They completely shut down for lunch, even if the waiting room is full, and mornings move at a snail's pace until suddenly staff rush everyone through with loud, unfriendly commands like it's a county service line. If you're overbooked, why are kiosks still allowing people to sign in? If you're at capacity, why not communicate that upfront? It's basic customer service and public health. Having sick or fasting patients waiting this long without clear direction is not just inefficient -- it's inhumane. Someone needs to step up and actually supervise this location. Right now, it feels like no one is in charge, and the people coming in for care are the ones paying the price.

If a lab cannot manage patient flow, provide information, or treat people respectfully, it should not be operating. The test was quick and the rapid results were available before I left the parking lot. The PCR test was supposed to be completed also. In the online portal, it STILL says pending 2 months later. I reached out to the company by email on 2 separate occasions and never received a reply. It's great for a rapid test, but when the PCR test never gets done and nobody can reply to my questions, I just can't recommend them.

The care is unprofessional, the staff hide in the back and you can hearing them talking and laughing the entire time while not taking any of the patients. The appointed time for lab draws went past the scheduled check in time and we waited 14 more minutes; to no one calling us back. We ended up having to leave to make it to the hospital appointment, and Quest never messaged us back until an hour after the scheduled appointment saying to go back now. Unacceptable. No respect for appointment times and lazy incompetent staff hiding from work because there's a "tablet" in the front. Waited well over 45 minutes on standby because of the staff, to no appointments in the room. The "scheduled appointment" didn't go well at this location so we ended up finishing the Hospital appointment and coming into the waiting room to see if they would take us now. We get put in the "standby" list even though we had an appointment today and were waiting in the empty waiting room to no staff once more for prolonged time and no other patients but the staff clearly conversing in the back. The phlebotomists were actively trying to avoid the people coming in and would spend less than a second to call out for people who checked in and clearly left because of the lack of time management the staff have. This place is an absolute joke. Take any and all business elsewhere. This is not somewhere to go to for HEALTHCARE services. Their terrible service is a DELAY OF PATIENT CARE and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Fire the entire staff from 10/7/2025 and hire real healthcare professionals.

To my great surprise my visit was exceptional, from beginning to end everything was smooth sailing. The staff was very friendly and the Physician Assistant was super nice and very pleasant. I really enjoyed my visit, which is a rarity. I had my book in had because I was prepared to be there for hours. My appointment was at 3 and I was done at 3:45. I also like the fact that they enforced mask wearing, if you don't have one with you they sale them for $1. *side note I used Waze to get here and it told me to turn on Hunts Lane and led me to the back of the parking lot, to the hall of records and told me I was there! Patients already have enough stress dealing with appointments, treatments, and long wait times without having to circle the parking lot looking for a spot. The valet service is not much of a solution either. My experience with valet was disappointing, and it did not improve the situation. Both the front and back parking areas are consistently overcrowded and poorly managed. Kaiser is a major healthcare provider, and its facilities should have adequate parking for both patients and employees. The current situation is frustrating, inconvenient, and unfair to everyone who uses the facility. This is an issue that deserves immediate attention and improvement.
