is precious & gas is way to expensive. read more

Horrible customer service, no one will come out to the counter to acknowledge or greet you. Even after calling them for help. Missed my appointment by 5 minutes and they made me wait over an hour and a half until they I decided to leave. Mind you in the mean time, maybe 5 patients were seen and then it went silent. No one else there, no one being seen for over 30 min and they just made us wait. The techs were in the back doing who knows what, but not attending customers. read more

Not frequently, EVERY TIME my Husband has a blood test at Quest, we get a bill for $148.88. EVERY TIME we must call Quest to have them bill Tricare For Life for the test! What is wrong with people doing their work? Why must we field questions and call Quest, then call Medicare, then call Tricare then have to call our Doctor's Office to get Quest to do their job! I am sooo tired of people not doing their jobs! If I do not dance their tune, do their work for them, they turn the bill over to a Collection Agency and destroy your credit!! We are FORCED to do their job for them or pay for it! We never had this problem with Bio Labs, so it may be worth traveling to a location where QUEST HAS NOT FORCED them out of business!! If there were Minus Stars, they would get the greatest number of minus stars!! Beware of your wallet when dealing with Quest!! read more

The visit was fine - Nice People and service but getting results is consistently very very slow and trying to ask for the results is borderline useless. My Doctor and I are now into the 3 week waiting for results for a simple blood test. The delays this organization creates hinders making decisions on the course of medical treatment. This is the third time I had to wait for what seems like an unreasonably long time for results. I certainly will try some other Diagnostic company other than Quest next time. read more

It's best to get an appointment because you don't have to wait for a long time. I love Lisa and her very professional, caring demeanor. I always try to have her draw my blood because she listens and believes me when I tell her I have very small veins. I've had experiences in the past that after telling this fact to the tech., they still used a big needle to draw blood and I ended up being bruised. read more

I absolutely love coming here when I need blood taken out. I have been known as a "hard stick" and whenever I went anywhere they always took 3 turns each and I always left with about 9 to 12 sticks and still no blood. But not here! Brenda has always found my veins and always on the first try. So gentle and very professional. Highly recommend them. read more

I had scheduled an appointment with this location after my doctor sent an electronic order for routine bloodwork. I arrived on time and waited to be called. Once I was called in, the employee informed me that she had no order in my name. Instead of allowing me to call my doctor's office, the employee was pushing me out of the room to go figure out why she did not have the orders on my own. There was one other person in the waiting room that arrived as I was called back, that person can't wait for a minute while we call my doctor? So I just get tossed out? Today was my first time going to Quest for blood work because I recently got new health insurance through my employer. Previously, I was always sent to LabCorp (gag!). Brenda B. was nothing short of amazing! Being a Phlebotomy Technician myself, I was impressed with how well she followed the protocols and that she was able to stick my vein on the first try. Needed to do a covid test for Hawaii travel, they have partnered with Hawaii airlines guaranteeing results in 24-48 hours in time for the travel requirements. We paid 130 each, took our test exactly 72 hours prior and still hav e not gotten our results . Stuck in Hawaii waiting and no way to actually speak to anyone for help with our tests . read more

Made an online appointment for this location for a urine drug screen, but when I showed up for my appointment they told me they dont do urine drug screens anymore and actually stopped performing them in 2017. I just left this facility and let me just say RUDE, RUDE,RUDE! I have been here before and always had a pleasant experience but today was the complete opposite of that. I got a call from my OB office last night saying I needed to go in today for a urinalysis something super easy and normally fast. When I got there they had 3 people waiting as I was checking in the lady told me with attitude it would be at least 2 hours before I was seen and disappeared into the back. I decided to wait as my doctor said it needed to be done today. After 40 minutes they only took back 1 patient..... please tell me why it was taking them that long to do a single patient?!?! There was also an older lady who was trying to ask a question and another rude quest worker told her you are a walk in we will get to you when we can and walked away. I think it's funny that they say make an appointment but when I do, I don't get seen by appointment. The day I don't make an appointment NOW they wanna start following the rules.
